This is by far my favorite place to shop. Whether I'm going to work, the gym, or a date you guys have me covered. I would love to participate in the product review board. The new colors and styles are always amazing.
Fabletics seems to believe that everyone wants to work out with as much skin showing as possible. If it's not cropped, tops are cut at the back or side, hanging open when you bend during exercise. I don't want to adjust my clothes every time I move.
I've been a long standing Fabletics customer - I built a whole section of my closet devoted to rainbow ordered / organized fabletics outfits. Over the past 6 months, i've found that I rarely purchase sets either because the styles are not appealing, the fit has been less consistent or the way that the app is organized is not nearly as user friendly as the past. (load times are super slow too).
Overall pretty good! I do think finding the fit and style might be made easier if it was this is the shorts/short/whatever and then you are given the options for length, color, etc. it seems like the shorts especially are listed as every length and every color as a separate listing, which makes inventory look high but makes the search list unnecessarily long.
I really wanted to love Fabletics, but my experience with their products and subscription model left me disappointed. Every time I ordered something, I noticed that the fabric seemed low-quality. The synthetic materials they use always reacted with my skin, causing breakouts. I typically have this issue only with cheaper, low-grade fabrics, which leads me to believe the quality just isn't there with Fabletics.
On top of that, I'm not a fan of their auto-charge VIP membership model. It feels predatory to charge customers monthly unless they remember to "skip" — a hassle that adds unnecessary stress. For the price point, I was expecting better quality and transparency, but unfortunately, Fabletics fell short on both fronts.
If you have sensitive skin or prefer high-quality fabrics, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
Having nice gym clothes can significantly enhance your workout experience. With Fabletics, I not only feel great in my activewear but also feel good about my budget after each purchase! While many brands offer high-quality fabrics and stylish pieces, I live by a personal mantra: "If I'm leaving the gym with clean clothes on, I didn't work hard enough!"
Fabletics stands out for its excellent selection of comfortable fabrics at great prices, allowing me to focus on my workouts without worrying about the wear and tear on my gear. The entire process—from purchasing to managing my membership, and handling returns or exchanges—is straightforward and hassle-free. Plus, their customer service is commendable. Overall, I highly recommend Fabletics for anyone looking to elevate their activewear collection without breaking the bank.
I like their fits and styles but for men there is often a significant lack of color. Only a couple of colors a year are added to their range per item. This results in the fact that men often can only choose between a variety black, blue and grey if the other colors (+/- 2) do not suit them.
It would be great if a larger variety of colors is made available.
I've made more than 10 attempts to exchange an item that fit differently because it was a different color. 24/7 T's. Happy Returns wouldn't work. Several representatives tried e-mailing me a label. Finally a representative gave me a when address that worked. Now I'm waiting for the exchange to be processed.
This whole process has taken almost 3 months.
The items we do purchase are great. The best quality and we are happy with them. Issue with Fabletics is what it takes to cancel the auto withdrawal every month. Sure, you can skip this month. But have you ever tried to just cancel. They make it close to impossible. You must call and then it's hitting a bunch of numbers and then being on hold for a long time. It's rude to customers.
Spotted on Facebook, with an offer od $10 for shorts. Well, not stated, but only the first pair. Still the sales prices were decent, so I bought 3 shorts, 3 t-shirts and pair of skivvies. Products arrived timely from the UK, and are good quality. Fine print indicated that this was a sign-up for a monthly program, which wasn't too difficult to terminate.
The absolutely shady way the subscription works (hiding skip buttons and making you click multiple times in order to not be charged and making it extremely difficult to cancel) is frankly sick. The fact "sales" are usually for items that are 95% out of stock so aren't really sales at all because you need to buy multiple pieces, often, to get a full discount (or anything you might buy on sales is out of stock) is also just anti-consumer. The only reason Fabletics gets any stars at all is because the clothes are legitimately high quality and very nice. It's a shame they can't allow their product to speak for itself and have to resort to despicable, pathetic money grubbing that makes me almost never buy from them even though I actually love the clothes.
I always have a wonder experience with fabletics… wether ordering online or shopping at the store… live th s products! I do wish they come back with the Capri powerhold leggings… that would be my only critique!
I use leggings and scrubs from Fabletics. Their new scrubs are my favorite. I tested a pair when they were still working on the release and they have since added more colors. I have pink, gray, and blue. They fit great, they're comfortable and stylish. I've since tried some leggings and I love them also. I have a few black ones with pockets and flared bottoms, I love that they have petite sizes. Overall I would say the items I've ordered are great quality and shipping is usually fast.
