Website takes forever to load, is resource heavy and taxes computer. Way too many hover, dropdown, moving images etc. Chill out! Trying to place an order takes longer than it should due to site design. Also why am I paying $59 for the month fee when nothing costs $59. The quality of their clothing has taken a huge hit. The fabric is thin and feels like SHEIN quality material. Bring back the old fabletic materials that are thicker, feels stronger, etc. my old fabric leggings have last 5+ years. These new ones feel like they're gonna rip as soon as I start moving. Also, they need to make the cancelling your membership easier. We shouldn't have to call to cancel, we should be able to do it through our account page on the website.

I have enjoyed the clothing I have purchased. I have not enjoyed the membership that either requires a purchase, a member credit, or you must "skip" that month. The first month I skipped, it didn't really "skip". I was charged my member credit. What happened was when you hit the first "skip" button, you are taken to another screen that has a Second "are you sure? Skip", but you have to scroll down to see this. This feels deliberate to cause you to think you have skipped, but really haven't. This is too much of a hassle to make it worthwhile. The date window to skip that month is also short. There are only a few days each month before you are charged where the "skip" button is available.
I really like the products I've received and would continue to purchase them if not for the non transparent and avoidably cumbersome membership model. If you can just let me purchase products in a straightforward and transparent way, I'd still be a customer - the monthly VIP credit nonsense is a huge turn-off and is intentionally confusing for Fabletics' benefit.
The quality of the products is quite inconsistent — some items are fantastic, while others fall short. With the 80% discount, the price is worth the investment, but at full price, it's ridiculously high.

Everything I have ordered I have been extremely satisfied. The workout clothes, the scrubs, the everyday clothes made perfectly. I wear something from Fabletics everyday. Thank you for so a wonderful product.
Please add more options for pants to go with the tops in the scrubs not everyone wants to wear the tight bottom scrub pants look. And I really enjoyed the fit of the hibiscus scrubs that you only came out with once.
Everything was a great experience but. A month ago, I tried a few times to cancel my subscription but I couldn't, the web chat client won't let me through to anyone human to get me to start the process. I would've left a 5 star review but the part of the cancellation process experience was a big no-no. Customer service is from start to end. Even in terms of contract termination. Because even that part could be a selling point of us as a customer to return and do business again. Just my two cents.

I have been a Fabletics member for years and love the benefits of my membership, ease of use, and the styles and quality of options to choose from. The in store shopping experience is also always wonderful!
Let start by saying the very first pair pants i got were absolutely great, but the problem was I order 6 pair of pants, buy it took over 2 weeks to receive just one so called customer service and was told me I would them in 4 days, after waiting another 2 weeks I went the account to see the status of delivery, found out the order had been canceled, but when you go on there website they show plenty of them, they show that they had no intention of delivering more than one, if any items are on sale u will receive only to me this is a scram! Very dissatisfied

Just prefer more summer options as there is a lot of sweats still in store compared to summer options or an overall lack of size large when I am shopping in store! I am a touchy feely kind of person so o typically shop in store not online!

After returning a purchase from an order, and having my refund be store credit, I was shadow banned from my account. First I couldn't add anything to cart or even look at clothes, then I couldn't sign in. I love fabletics and I love the brand, but they stole my money. 1 star
Very easy to order but I do wish the pictures were a bit clearer. Otherwise great. The other thing is that I can't turn this review in without 100 words and as I sit here at my desk in my classroom I find this a bit off putting. I want to give you a review so that you continue good work but I shouldn't have to write an essay about it.
I've been an on and off again fabletics customer for...maybe 5-10years now, and the choices have seem (to me) to have gone downhill. I have older (5+yrs older) pieces that I still wear and love, and wish you still sold! I used to get excited every month for the new drop. Now.mehh... There aren't nearly as many outfits or bundles anymore. Everything seems to be pushing a 1 off purchase. Also, I think fabletics is trying to do too much - yitty, scrubs, everyday clothes...it used to have fantastic work out gear (as good or better than underarmour, athleta, etc.) and now it just all feels cheap and thin and not nearly as well designed or as good of quality as it used to be. I've honestly been debating stopping my subscription and just looking for workout clothes somewhere else cause...why? Why fabletics? Whats the differentiator? Cause I'm not seeing it anymore...
My overall experience I would say is pretty basic. I couldn't justify the cost of the membership in comparison to the quality of the clothes. Other than the quality of the clothes I felt like the VIP credits that I received only really went towards items which were out of season, basic, or just impractical for myself. Hopefully Fabletics will consider working with more athletes opposed to influencers in the future. I was disappointed there weren't more partnerships like this. Focusing on practicality and quality would be a game changer
Everything I have got from Fabletics is awesome quality. Customer service is always pleasant to deal with, I've been into the store several times and they are very accommodating and make me feel welcome
The customer service team failed to address my concerns and displayed frustration whenever I asked questions. They repeatedly disconnected our chats and often responded with, "Well, if you read it here," which was unhelpful.
I couldn't return an unworn pair of shorts without a label, it fell of while I was trying it on and the store associate refused to take it back! Now I'm stuck with a pair that's too small and I can't use

Generally speaking I like the products I have ordered with Fabletics. However, sizes are often sold out and prices (without sales) are exorbitantly high for what they sell.
Returns have been easy which is helpful with any online shopping experience when it comes to clothes. But the membership aspect of their business also seems unnecessary. If the product was worthy of the price tag, it would generate my return business. But currently I am only still a member because I don't always remember to cancel the monthly charge in time. I can't always use my credits because their inventory is limited. It feels more like a retail trap than a business I would willingly frequent. This will not be a continued relationship once all planets align and I can order what I want with the money I have already been charged.
I used to love the leggings but the fabric is no longer the same and even buying items in a short length is not short enough. Had to return the sweatpants. I also hate the fact that they only offer deals to new customers and expect existing customers to buy at full price! I can purchase other lines on sale.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
