Order 3 items but never received them, said delivered but not to me. So they reshipped only 2 because the other was out of stock but I'm still waiting for it, looked at the shipping company they use "OnTrac" and they service is very questionable but fabletics still uses them so I'm out of money and my items.

When browsing the site for the first time, many items were out of stock. I was able to get one pair of leggings, which were of poor quality. They collected fabric pills very quickly. (First wear and wash)
I used to love fabletics but over the past few years I have really become unhappy with the quality of products. The pants don't last nearly as long with thigh rubbing and I don't find the material as comfortable. I've actually lost weight and the sizes have also become tighter/smaller on me and I'll likely need to go up a size and I think it's because they have less give to them.

Great quality Athleisure wear, gym wear, etc. I have pieces that I still wear eve though they are "old" because the quality lasts! Their semi annual sale is a goldmine I just wish they didn't run out of stock so quickly. Other than that, I HIGHLY recommend them, I've been a member for over a decade :)
Love the fabletics clothing and quality. The scrubs are comfortable and they have great color choices. As a VIP member, I get access to amazing to deals. My only complaint is that sometimes the sizes I want sell out fast and the website will list things on sale or have outfit bundles where one of the items is out of stock in the sizes I want which can be annoying.
I really like the quality products I find on Fabletics site. I have never been disappointed in the quality. The only thing I am disappointed in is the fit. The sizing is not very consistent and the fit for the same product could be tight could be loose. It says true to size but I have found that not to be true. However they are super easy to do exchanges and returns and I have had no issues with that at all.
Overall I absolutely recommend to give them a try.
I used to love Fabletics, but I can only own so many yoga pants without them all looking the same. I skip each month because there is hardly anything new and refreshing. If something sells out quickly, that should tell you to bring that item back. Demi Lovato did an ombre legging that sold out and no one ever made them again. Solid leggings are boring when you haven't changed your style in years. Partnering with celebrities only goes so far, when their line still looks the same.

I find subscription services to brand accessibility obnoxious. I wish I could just buy from fabletics without the whole entrapment set up. There are a few items I'm loyal to with brand. The quality on other items is fine but not great

I got excited to order my husband work pants as everything I have ordered in the past from here has has been great. The fit of the pants is strange as well as the construction is poorly made. The two of the belt loops were not sewn down and they are just flapping! I do not know but I was shocked at the poor quality of the menswear. Another coworker even said he had similar experience with the same pants. The fabric was nice and soft- hopefully they will fit the construction issue- so for now I will be sticking with ladies apparel.

Love fabletics.com just wish the clothes weren't so tight and prices so high. Other than that one of my fav places to shop! I love the costumer service they are the bomb! They will try and help you with whatever however they can! I've had great experiences with them!

When you hear about Fabletics and you see the scrubs, clothing, etc how can you not love it? But when I compare offers from non-members to members I feel for $50 a month we should be getting at least discount offers as well. I make a lot of purchases and the VIP credits are cool and all but what's a vip credit for one item when I have 6 or 7 in my cart at full price?

I have been with Fabletics since the business started with Kate Hudson. I still own and wear the first pair of short leggings and they look brand new. The quality of Fabletics products is the best exercise wear ever and I will continue to be a loyal customer because of that one reason.

I still wear the very first pair of leggings I purchased from your brand. The quality is a perfect fit and lasts forever. I love the shorts and the color options are great.
I like the gym shorts that I bought from Fabletics but the waist band kind of rolled up after one use. The waist band should lay flat against the skin for maximum comfort. These tend to roll up like they're already worn out.
Customer service was not helpful nor knowledgeable about the specific products for which I had questions. The delivery took almost two weeks. And the sports bra, which is supposed to be for high intensity work outs, keeps unzipping during the warm ups. During the works outs I have to continuously keep zipping it up.

With most credit or subscription services you're committing to getting product or equivalent every month. But honestly, who needs new____ every single month? Fabletics has hit that sweet spot of having the option to refresh your workout gear or SKIP! They are diligent about letting you know every month that you're about to be charged, and you have a few days to hit that skip button or not. Good for my bank account, but it also keeps Fabletics top of mind when do want to get something new. Beyond that, I've loved everything I've gotten. The material on these kick flare leggings (I'm wearing right now) are a dream.
Everything I've ever ordered on fabletic has been great. I would choose Fabletics over Lululemon. But I live on a military base now, and all of my products have been returned before I could receive them. It seems the shipping to my location is impossible, so I had to cancel my membership.

You charged my account for no reason at all. I have tried to get my money back, but to no avail, it hasn't happened. If it was a fee of less than $10, no problem, but it was $59.95. Wrong and I don't know if I'll ever buy from Fabletics again

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
