Saw the sale add on TV. Great offer! I thought the Co. Only made women's workout gear. I couldn't get the two for one offer for men's shorts because they only had one in stock. They promptly refunded half of my payment. To receive free shipping I agreed to receiving promotional emails and texts. The shorts are great I was traveling and busy that month and the next. Come to find out my credit card has been billed $54.99 for those months. I called the company. "You have been billed as a part of your Plus membership." I told the gentlemen I wasn't familiar with this agreement. "When you signed as a Plus member you are billed each month $54.99 in order to have an opportunity to buy up the $80 in product for $54.99. You have to waive the charge the first five days of each month to avoid the charge. The details are in the fine print" (his exact wording). I had no idea that I had agreed to any such contract. Needless to say I immediately cancelled my Plus membership. This seems a spurious practice. I wound up with one pair of shorts on sale and an additional charge for $109.08. It's almost, though not technically, a pyramid scheme. Needless to say, I will not be recommending Fabletics - because of the MANNER in which they do business. Their product, in itself, is quality.

I'm a fitness instructor and I pretty much live in workout clothes. The quality and fit of my Fabletics outfits is as good as the very expensive brands. I love the affordability of the clothes.

When I first found out about Fabletics I was wondering what the membership was about so I was curiously reading about it on their site. They had a very simple explanation laid out for people to understand how it worked. Again as I wanted to get the initial good deal for joining they had me read about how it worked and agree to it before I could order. I do not see how people are saying this is a scam when this is all laid out very clearly for people to read. I've been a member for several months now and I have skipped months, I have ordered months and I have returned something with absolutely NO problems.
As far as the quality I really love them! I workout 1-2 hours a day 5-6 days a week so I love to get new outfits here and there. I think Fabletics are by far my favorite and I have spent more from other sites. I've also bought some things on a clearance sale for a STEAL such as high quality sports bras for $8 and other items as cheap.
I do not see myself canceling my membership anytime in the future. Even if I do not want to buy anything it is very easy to check the new offerings near the 1st of the month and then skip. I look forward to seeing the new stuff and am enjoying my membership. It makes me sad that others may be swayed away by claims of "scam" etc. Just read before agreeing. It is not a lot to read and the membership is pretty strait forward.

I have 2 pairs of the lined franchise shorts. While I love the feel of those, the lining is just too hot at times so I got 2 pairs of the unlined versions and I am very happy with them

I ordered my 2 for$24 leggings. They arrived both size S. One fit but the other was too small and had a stain. Returned for larger size. Size M still too small and had the same stain.

I don't like the whole situation behind the VIP stuff but it's basically REQUIRED to have it to actually afford the clothing. Quality was really good I can't lie, I just really hate the whole VIP system

I love these leggings. They do everything they should. Hide, tuck, smooth…. These are all I wear now and have stared moving in on sweatshirts and accessories. Love it all!

Quality material. Just wish you could order two sizes. I'm a large on bottom and XL in top so have to buy two sets to make it work or use only the top or only the bottom

The fit is not accurate at all I sized up and it's still tight and not stretchy at all or long enough. Same with the bras super uncomfortable sport bras

The bottoms fit great, but the tops do not fit me well. I tried a smaller and larger size, but neither works well for me shape. Great quality products overall!

First, I never received any email giving me my tracking number.
Then, when I tried to contact customer's service, it took hours to get a hold of an agent. On the phone, they literally hung up. When trying to contact them via messages, the chat ended multiple times even before the agent even got there. When I finally got a hold of the agent, it took forever before she gave me my tracking number, because she insisted that I would receive it by email (which I never did).
Next, I was missing an item in my order, and so I had to contact the customer's service, which again took so much time. They told me that the item had been canceled due to not having it in inventory... I never received any emails, again. And yes, they had my email because I received my order summary by email when I placed my order. Why was I even allowed to purchase it if they didn't have it?
After all that, I wanted to cancel my membership. They say you can cancel it anytime, but the agent was basically trying to get me to keep my subscription by offering different deals. It took me about 10 min of saying "no thank you, all I want is to cancel my membership" for the agent to finally accept.
The only reason why I am not giving this one star is because I am relatively satisfied with the clothes I received. But I will definitely not be purchasing from Fabletics again.

Only downside is they sell out quickly.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
