This is by far my favorite place to shop. Whether I'm going to work, the gym, or a date you guys have me covered. I would love to participate in the product review board. The new colors and styles are always amazing.
Fabletics seems to believe that everyone wants to work out with as much skin showing as possible. If it's not cropped, tops are cut at the back or side, hanging open when you bend during exercise. I don't want to adjust my clothes every time I move.
A couple things with the website is it leaves your filters in. If you delete filters it will always put them back no matter what.
Lots of items sold out.
I recently had the chance to try out Fabletics, and while I found the clothing to be of pretty good quality for the price, there are several aspects that left me frustrated as a consumer. Firstly, the pricing is incredibly inconsistent. It's hard to gauge the true value of what you're purchasing because the prices seem to vary significantly. This lack of transparency makes it challenging to know if you're getting a good deal or not. Additionally, the value of the member credit seems misleading. Most of the time, you can find items for less than the member credit cost during sales or promotions throughout the month, which makes the membership feel less valuable than it should be. On a positive note, I believe "The One Short" is one of the best products Fabletics offers. However, it would be great if they considered introducing lighter shorts similar to those from Lululemon and Nike Dri-Fit for a more versatile range, especially for those looking for something lighter for workouts or casual wear. Overall, while I appreciate the quality of the clothing, the inconsistent pricing and perceived lack of value in the membership make me hesitant to fully commit to Fabletics as a go-to brand.
All experiences are good. I feel like your marketing hampers return business. 80% off everything to start is amazing and hooks customers to your clothes. But really no one can afford your full prices. You want a lot of work out gear and yours full price is too expensive. I would buy way more if you would discount to your loyal supporters. I would purchase atleast once a month if I would get the same discount as new members. Also which I dislike is people have to have multiple accounts to get that one time discount. I am really loyal to you and really only wear your products. Hook a brother up.
I love the your clothes and it is easy to order. I wish they were not so expensive. I only order when you have a sale. We the clothes are on sales you cant beat the price for the quality you get.
"VIP membership" designed as a scam to trick you into either forgetting to skip the month and thus be charged. Even when you do click "skip" you go to another page where you have to scroll to the bottom to confirm skipping and I missed this and was charged. Very shady design.
Product - I love the quality of the sports bras.
Product - The Kardashian line was cheap and not worth the money.
The Store Cabazon- Horrible customer service, the staff was unprofessional, and I could not get anyone to assist me.
I have since canceled my membership because it was challenging to support the company with its unprofessional staff culture.
The clothes that I ordered were great. When I went to skip a month, I went online and did it but was still charged for the $60 monthly fee. Then for that $60 you get one credit that can be used on a clothing item that costs much less than $60. Very disappointing.
I purchased several pairs of pants and shorts for my husband and some scrubs for myself, but I have spent the last six months battling cancer and have not kept up with the credits. I would love to have the credits deposited back on my credit card and be done I have had difficulty, getting the sizes that I need in the colors I desire as well
I love everything about Fabletics. I enjoy the shorts, the golf and business, casual pants, and the cloud jersey hoodies. I suggest creating a performance, stretch BLAZER and I will forever be indebted to Fabletics!
Not sure how competitors cannot get the compression shorts to fit, while Fabletics has the perfect fit for, what seems like, every body type. Thank you!
I have been with Fabletics for several years now. When I joined, I was starting to workout several days a week, and I needed just about as many clothes for activity as I did for everyday wear. Fabletics helped me slowly create a wardrobe, month by month, for staying active every season of the year.
The representative I spoke with was incredibly kind and very helpful, we were able to get everything figured out. All my questions were answered easily and promptly.
Nice items but most things are out of stock in the popular sizes. If you want a set one item is usually out of stock completely or only the larger sizes are in stock. Would like to see better options for sets.
Cart doesn't show prices. Can't tell if I'm getting sale price for example on the 2 for 1 items! I also need to see my total in cart before I check out!
Leggings are great, but the subscription model with expiring credits offsets my feelings about the product.