The old bait and switch...got me with the 2/$24 pant deal which didn't clearly and boldly call out that the price was for members that paid a $60 monthly subscription fee. So really the pant deal is 2/$84. I would have never bought them if I realized I would need to maintain a subscription/monthly membership fee. Didn't even realize until I saw the $60 charge on my card. So even when checking out, I'm sure the membership I 'signed up for' was hidden and shady in the process. Never coming back.
I have shopped at several stores across various states. I'm always welcome, and the employees are eager to help. They always have stylish and functional athletic wear for every type of body. If I had one suggestion, it would be store credit for the monthly credit instead of just being able to use the credit on one item.
Very little in stock size and colors. Bought 3 Pair of shorts for 10 dollar each using the new member promotion. Had to return because they were the wrong size. Could only trade in one pair because of lack of inventory. Did not credit my card for the other pair. Gave me store credit which is worthless because the lack of inventory. My replacement pair never got re order and had to call three weeks later to get it done. All and all my 10 dollar shorts ended up costing me 54 dollars and 5 weeks of wasted time. Same price, more inventory, and get in two days from Amazon.
Clothes are decent. Not great, but decent. As in, one pair of gym shorts developing holes after a few washes, but the rest are in one piece.
They make canceling the membership a huge problem. They will end your chat, redirect you needlessly to new agents, and ask you what felt like a dozen questions to try to convince you not to cancel - which I get. The membership is insanely expensive for what you get, and it's extremely difficult to make your credits worthwhile. Since they radically inflate their "regular" prices while selling the same type of stuff you find at Walmart or Target then require the membership to get a reasonable price, I won't be back.
I could understand only 80% of the conversation with customer service --- not acceptable. Outsourcing to foreign speakers is a deal breaker. The refund did not include original shipping which is not the standard for any other business from which I have ordered --- again, unacceptable.
On the few occasions I have had to interact with customer service they have been very knowledgeable and helpful to resolve the issue. Products are good quality and last a long time. I would like to see more availability in the extended women's sizes.
Great service and also returns. I always feel like I am taken care of when I need help. All the products are high quality and I still use all of them regularly for at least 2 years now and not one has ripped or decreased in quality
I think it was sneaky the way you somehow automatically became a VIP. I also thought it was strange that the leggings they were advertising for $9.95 were ALSO 2 for $24. Please tell me how that makes sense? The sizing was extremely small. I had to return everything for one size larger. I never wear a M in any brand of leggings. Won't shop here again. Quality was 3/10. Nothing special about the products. I'll stick with LuLu & Vuori.
I tried Fabletics when i was on a journey to regain my health. They have seen me thru a 90 pound weight loss down to a very healthy 135 pounds and actually helped motivate me to go in the gym. Look cute? Yep! Feel good about myself wearing them? Yep! And so comfortable. Very glad i found them. I own a massive amount at this time but that doesnt stop me from adding more. I appreciate the variety and the controlling hold of the fabric.
Styles I like I guess are so popular that they sell out when first announced so I'm never able to get what I like. Also I'm super frustrated when I buy two separate pieces to wear as one outfit, material same, color description same, but clearly different dye lots so the end result is a mismatched looking outfit. Not sure $60 month subscription is worth it to me, with the cost of subscription and "reduced pricing as a member" the total is almost as much as buying pieces without the hassle of a subscription.
I thoroughly enjoyed the quality of my garments and I appreciate the detail. My only complaint, bc I am impatient, is delivery time. Seems to take a full two weeks to get to me while other places I order from take days. Not sure why? So, my next order I paid extra to see how fast delivery was for $15 more.
The VIP plan made me feel like I was spending money, so I could later just spend more money. I didn't always have time or the money to make a monthly purchase, and my life is way too crazy to remember to skip a month. My husband does like the items he's gotten from Fabletics, but I can never find something worth spending that much money.
But I'm not thrilled with this company in general. Your option of being a loyalty customer is an outrageous price compared to your non stop savings that are better then the loyalty price. And if you forget to use your credits in time you won't refund it. What a scam. This company is not worth ever buying from.
Chose expedited 1-2 day shipping and was basically told by customer service that they don't follow that timeline and my 15 dollars will not be refunded nor will I receive a credit of any kind. Simply the worst experience I've had in my entire life.
