Fabletics

I am so fed up with Fabletics and the fact that they rarely have size small. When they do have my size it never fits properly. I am so fed up with the inconsistency of the way the clothing is made. Further, Fabletics is now passing their import tariff onto the customer which is bull. If you have to pay an import tax for doing business, then you either incorporate that in the cost of the clothing or eat it as the cost of doing business.

I started buying Fabletics for my girlfriend last Christmas and she loves everything that I get her from here and when I had to return or exchange things that didn't fit her there was no problems and when I had an issue and needed to talk to customer service they were very polite and got my account fixed in no time

Its hard to find the scrub sets in the colors I REALLY want in my size. Ether there is not on my size of the style I like. Maybe Fabletics can make a scrub set for summer wear. Like of light cool fabric yet very functionable.

I paid for an item that never was sent. And when i tried to message yall. It just said it was disconnected or not working at the moment. So due to the horrible service. I will not be ordering anything else.

When you sign up, you buy clothing at very reasonable prices.
After you sign up, the price escalates and the prices you saw to get you in the door are prices you never see again.

The clothes are nice. They look good, wear well, and care well. The quality is there. We are willing to pay for quality clothing that looks good. Having said that, we do shop around and can find quality clothing at other places that cost less.

Great in store experience with Fabletics. You can't beat the pricing & TJ who helped us had the best personality. Give this man a raise & a promotion!

This was my 1st time purchasing Fabletics. Originally, the sale got me in the door. I bought the 2 leggings for $24. They are the best leggings I've ever worn! Keep up the great work!

I like the clothes that I have purchased on the site. Good quality and comfortable. The website I have had trouble with. On 3 occasions I have skipped a month and then it still charges me for a VIP credit.

Too many emails. I've asked for them to stop and I'm still getting them. Tried using unsubscribe and it tells me it can't find my account (which I canceled). So I guess you have to have an active account to stop getting emails.

I ordered items and over a month later, I called to cancel order. I was told my items were "delayed". I was pressured to not cancel my membership. I repeatedly said 'I want to cancel my membership". I will never order from Fabletics again. Too much hassle. I should be able to cancel my membership at anytime and not have to explain repeatedly why. I payed for items I never received. The end.

I cannot recall who helped me, I believe his name is Louis. He have really great customer service. Very kind and patient. I really appreciated the help.

I brought back some items to return and there was only 1 manager there. She totally ignored me and did what she wanted and not me. She gave no excuse and the next thing the Mall police came in and asked me to leave. Of coarse I was shocked. The next thing I see is a higher up security guard dressed in a white t shirt. He said get out or I would call the police. I told him i had done nothing wrong. Im really upset with this and Im trying to know who to take to court. I went to the store to get the free outfit ( Green Card). In addition she took my box and processed my clothes as returns. An example is a pair of navy shorts size 42 which is my size. I wanted a different color. Instead she kept them and gave me 6.35 cents. I was assaulted by the security manager on the way out. I went back the next day and the same thing happened to me. This is pitiful for your VIP that has spent thousands of dollars with you. And to be treated like I was with no reason and took my product I brought and gave me pennies for the items. This all happened on 9/21 because I still have the green car for an free item. I find it interesting that she didnt put the date I was there, just the date I purchased. Very un happy VIP member.

I have successfully purchased an entire wardrobe of Fabletics pants & shorts which I truly enjoy [in the store and via the app] nevertheless to have to constantly SKIP singular months at a time is...very frustrating. One month where I SKIPPED properly, I was still charged and had to jump through hoops to get the fee refunded. While I would prefer not to cancel my subscription as I do really enjoy their products, it is always on my mind - do I just cancel and forget about Fabletics projects altogether or keep the subscription and struggle with the monthly process.

Additionally, when I initially signed up for the VIP program it was never explained you only get the major discount the 1st time you shop. I would have purchased more

Having $ removed from your account automatically is nonsense. The website is not clear on this matter. As soon as i am able im out! Like the product, hate the process.

I find Fabletics scrubs to be super comfortable. I have a few pairs now and really like them. I waiting for the joggers to come back in stock to get that for my next pair!

Great quality athletic & athleasure wear. Always at a great price, with or without a member credit. After 4 years we do skip a lot of months. Mainly due to lack of space for anymore!

I absolutely love the running shorts I bought! However, they were very pricy since I didn't want to "sign my life away" to the membership. If the cancellation process was very clear and/or a feature to pause the monthly payments then it would be a great way to get some great shorts for running!

I loved fabletics but considering my membership at this time. The quality of the clothing seems to have gone downhill and the focus of political agendas has seem to be pushed more into focus.

XS is rarely available on n XS in any bright colors only blah blue, black, green, brown etc. I feel I've wasted my monthly payments bc there is never anything available in my size.

The scrubs fit AMAZINGLY and they have no restrictive movement at all. I like taking advantage of the credits that's rewarded. This will most definitely come to use in the future

Great! I 💜 these! They last forever because I do not put them in the dryer. I hang dry them. They look and feel brand new. Thanks for making such a great pair of leggings. I Highly recommend!

A revamped website has the potential to cultivate loyal customers. However, the interaction and the ability to find bundles were both areas that could be improved.
