My last 3 orders have came with some shipping issue. My last order, i received 1 of 4 items and that what was received was the incorrect order. The other three items I never received, due to item lost according to the shipper. However the person that I was chatting with stated it was return to the warehouse. Now some of those items are now out stock even though my order was returned. Also their shipping issues and lack of quality assurance checks is making Fabletics look very bad and skemming customers out of their money.

I have tried numerous companies athletic apparel and nothing stands up to the quality of Fabletics. Ive been a member for a few years now and I absolutely love the quality of the product.

Two months and still haven't gotten my navy blue leggings to me. Went to store to figure out what's going on. They said they will mail them to me.

So far I have had a great experience. Pricey but worth it. Love the quality of there items. Never had to send anything back.
Refund approved only to be told after received shipping label and items were return that nothing refundable.

Over a month with no movement and they promised a refund and when I tried to get it processed they then refused to refund, despite emails confirming they would issue one. They acknowledged there was an issue with shipping and refused to reship or refund, leaving me having paid and without items.

The items I purchased are good quality and at a reasonable price. The fit well, look really great and are comfortable.
Love Fabletics they have a great product! Will continue to be a member. The in person customer service is great, but shipping recently has taken over 4 weeks.
Fell in love with my scrubs and I will continue to purchase all of my scrubs through Fabletics. As I move forward into the medical field this is the only brand I truly enjoy.
I have tried various high end popular athletic brands and none hold up in comparison to Fabletics. The quality of the clothing is amazing and I also appreciate their size inclusion.
I never received my order! It has been over two months now. I cancelled my subscription and will not be using them ever again.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