Why do credits expire- did you get my money or not? It feels like a scam, like the company counts on customers to be too busy to stay on top of it all and they get money for nothing.
Also, not a fan of the 'sales'. For instance, an item may be on sale for $30, or 1 credit (~$50) - so you either take the L on the ~$20 or you pay the $30 out of pocket in lieu of the credit.
Lastly, responded to a fabletics request for feedback and told them I wasn't a fan of expiring credits; that sucks. Customer service responded saying 'you should have read fine print - re: terms of service. Wasn't expecting a response, and I think I would have preferred no response over the condescending 'read here dummy' email I got.
Love the scrubs but I can only wear one color to work and sizes are always sold out and never restocked. Also limited edition colors sold out too fast for the monthly subscription order. By the time I opted to use a credit, my size was sold out never to return.
Things are often out of stock, the quality is hit or miss. Returns are a hassle and take absolutely forever.
I do like the leggings and a few of the tops. They are really over priced though if you are not a member and even as a member you pay the tariffs because they get shipped from China so it's not really just your monthly credit- you may the monthly credit fee plus tariffs.
Didn't realize there was a monthly fee attached. It must have already been checked because I certainly would have never done it. This company is shady and I'll never make another purchase
I wanted to keep subscribing to Fabletics but it was too much having to skip each month or have a charge of $70.00. I like their leggings and clothing but they are only worth the member credit. Just felt like they wanted me to forget to skip so they can make money.
Every day, trying to load the page to look at the deals, would be SO SLOW! I wanted to order more, so I gave the app a try almost every day thinking that it must be my WiFi, or my 5G, but I finally figured out it was their horrible app. I'd click on an item several times, waiting for the description to load. Nothing. I could have driven to a retail boxes store, tried on several items in the dressing room, stood in a long line and driven home in less time than ordering off the app.
The designs are fun, the fabrics are soft yet supportive when and where they need to be, the sizing is accurate but if something doesn't fit exchanging is pretty easy. Regular pricing is high, but if you join the "club" the deals are fabulous. I"m a fan!
I like fabletics clothes a lot. They are good quality, comfy, and useful for hiking or for sitting on a plane for 6 hours. I like that there are often sales. However, I've gotten a little weary of the sales since they will typically be sold out of every color and size that I could possibly want. The options for men are limited but they list the items such it seems that there are a lot more colors available; once you click it you find that the color you clicked on is not in stock in any size at all, and you are offered the few colors/sizes that are actually available. I also recently ordered a pair of joggers and unfortunately received an item that was the correct color but with a different color for the drawstring and accents - instead of dark purple on light purple it was neon yellow on light purple which I just could not rationalize keeping.
I like the foray into scrubs. The fit of the men's top seems weird to me, but otherwise they are good quality. Not quite as stretchy or comfortable as figs. Also wish these were on sale more often.
Also, they are trying to make it increasingly difficult to find the skip button. They hide it deep in the membership information so that you have to scroll UP to find where it's hidden. Very annoying and I actually did fail to skip one time after probably missing the very last confirmation click. I don't know, I like the products but am starting to feel like enough's enough.
Returns are very humane and easy which I adore!
I placed a large order and decided to return a few items that weren't my favorite. One of the pieces was bought with a member credit. I was told that the member credit would be returned as a member credit to my account. This did NOT happen - so I no longer have the product OR the credit to buy another product. WHAT A RIP OFF.
My size on most sales you have is out of stock. Secondly, your sales always seem similar and you send me far too many emails and texts. I like the product but dislike your marketing campaigns.
Any big business that uses USPS(a government funded program) for standard shipping let alone anything to save a couple bucks at the customers' expense is a business that won't continue to get my money. There are better shipping companies available. All of them are faster, better, more efficient than the government funded and regulated USPS.
I have ordered and received a few sets of scrubs and just recently ordered another. The size on the tag of the pants said xl which is what I have been ordering and receiving, however it was smaller—possibly a large. The top was fine.
