Fabletics is my go to when it comes to my workout gear! I'm a personal trainer and the Fabletics products are durable to withstand workouts and are also stylish to be worn when I'm training clients!

The only pant zipper on 2 the only pant series did not represent good quality. The zipper split and now i'm trying to put it back together, frustrating. No inspection tags to share.

I had to make a return because I received the wrong order. They quickly mailed me a return label and exchanged the product promptly, and the leggings are great!

My name and accounts are messed up with my daughters can't separate to buy my own cloths and can't answer your deals texts.
And can't make another account either.

I like fabletics products. I don't like having to have a membership to get good prices. I prefer to be able to purchase sale items without paying each month.

Great products but the website and app are terrible. Navigation sucks and you get bounced out of areas you are browsing in… several years of frustration with the website

Calling me a monthly VIP member and taking $60 out of my account and telling me I have shipping credits!
How is that legal?

I love the quality and style of Fabletics, and the price is really great too. But the shipping is very slow, which in 2023 is just unnecessary and frustrating.

I ordered $150 worth of items online via a promotion. The package carrier indicated that the package was delivered at my front door. This is impossible because I live in an apartment building and all packages are delivered to the front desk. You can't access the building if you are not a resident. Customer service told me that they could only give me a store credit, I insisted on getting a full refund because they no longer had the items that I wanted. They made believe that I would get a refund in the next 48h... I had to call back 4 times and follow up 4 times for them to tell me the same thing over and over. This lasted 2 weeks. The supervisor, said that in order for me to get a refund I needed to contact the carrier Starship (the worse), and get a proof of non receipt. Which makes no sense because they already indicated it was delivered according to them. Ultimately, Fabletics gave me the runaround for my refund, which I still do not have, they refuse to be responsible or even help follow up with the shipping company that THEY CHOSE to work with and made me responsible for the carriers incompetence.

Online purchasing with Fabletics has been the absolute worse customer service experience I have ever had, this coming from someone who worked in retail management for over 15 years.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.

I am completely disgusted with my experience in dealing with this company. About a year ago I purchased a tank off of the site and was billed 50$ a month for 3 of the following months before I finally noticed it on my statement. I called and canceled my VIP membership and about a week ago I was emailed a gift card that was worth 50$ to try to make up for all the money they had taken from me. I got back on my account to redeem the gift card and paid the REGULAR price instead of rejoining as a VIP (I made sure that I read every little thing I was clicking on this time) and it still ended up somehow changing me to VIP and charging me for the last month anyway. THIS SITE IS A SCAM DO NOT USE IT! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND THE MONEY.

Everything I have purchased from Fabletics have been quality materials and wash and wear well. I have been refreshing my wardrobe and these items fit right in. Thank you.

I have been a customer for a long time and I have legging and shirts from the over 7 years ago that still fit fabulously and I use on a weekly basis. Great product and easy to use site.

The membership is a scam. You know that you make people think there's a discount, and you add in very small print that people are actually buying a subscription.

My experience was and is great with fabletics my family loves the design and quality of the clothing. We are very pleased and will continue to shop with fabletics

Keep getting charged even after cancellation of membership. They make it super hard for you to cancel your membership. Its almost like they want you to forget about it and keep getting charged.

The cloud seamless high wasted pants I bought started to snag after 2 wears. This is the first time I had any problems with any of the pants I have bought.

Good items material and affordable and comfortable

Well. I ordered my first outfit which came to $44 instead of the $25. I did agree to the VIP program as it wouldn't let me continue without saying yes. I called customer service after making my purchase to cancel the VIP membership so I wouldn't be forced into remembering monthly to say no to an outfit picked for me in my email as I just want to try the clothes before I commit to monthly outfits. The lady I spoke with was so rude and refused to cancel my membership. After three requests to cancel she obliged. Asked for a confirmation # which she rattled off really fast and then hung up on me. I learned a few days later not only had they cancelled my membership but also my order and charged my credit card. It has been a nightmare dealing with them and only after contacting them on facebook, twitter and email finally got an answer back through facebook saying I had to deal wtih their customer service. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company as they are unwilling to refund my money for no product and cancelling my order. They are total scammers and I have told all my friends to stay away! I suggest everyone else do the same or you'll be dealt with rudely and charges made on your card and no product to show.

The leggings I bought lost their color or texture. I stopped buying them after a while. I like sports bras better. I did buy some shapewear from Yitty. Love that.

All of the Fabletics bottoms I have purchased have been of great quality and fit. The double stitched seams are secure and the fabrics are comfortable. Size is true to fit.

It is not reasonable to take a monthly amount pf money. I did not know that you will take it. Even if I want to cancel it, it has to be in a specific date!

I am always happy with the clothes and have the option to return if it doesn't fit the way I hoped. I feel that I get the value I pay for with fabletics!

I tried to find the sweats they showed on the commercial and could not find them. Every time i tried to charge the model to realistic sizes there were no options.
