This was a first... I got a pair of pants, they fell apart, I took them into a store front and was told that I would only get just over $2 for my return, cause my original purchase I used a GC... so I had to get the same pants. I got those pants home, and they fell apart as well. I contacted customer service, and I had to fight to exchange them for a different its, for the value that they were. Junk product and TERRIBLE customer service. I have never had this kind of problem with an item and definitely not this kind of customer service. I was VERY dissapointed.
Have never had any problem with the customer service, they are great! Always have quality clothes and if you need to return or exchange an item that is an easy process as well. Would definitely recommend this site to anyone
I just got this order in and they are the most comfortable scrubs I have! Love the fact that the neck has a little give so it's easier to put on! Will definitely be ordering more soon!

Everything I've ever ordered on fabletic has been great. I would choose Fabletics over Lululemon. But I live on a military base now, and all of my products have been returned before I could receive them. It seems the shipping to my location is impossible, so I had to cancel my membership.

Nice quality leggings. Withstands hard workouts. Unfortunately went to re order and saw an 18 tariff tax. No thanks will not order while that is in effect.

Some clothing is good material, other feels harsh on the skin and/or shrinks so much in dryer. The clothes I can't dry look wrinkly.

It was my first Fabulous FABLETICS experience and I totally fell into your little vip trap buying into your little "specials" your product is out of this world. I am so glad I joined, really top notch stuff! I'd recommend and have recommended FABLETICS to anyone and everyone!

The clothes are good for the price, but I was charged even tho I selected to not get charged. That is $60. So I got a credit, but I can only get on item on the store even tho the item is $20. In addition, I still had to pay $10 for shipping. In conlusion I paid $70 for a pair of pants that was advertised as $20 and $60 was taken out of my bank account even tho I decided to skip that month. That is why I canceled my VIP suscription and have not bought anything else since.

I love my fabletics leggings and other pieces I've gotten. However it feels scammy that I absolutely have to remember within the first few days of the month to skip or else I get charged for my credit. You don't send a notification email until you've decided to take money from my account. Yes, I have a reminder setup, but sometimes life happens and I forget. Then once I have the stupid credit there's nothing available that actually makes it worth having a credit for. I can buy a $5 pair of underwear with my $60 credit or a $20 pair of legging with my $60 credit. The only way I can even attempt to get any value out of my credits are to buy an outfit or bundle and then my options are one single pair of leggings that are most likely out of my size and another sport bra, because of course, I need 50 different sports bras, or maybe a nice half a sweatshirt. Once I use up my credits I have left, I will likely be unsubscribing because at least then I don't have to worry about being charged every month. It's been at least 6 months of trying to use up my final credits and find things that I both want to wear, are available in my size, and isn't a waste of my money that has already been paid to you. Although I'm well aware that scheme is your entire point, I get it, I just wish it didn't have to be like that and Fabletics could actually be a brand that I encourage others to use, but so far I tell them to run far away from the subscription because it's never worth it. God forbid your "VIP"s actually get a deal on something once in a while. I really wish I could just shop Fabletics at affordable prices at any time of year without the predatory marketing practices. Also the Motion 365 fabric is my favorite, and I've been seeing less and less of it so you're likely getting rid of it, all the more reason to unsubscribe. 🙄

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
