This is by far my favorite place to shop. Whether I'm going to work, the gym, or a date you guys have me covered. I would love to participate in the product review board. The new colors and styles are always amazing.
Fabletics seems to believe that everyone wants to work out with as much skin showing as possible. If it's not cropped, tops are cut at the back or side, hanging open when you bend during exercise. I don't want to adjust my clothes every time I move.
I am very satisfied with the product and in store shopping.
However, I think the website needs immediate attention. It is very very slow and I have often left my shopping because of that.
I love the products, but I consistently encounter an issue with FedEx calling me for my address whenever I order. If I miss their call, it delays one or two days before I can actually receive my package, because I have to wait for another call from FedEx so I can give them my address. My Fabletics order (on the website) has my address, so I have no idea what's happening. The Shipping Department needs to address this issue with their labeling process.
I want to look at women's clothes. I constantly get circled back to men's and I have to go through the whole filter process again. I want to cancel but have to call some number that never answers
The scrubs are a completely different color then what is pictured! The material is very thick and not stretchy! Just overall not the product in the picture
The things I ordered are fine, but I ordered things they had in my size so I could cancel more so than buying what I wanted because they frequently did not have the size I needed. The pants are regular length but soooooo long.
I always try to filter items so only items in my size come up. But whenever I click on an item, it says my size is sold out. Why would I want it to include items sold out in my size in my search?
I was excited about the sale and that's why I signed up. However, they didn't have enough styles and sizes for me. I needed more bras and there weren't enough to choose from.
I love the Fabletics quality and have purchased quite a bit of clothing from them. My only tiff I have with them is their promos can be misleading. If your site advertises 60 percent off for VIP members until a certain date, I should be able to take advantage of the sale until then. Although I thought this, it was only applied to ONE purchase. I contacted support and they said it's for just one purchase. This is not in the terms anywhere and misleading. I pay to to be able use the Fabletics site and it's upsetting when you plan on making several purchases during a sale event and cannot.
I shopped online as a member, but was dissatisfied with my experience and the sizing when my items arrive. I canceled my membership and went to return the items (hoping for an exchange), but when I asked for an even exchange was told that the price I originally paid would not be honored because I was no longer a member. How about, instead of some weird pricing scheme, all customers receive the same price like LITERALLY EVERY STORE EVER?
The overall experience was poor enough that I'm no longer interested in the brand, which is a shame.
Also, the employee at the South Hills Village location in Pittsburgh was not helpful and at times was condescending. She kept calling me "hon," as well, which I found to be majorly off-putting as someone who was clearly older than her.
Have loved Fabletics for years. And since they have come out with the Pureluxe Leggings the love has grown. As a woman with cellulite these smooth my legs & look amazing. And the pockets are a must!
Support wouldn't give me a refund after telling them the skip month option did not work. Easiest option is to cancel after ordering and sign back up if wanting to buy something.
If I get banned, that is fine. Better to be banned than not being able to skip again and paying 60 for the credit I do not want
It took a lot of work to figure out how to get the promo and then even more work to cancel the subscription and then I was worried it wouldn't even cancel before I had to pay it. And the shorts weren't that special. If you're willing to pay the subscription, the plan and business model isn't bad, but if you want the promo they offer for a first time purchase, they're gonna make it hard on you.
I understand the customer base may be more female related, but please make it easier to find men's clothing on app and site.
Otherwise, no complaints.
First purchase clothing was worth what I paid. When they charged me the second time everything was so expensive couldn't really buy anything that I needed because it was all so expensive
I ordered a set in the store and paid for it. And when I got home saw someone canceled it. I never received my item. When I called customer service they refused to help me.
I enjoy when I get my reminder email at the first of every month to purchase an outfit from Fabletics. I don't worry about fit or quality and find it to be a treat for myself that I look forward to
I was greeted before I was fully through the door, told that everything was 25% off and that if I spent $200 I would receive an additional $50 off- the rep was engaging and happy to be there and made the experience very pleasant
I bought 4 pieces of clothing and had an issue with all of them. The sizes are inconsistent. I had one item fall apart in the wash after 2 times wearing and a sports bra that literally made me bleed on my breasts due to the stitches being so rough. When contacted by Fabletics, I was not offered a refund, rather a $30 credit. Just not happy overall with the experience. Also when I tried to cancel my membership the rep kept trying to convince me to stay which was rather annoying.
I really would recommend fabletics scrubs to everyone because the quality is amazing, they are very comfortable and relaxing feels like you don't have on scrubs.
Highly disappointed in my experience with Fabletics today. The 60% sale did not show up and I wasted a whole day trying to get ahold of an associate. No one answered me online for a long time and then told me the item I had in cart was not a part of the deal (it was.) Why have an ad that says "everything 60% off" if that wasn't the case? When I decided to call to see why no items were showing up as 60% off, I was placed in a queue of 300+ people which seemed like a lie because each time I called the number was the same… and someone called me, I answered and they hung up on me. They didn't even call me back. Then, I stayed on the line for thirty minutes and the line went dead on your end. Then another two hours go by and someone finally calls me but I was able to get the deal because I logged into my family member's laptop. Why did this small issue waste my whole day? Your customer service is atrocious. Why anger a VIP member during the renewal period? Please tell me why I should renew and not cancel. There literally are no benefits being a VIP member… it's cheaper when you aren't a member. I just find it irritating that your customer service cannot fix anything. What is their purpose? Honestly. Terrible problem solving. You rather let a customer hang up unhappy then make it right. Does it cost you that much to provide actual guest service recovery? Just a thought.
I love Fabletics! The items are consistently sized and fit well, with no surprises. Great quality material that lasts. Always comfy fabrics, from the pajamas to the leggings to the scrubs...
I am a member so I am always looking for the best value when using my VIP credit. The website helps me find sets so I can get the most out of my purchase.
I never accepted the membership, I just wanted to make a purchase and with the same card I paid they used it to charge me for the VIP membership and when I called to see why the only option they gave me was to cancel the membership so they wouldn't continue charging me
I really like the items I have purchased from Fablics, quality at a fair price. I just struggle to find the things I want in-stock and never find the stuff I like in stock if there is a sale.
