I was loving the items on Fabletics for me and my 4 daughters. I feel like the attire is not something that would fit 3 of our 4 bodies in a flattering way. There are a few things I like, but not sure it is enough for me to stay a member. I was buying maternity for my one daughter and even that was cut back. Just not a lot of product we like anymore.

I need to exchange my purchase for smaller size. I started the exchange process, sent my returns and never heard anything. I initiated a chat to which no one showed up to and then received an email asking how they did. How did they do? You mean the person that never showed up? After my second attempt I found out that they did receive my return but because they were out of the product I was exchanging for, it wasn't sent. No effort to even let me know. I finally received a credit to my account (no offer to refund to original payment method). I have been a loyal customer with multiple accounts over the course of 4 years. This isn't the first time I have had issues with orders but this was by far the worst.

I've been a big supporter of Fabletics for a decade. I love their fabrics, I love their causes, I love their color choices. Here are my challenges:
The website - is often wonky. Pages don't load, something is in your cart, then it's out, then it's in; tech issues on the paying page - often;
Not keeping enough stock of middle sizes, like L through XXL. Lots of smalls and a whole area for larger women, but that one area runs out fast frequently.
Choices: when I first joined, there was a wider selection of athliesureware (dresses, shirts for work, etc) and fun things like shimmers and satin-y materials, etc. However, the majority is now only what I consider casual clothes for the gym or hanging out. I have plenty of that, and miss finding an amazing skirt or individual piece that went from work to the gym or out with no issues.

I always enjoy finding items I would like from Fabletics. The materials are wonderful and last (I have a closet full), they wash well, etc.
I do miss them using interesting fabrics and making more athleisure clothes. I literally do have crates full of leggings and tops for the gym. I need to focus on other clothing needs.

I've had a wide experience using Fabletics. When they are on, they are fantastic. I continue to buy their products because 95% of the time I'm very happy with what I've purchased. I have items that are years old now, and even after multiple washings, they still hold up. However, I've had ongoing issues with the website. Items are available, and then they're not. Items are shown for sale, but then you can't find them. I'm waiting to find out if a purchase goes through, and then it has without telling me, or it hasn't gone through at all. So it's two different stories, one is about the clothes themselves, which for the most part has been very good; the second is on the website and the delivery services, which can be confusing at best, and not customer friendly at all at worst.
Tip for consumers:
Know that the delivery app is weird and is often wrong. Also, if you like a specific item that's very popular, know it might be gone before you can even see it. On the plus side, most of their clothing is great and holds up very well wash after wash.

My experience with the site is extremely delightful. I'm able to browse, purchase and get what I want when I want. The recommended outfit selections are a true reflection of time and dedication to the audience.

I absolutely love Fabletics. It is my favorite place to shop even if I mostly shop online since I do not live close to a Fabletics store. Their customer service is so helpful and I love that they have an option to just chat. The clothes are fantastic and make you look so good.

I bought 2 shorts and paid them but you guys charged me a month later for the membership tokens which I didn't allow or purchased. That's why I returned the products and everything but you guys are giving me hard time with refunding my money. I have been on the phone with your team for over 2 weeks. I have the refund for the products but not for the membership tokens. This is unacceptable.
