I started wearing Fabletics on my life change journey over 19 months ago. They've have consistently at all phases and sizes been the BEST workout wear! I have gifted Fabletics to friends and family. I have bags, travel bags, slippers, EVERYTHING! The quality is top tier! They offer a variety of styles and colors and support for anything you may be into.
Delivery and program is cool concept. I was not happy with a few of the pants but will keep them. I thought is was a quality issue so I got a second pair of same ones and both quickly have the rough ball build up where legs rub. These are not worth on ongoing membership as I cannot keep up with finding the right style and quality without worrying about returns.
Fyi - These are the warm pairs. A black and a green.
I love a lot of the things you sell. But the sizes are always different. Either too big or too small and I cannot tell from the models & size description. Some of the pants are too short and such a heavy gauge they're hot & uncomfortable. Some look like clown wear.

I lost a credit on January 31. I called on February 1 asking to reinstate it. The agent said no so I told her to cancel the subscription. She said ok. She could care less that you were losing a customer of 7 years.
I tried to do a large order to use up my credits and half my order didn't get sent.
I got refunded $28 for one item even though 1 credit costs me $80 aud. I also got refunded 1 credit which expired just days later so I lost that credit and the money I spent on it.

Oh my, so when I become a VIP member a few months ago after seeing the ad on Facebook, and was able to get some amazing pieces of athletic wear at a fraction of the cost of Lululemon, I thought, well if I don't like it, then I can send it back. When I tried on my new items, I absolutely fell in LOVE with the Fabletics Brand. Something I was not expecting to happen, plus I have some new and different things that looked beyond cool. If you are on the fence, absolutely go and purchase those things you think you would like to try. Their off the sholder everyday terry shirts are some of my personal favorites. I also love their flare leggings with the "V" waist. Fabletics brand is the same high quality brand like Lululemon, but at a fraction of the cost, especially if you become the VIP member and get the VIP purchases discount. I am so glad both me and my teen decided to try this brand. Now we just need a longer weekend to wear all of our items. My daughter will be going off to college in the fall and we are stocking up on her wardrobe with Fabletics!
I love the clothing line and the fast shipping. My wardrobe is growing by the month... I've purchased socks, pants, underpants, t-shirts, and polos... Love them all

They bungle the size by 4 inches in the waist and 2 in the length. I had to go to a store to exchange but they has nothing over a 36 w. Great product, but always limited availability
The clothes are nice, not perfect, but pretty good. They hold up, they come in lots of colors and sizes, and they are cute. The company itself is sneaky. Two months in a row I "skipped " the month and was still charged. The first month, I assumed I missed something, so the second month I screen shotted the confirmation of skipping. They claim you'll be charged on the 6th and I was charged on the 12th, after skipping on the 2nd. When I called they tried to tell me I did something wrong, but I had a picture to prove I successfully skipped and the charge wasn't even in the right date. They continually tried to convince me to stay after I said multiple times I wanted to quit. The company is pushy and unethical.

I did not see the small print for a monthly fee. When I had the charge on my credit card I called to cancel and get a refund. The membership was cancelled but I never received a refund.
My account was charged $59 but I was too late to place my order so I ended up overpaying for everything. I don't like they way the charge your account before you're ready to reorder.
I love the items but I missed out on saving any money, I won't be doing business with them again, it seems like a scam. Very disappointed.
I am super happy with all of my purchases from Fabletics. Everything I bought is fantastic and fits perfect! The quality is amazing and the colors and prints so beautiful.
It was easy to order my products, received in a timely fashion, and I absolutely love everything that I ordered. Would definitely order more pieces to add to my collection.
I left Fabletics because after your initial purchase, the prices go way way up. Hardly ever a sale either, and when there is a sale the good stuff is excluded.
When I purchased Fabletics they had a promotion on all shorts for $10. No where on the website did it say the price was only for one pair of shorts and at checkout all of the shorts were showing at $10. When I paid, I received the $10 price for one short and the rest of the order had 80% off. I canceled my membership and was very dissatisfied with the service when I called customer service, I was only offer $20 credit.
We have been ordering more of the men items. They're excellent material and quality. I look forward to buy more, however, the costs are not being discounted at a good rate. Absolutely great color offers and looking forward to new products releasing.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
