I ordered a jacket with my initial new membership but didn't wear it this winter because it's a rain jacket. Recently I wore it for a run outside and the zipper fell off. Completely fell off the jacket! I called customer service and was told the purchase was more than 90 days ago. I wasn't returning this because I didn't like it, I needed to return it because it was garbage. Why buy anything if they only guarantee it for 90 days?
I had ordered a few cloud jumpsuits for my daughters and when I got my membership I was told I could use it to buy gifts as well as for stuff for myself. My order was canceled and I guess it was because I had a total of 5 jumpsuits in the order in 3 different colors and 2 different sizes. Because of this they put my membership on hold. I tried calling the customer service number and it said I was #84 in the que, which is ridiculous! I them tried the chat function which was no help because they told me I had to call in, when I told her the que had me at #84, she said "yea sorry, you'll just have to wait". SO I CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP WITH FABLETICS.

I will continué to Shop with Fabletics, but i do believe more information can be giren on product description and there can be better consistency in fit
I love the Fabletics shorts but I can't afford to pay the subscription every month. I skipped twice but they still charged me, twice. On the first time I kept the credits because I thought that maybe I forgot to skip. But second time I had to ask for a refund. At least, the refund process was very easy.
Love the fabletics clothing and quality. The scrubs are comfortable and they have great color choices. As a VIP member, I get access to amazing to deals. My only complaint is that sometimes the sizes I want sell out fast and the website will list things on sale or have outfit bundles where one of the items is out of stock in the sizes I want which can be annoying.
I've been shopping Fabletics for two months now. Crazy! I've very much enjoyed each item I've purchased. I'm a sale shopper and I have gotten amazing items and excellent prices. The quality is also first rate.

I have purchased several pieces for my daughter. She goes to the gym all the time but also wears some of the outfits out when she's running errands. I think the clothes are fashionable, cute and of very good quality.
Every piece I've purchased fits perfectly. So comfortable too! I will continue to make more purchases in the future.
Date of experience was earlier this year, not 5. 1. 25. I supposedly won a prize which was access to a discounted price for exercise shorts. But to get the discount, you had to sign up to pay a monthly fee - a total bait and switch. I then had to fight with customer service to cancel and just get the shorts for the actual discounted price. The shorts themselves are no better quality than Amazon basics, but don't fit as well. I'm giving them away. Horrible marketing, weird and oppositional customer service, and a no better than average product. The children/bunch of clowns got a hold of the VC's money and it's unlikely to turn out well. In any event, I will never do business with this company again.

I haven't bought anything from Fabletics that I didn't like. Quality clothes and fit true to size. Love the variety of colors and styles!
I have so many pairs of leggings and they're a staple of my wardrobe. I recommend them to others all the time. Sometimes sizing can be inconsistent however, as I bought my husband two pairs of men's pants, exact same size, and one fit easily and the other didn't at all. Returning was easy, but I've been reluctant to buy men's clothing again. Occasionally, there appears to be a difference between one type of leggings the first time you buy it and the next, but not a huge problem. The leggings really last.
Even after washing, some of the leggings have a bad, cheap chemical smell. One bra arrived piling with loose threads, I returned (in-store experience was poor as well, unenthusiastic employees were rude and lied about a coupon) and when I reordered the same top (because I already had the matching leggings) the 2nd bra also arrived piling / loose threads. Cheap quality and bad customer service, I won't be returning!

I have been a Fabletics member for years and love the benefits of my membership, ease of use, and the styles and quality of options to choose from. The in store shopping experience is also always wonderful!
I do not like having a mandatory membership where I must remember every month for 5 days only to go in and skip a month. Otherwise they bill me automatically for purchases I don't need.

Over the past year, I've had 3 to 4 very painful shipping experience and even a lost shipment. Also many things I would prefer to purchase are never in stock and limited colour options sometimes.

Fabletics has a TON of options, but their two major pitfalls for me are the limited size options for taller men that prefer to wear something 34x34 or larger and the limited/inconsistent color options. I need more items in Admiral Blue! Some of the pants options run a little snug and some items will shrink considerably.

I have been a member of Fabletics for a couple of years and absolutely love their clothes, and their prices. The membership is flexible, returns are a breeze and the clothing has always been quality and well priced. I recommend Fabletics to all my friends and Pilates teammates!
3 times i have tried to order and on all occasions they have tried (and eventually succeeded) in overcharging me. On the first 2 occasions the cart did not reflect the sale prices- i had to ring help line ( at international call rates) to have them adjust prices- if i had not been paying attention i would have missed this as they confuse checkout by listing vip offers, sale prices and full prices. Then, a few days after ordering i get a message saying half the items in my order are not available -so instead of 2 for 1 they are charging me full price for 1 because amazingly one of each item was available. I saw this in time and managed to cancel the order. I reordered different items. This time I got a message saying one of five items was not available. Accepted this. Then 24 hrs later they send another email saying another 3 items are not available and they have shipped the single remaining item and charged me full international shipping. This is a complete scam. None of these items were showing low in stock when i ordered. There was no request to see if i wanted to cancel order or choose a different size/style/colour. This is a complete scam. They advertise items they do not stock and have no intention of shipping to con you into paying full price for remaining items or paying full price shipping for the sole remaining item, you didn't really want but added to the order as you were buying a few things anyway. Stay away from this company!
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
