This is by far my favorite place to shop. Whether I'm going to work, the gym, or a date you guys have me covered. I would love to participate in the product review board. The new colors and styles are always amazing.
Fabletics seems to believe that everyone wants to work out with as much skin showing as possible. If it's not cropped, tops are cut at the back or side, hanging open when you bend during exercise. I don't want to adjust my clothes every time I move.
I had a membership for years, cancelled it after not purchasing for several months and the. Renewed after my family grew and my bonus daughters loved their brand. I am still not a fan of some of the changes in the quality but the sweats are the best
Not happy with the fit. Bigger issue is with the changes to the "subscription " service. Go back to giving the buyer a heads up before charging. Our lives are just as busy as yours and it feels like Fabletics is taking advantage of the customer when we are not given the automated option to opt out of an automatic charge each month.
Didn't read the fine print and was signed up for months. They charge every month and at the end I caved and purchased $14.99 underwear bc I just wanted the subscription to stop. My son loves the shorts however I would rather pay for Lululemon and not have an ongoing subscription
Their website and app are easy to navigate and super simple to find what you are looking for. I am always able to get in and out within minutes every time I shop! They always have some deal going on so if you don't have a VIP credit it's still a budget friendly price, to get amazing quality products.
I have been a member for years. I live in leggings and it's important that they are good quality not see through. Why are customers getting the same and or better deals and opportunities than members? What is the benefit of being a member anymore? I recently placed a large order with my credits. What I received were bad quality, bad seams in spots, see thru, non compression, etc. I reached out to customer service who basically told me that there wasn't anything to be done. I've spent a lot of money and given so many referrals over the years and now that's no more. I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I also don't have the extra funds to purchase elsewhere. This was my one "splurge" that I repeated yearly.
The store is small and cute like a boutique and although it's athletic wear it's next to my favorite cupcake store. Lol! But the ladies were nice very helpful and this trip I was able to see more plus size clothing vs when the location first opened. I wish there were Yitty products as well but either way I was satisfied with what I got.
I purchased leggings from here for the first time in June and created an account to get the sale price. It ended up signing me up as a vip member but nowhere did it say there would be a monthly payment, so I figured it was free! I noticed they charged my card $60 this month (July) so I logged into my account to see if there was a subscription/ monthly payment and nowhere did I see or could find it saying that. I will not shop with this company again.
I truly love Fabletic's and their wide variety of athletic wear they offer! The site is very easy to navigate and I love how they show suggestions under each item that match it instead of having to go search for the complete outfit!
I only buy from Fabletics during sale events because, otherwise, I find the products to be a bit pricey. But sales are just common enough for me to buy stuff with the frequency I normally would. Very very very satisfied.
I've been a VIP with Fabletics since 2012. I love the selections of items that are available. The clothes are made of high quality fabrics and the hold up so well. I still have the first items I purchased!
The sales are great to grab items in bulk. I do miss some items that did not come back, but understand the need to stay progressive and change with the times and trends. Sizing is always spot on!
Site feels intentionally confusing and complex. Same product split into different pages based on color, sale price, etc instead of putting them all together based to see what's really available. Also, it shouldn't take 5+ clicks to skip a month.
I love the quality of the products and how comfortable the leggings are. However, the subscription service is very predatory. You're automatically charged, regardless if you plan on making a purchase any time soon. Yes, you get credit for future Fablertics purchases, but you're completely tied to Fabletics. Remembering once a month to skip is a hassle at best. They make it seem like such a good deal by inflating non-member prices.
I had question/problem on a return I had made. It was not easy to get in touch with customer service and I still don't know why I haven't seen the credit on my account.
The two stars is for the actual products, which I like.
I have been a member for years and the majority of my workout wardrobe is Fabletics. I set a reminder to Skip the month if I don't need any more credits for a while and then when I need some new gear I start back up. Fabletics will send you a reminder to use your credits before they are about to expire but the credits last for quite a long time.
I had been a subscribed customer for a long time and over the years, the quality of fabrics has deteriorated. They pill almost immediately. I am most frustrated that the subscription became an automatic payment for a token that you then used to purchase items. It was frustrating to no longer get a reminder to skip the month and I often find that the items I want are priced lower than what I had to pay for the token.
I have never in the years of shopping with Fabletics been able to log on and order exactly what I want. Popular items are rarely restocked or they are discontinued and shopper is not warned.
Over the years they no longer have the basics mainly in color and fabric. I am all for they fun and funky but some of us just want our black.
Love the products, great quality but the website is clunky and has to be reloaded whether on mobile or hardwired connection and tired of the "skip this month" option NOT working...I shouldn't have to click on my profile to skip and STILL have to call if I want to skip this month or end my membership. Even though I wanted to skip September (within the published window per their guidelines) it still charged me...not a great way to start a new month or to entice me to stay.
Whether I'm in a store or at Fabletics.com, I appreciate the ease with which I can shop, navigate, get questions answered, and make purchases. It would seem like this should be the case with any retailer, but it is definitely not. Some stores aren't as welcoming in terms of personnel and a lot of sites are cluttered with irrelevant things. I like the core styles offered at Fabletics but also the limited edition styles; although you must act quickly as they tend to sell fast!
It's good to do the trial and buy a ton of stuff at the discount price, but even as a subscription member, $60 a month of a free shirt and pants and then the pricing as a member for the regular items is a rip off. You're better off getting stuff from Target. Same quality, no subscription. Once you order, you get a shipping email from a Chinese company so it's not like it's made in USA or has any good reason to be expensive, it is cheap mass produced clothing like anything else.
I love Fabletics and went back and forth on whether or not to cancel my VIP subscription. Ultimately I canceled because of major fit inconsistencies. It's nearly impossible to nail down size profile because styles fit SO differently. For instance, some medium impact bras size XL fit great in one style but are either too snug or too loose in another style. Same with shorts. This leads to inconvenient and time consuming returns and exchanges, just to end up with a replacement that once again doesn't fit! Leggings tend to fit consistently, but shirts, bras, and shorts are a total gamble every time.
I love the leggings hate the price. Since the membership "can be canceled at any time" I take advantage of signing up to get cheap leggings every other(ish) year.
It might be able to cancel at any time. But this is upon circumstance. As their chat fails. They don't respond. Or in the case you call, you get placed in a queue of 82 people (waiting at this moment). So you're left waiting all day or skipping for months on end. I guess if they charge, I saved all the screenshots of me trying to cancel, so I'll just dispute the charge. Fabletics has quality leggings, but not quality customer service.
I have shopped Fabletics for several years and I must say that it is one of the best.
My original pieces are still lasting.
They value their V.I.P. Members greatly.
The apparel is fine. It's pretty apparent, however, that they are clearly attempting to unknowingly get you on the hook for their subscription service. I will not recommend.
