This is by far my favorite place to shop. Whether I'm going to work, the gym, or a date you guys have me covered. I would love to participate in the product review board. The new colors and styles are always amazing.
Fabletics seems to believe that everyone wants to work out with as much skin showing as possible. If it's not cropped, tops are cut at the back or side, hanging open when you bend during exercise. I don't want to adjust my clothes every time I move.
I have tried to attain a two piece set for quite a while now. The original shipment the top did not match the jumper so I was encouraged by customer service to return it and once the top was received, they would ship me a new one so that the color would match. The second time Ended. Up the same way and the color did not match so again I returned it however, the replacement top was not shipped automatically. At this point, I have a jumper with no top to go with it. I chatted with customer service yesterday and hopefully a new top is on its way out and a new color that will contrast the original jumper. I have spent way too much time on this, and I'm no longer interested in Fabletics at all
I ordered gear for a beach trip vacation. The order did not arrive in time. I had to exchange some things anyways. The exchange order never arrived. I called to figure out what to do and they replaced the order, though not with my original selections - I had to pick substitutes. And that also took a while to arrive, but at least it came. It has been a month-long process, quite literally, it has taken 5-6 weeks.
I have purchased many different products. I'm satisfied for the most part. I've had zipper issues on two of my "Ultimate Pants" that I've purchased. I had one pair for only 2 weeks when it came off, obviously rendering the pants useless. I hate it when its a "sale" and an item is priced lower than the value of a credit and I feel like I'm overpaying at that point. Other than that I'm satisfied.
Made some purchases online, and some items didn't fit and/or I didn't care for on me. I decided to exchange at my nearest store. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. It made for a great shopping experience
I need to exchange my purchase for smaller size. I started the exchange process, sent my returns and never heard anything. I initiated a chat to which no one showed up to and then received an email asking how they did. How did they do? You mean the person that never showed up? After my second attempt I found out that they did receive my return but because they were out of the product I was exchanging for, it wasn't sent. No effort to even let me know. I finally received a credit to my account (no offer to refund to original payment method). I have been a loyal customer with multiple accounts over the course of 4 years. This isn't the first time I have had issues with orders but this was by far the worst.
I buy these shorts for my son and he loves them. They fit true to size and he loves that the inseam can be ordered in different lengths and the waistband is wide, comfortable and doesn't pinch around his waist. He has over 10 pairs of shorts and wants me to order more.
This was my first time ordering from Fabletics, I always thought it was overrated. But when I got my pieces, I was very very excited. The material feels so good and it holds you. Well I got four leggings and love them all. I have to exchange two of the pieces for larger sizes because they compress very very very well.
Like the product but having to cancel the stupid credit charge monthly is what drove me away. I forgot to do it once and wound up with that credit. If that was cash credit to be used on whatever I wanted I'd still be a member, not the stupid member credit.
My experience with the site is extremely delightful. I'm able to browse, purchase and get what I want when I want. The recommended outfit selections are a true reflection of time and dedication to the audience.
For me the membership started out great! The cost was low and the clothes were perfect for what I needed. Slowly the membership started to change and not for the better. The credit price increased and the benefits decreased. My calling it quits with this company came when I realized it was charging people a credit fee that expired in 12 months and loyalty points expired! Big Fail! I was a very loyal customer with a big voice!
I love fabletics! I have been a member since the beginning! I will continue to be a member for as long as I can! The only thing I would change… is bringing back some of the older styles and outfit combinations. Lately, there have been more styles that don't work for me. I wear fabletics leggings pretty much every day!
I have been a member of Fabletics for over 10 years at this point. The company has changed a bit - obviously- but one thing I never feel is disappointed. From how flattering the leggings are to how adorable the bags, hats, and shoes are, I would HIGHLY recommend pretty much anything to my friends and family. Love love love!
I have had a change in income and had to cancel my VIP for a time. I had one credit so I ordered, they sent it to the wrong address so it was returned when I called and they only had 2 of the 3 items of the outfit in stock so they said they would give me a credit for the leggings. It turned out they gave me $30.00 credit and all the leggings are $70.00 so I can't purchase anything without renewing my VIP. I feel this is a very shifty sales tactic. Won't be renewing even if I can afford it down the line.
This site is designed to blatantly pressure you into more and more and more. The entry offer is so enticing you start to look and add a few things to your cart. Then before you can checkout you have to skip the digital checkout line offers, which is annoying. Then there is the subscription service, which even if you "skip" like it says you can, it still charges you for the first month. Then you get so annoyed you just cancel the whole thing. But not before you have to spend your credit, lest you lose out on your auto $65 so you select and item that's meant to be free, but wait, now you have paid $75 once taxes and fees have been applied. Finally the item arrives and it's the lowest quality garbage you can imagine, that's not comfortable and looks as cheap as it feels. The whole thing is designed to charge you $200 before you realize what is going on and then you'll never look again.
I am somewhat unhappy with the products. The sizing is not consistent and the quality is not as it was when Fabletics was first in business many years ago. I have clothes from that time and they are still in excellent shape!
Limited availability of items in store makes it hard to use credits given that different items fit different, so its easier to buy when one can try items to make sure they fit well; or even buy something as a gift to someone
I placed an order. It was shipped to the wrong address (my fault. I didn't notice the shipping address). It was never delivered and was returned to fabletics by usps. This was 2 months ago. They took a month to process it, then sent me an email saying I'd be refunded. I was never refunded or even credited to my account. I'm done
I love shopping at Fabletics for good quality clothing. I hate that sometimes they are so popular that things are sold out. I love reading reviews to know the fit and knowing that everything is going to wash and wear well.
I had to get cancel my credit card and replace it because of this website. That said, the leggings were good. The trade-off isn't worth it to me though. Super stressful dealing with this site and everything related to it.
I purchased clothes, which came in a little smaller than I expected. I was able to exchange two of the three options, but the third shirt was not available in a larger size. Rather than wait for a new one to become available, I was given a credit that is not equal to the value of a new shirt. As I cancelled my membership, I probably won't be utilizing that credit because in my opinion, the cost of the items received isn't worth paying full price.
The customers service and variety of choices are great. However, some of the products do not have high quality which honestly due to the low price of those specific ones, it makes sense. But some other products which are more expensive have acceptable quality in their price points comparing to other competitors.
Every time I login and want to order some thing, my size and color are out of stock. I search for an alternative, but what I want and what works for me is always out of stock. It's very disappointing. This goes for the scrubs as well as athletic wear.
I have called on several occasions to customer service and only once would i call it a positive experience. Most times they are rigid and unwilling to help. Recently i received an email add saying in huge letterseverything is on sale but when i went to purchase several items, none of the items i was interested in were on sale at all. I sent a message to the company and basically got an email that said oh i am so sorry we will look into it. Frankly i have reached the point of with poor customer service and misleading advertising if i continue as a customer i am incenting bad behavior. Therefore it is my intent shortly to end my membership with fabletics
I LIVE Fabletics. I've been a loyal customer for a decade, and wouldn't consider another brand when it comes to athleisure. The value and quality are spectacular, and the variety in styles and color are great. That being said, I feel like every time I place an order their sizing changes. If I lined up every piece next to each other there would be no continuity, and I feel like the sizes get bigger each time I order. Don't get me wrong, I'm not upset at needing a smaller size, but I wish that there was more consistency. I find their return process cumbersome and I find myself keeping things that are far too large to avoid the inconvenience of exchanging for the correct size.
All of the items in my order were high quality, on trend pieces that are both comfortable and stylish. My order arrived quickly and I would highly recommend Fabletics to my family and friends based on my experience!
