This is by far my favorite place to shop. Whether I'm going to work, the gym, or a date you guys have me covered. I would love to participate in the product review board. The new colors and styles are always amazing.
Fabletics seems to believe that everyone wants to work out with as much skin showing as possible. If it's not cropped, tops are cut at the back or side, hanging open when you bend during exercise. I don't want to adjust my clothes every time I move.
The quality used to be so good. I've tried to come back several times, and it just gets worse. The website and app are difficult to use and navigate compared to other online clothing stores. Items in common sizes are frequency sold out. It's just not worth the headache. I'd rather pay more and have a better experience.
I've used fabletics on and off for years. I was always impressed with the quality. But lately the product has taken a nose dive in quality. The last order I put in I was charged over sixty dollars for a tank top. It never arrived and they did not refund me. I had already cancelled my membership so I didn't receive a credit either. Highway robbery!
Ordering was easy and sale prices allowed me to order more items for multiple gifts. My son-in-law liked the shorts and tees he got for his birthday. The rest of my order is set aside for Christmas presents.
I will look to see if the adult clothing sizes are applicable for teenaged grandchildren. Children enjoy athletic wear that is comfortable for practice and it is hard to find sizes that fit their slim athletic bodies.
I returned sneakers and pants which I used credits towards and my return for BOTH was less than the 1 member credit of ~60 that's atrocious and very disappointing. I'm praying to find things that works so I can use my remaining credits and cancel. Probably better off going to the store, it's disappointing the returns online would steal money like this

I am a VIP member and often what I would like is out of stock so I wait in order to use my credits. While I like the leggings, frequently the posted sales prices are much lower than my credit fee. I have had difficulty contacting customer service.
Takes a minute to find what you love to wear or work out in but it's worth it. The returns and exchange process is super easy. The regular prices are overpriced but the sales are fantastic. Customer support is always really great. Shipping is slow so order accordingly.
The workout clothes feel like they are made from shower curtain material, exactly like when I ordered something that ended up being from China. The fit was also a little off. I returned everything but some lounge pants which I kept because they were super cheap, but I've worn them twice in the past 2-3 months that I've had them.
I've been a customer for over 4 years.
The VIP membership has become a joke.
- VIP credits expire when there is literally nothing valuable to buy.
- Quality of everything has gotten worse year after year, extremely disappointed.
- Only items that anyone wants to buy are gone the first day of the month.
- Cannot wait to use my final credits and leave this membership, I have waiting to leave for over a year.
- Items arrive multiple weeks after ordering
- Items often tattered or torn
I ordered some shorts for my grandson, and at the time thought I got a great price, but to my surprise a ridiculous charge appeared on my credit card, upon calling fabletics, it turns out to get the good price, you have to pay a monthly premium,that they fail to tell you about when ordering very dishonest won't be doing business ever again! With fabletics..
Love the product. Great styling, comfortable and well fitting. Inadvertently signed up for VIP program and was charged $59.99. Contacted you immediately to cancel but have been unable to get a refund. Made a great experience into a disappointing one.
Our purchase was wonderful and my son loves the shorts. The problem is I have been receiving a monthly bill for your membership, which I have called about already twice. I keep being reassured that the monthly billing will be stopped and it continues. Both Customer Service Reps were absolutely wonderful and very attentive and understanding. It is just a shame that your employees and products are so good, but your systems and programs actually ruin the experience.
I have no issue with the clothing. It's the monthly service that is not working as expected. There is no heads up, i.e. An email, at the beginning of each month about purchasing or skipping the month. (I get multiple daily emails about products, so I know my email is in their system.) But I must put it on my calendar to be able to skip each month, which doesn't necessarily work in a busy schedule. And last month I purchased something in the first five days, using a prior month's charge (and resulting credit to my account) but did not skip and was charged for last month. I will be cancelling this service once I use those credits.
I purchased a scrub set and a personalized lab coat as gift for my daughter.
I double checked spelling on personalization and it arrived with last letter missing. I called many times to try to mail back to correct. Each time was told final sale. All that was needed was additional letter. I was paying shipping. Ridiculous.
Item worthless with wrong name.
The products themselves are great. I really like them. If you sign up to be a member or whatever in the store, you will get charged almost $60 a month to get one of their products for "free". The free part is not true. They charge you almost $20 in shipping and it's takes 2-3 weeks to get the thing.
Cancelled after 2 months.
I would get endless emails for promotions but rarely be able to find my size. The quality of the clothing was good, but the non-sale prices were way too high. You had to buy "credits" each month or remember to request to skip the month, which was just a giant pain. I would regularly purchase stuff if it was just priced fairly all of the time and no sub was needed.
I didn't love the fit or quality of any of the close I purchased. The while buying process with the membership is weird and feels complicated. In the end, the prices for sign up purchase was cheap, but always felt like there was going to be a crash, even though there ended up not being one.
I've loved everything I've gotten from Fabletics. My biggest complaint is more often than not my size is out of stock. I'm XXS-S depending on the style and it seems they're out of stock almost immediately with smaller sizes. I'd also like to see more styles in the "Outfit and Bundles" since that's where the best deals are. When something new is added to outfits and bundles that I like, one or both items are out of stock in smaller sizes.
I really enjoy Fabletics clothing, but when I want to order some thing 80% of the time they don't have my size or what I'm looking for. I know this is a popular clothing line but if you can't keep something in stock for everyone to order for, just turns me off.
I used to really like fabletics as an over all, go to fitness app. I have been a member since the beginning. But now I find that they often do not have my size, the outfits are weird colors and combinations.
I love Fabletics products and I wish that they would stock all of their products in store because buying online is an adventure, the shipping department and the delivery company are not in sink we each other, they do not give updates I had to call several times to inquire about my items. So until this is corrected I will not order anything
Let me start by saying your product is made well and I would like to see more sizes available at the store because shopping on line is easy but your shipping partners are the worst's. Every order I've made on line I have had the same experience BAD and it has left a bad taste in my mouth and I haven't made a purchase since my last purchase.
I have heard about this brand and seen people wearing this brand but never tried them until recently and I am hooked. I love their stores which are always clean, inviting & their staff is always so helpful when trying on clothes. I love their membership, their clothes are made well not like the crap I see elsewhere and have even gotten my son to start buying clothes from here.

After being a Fabletics member for only a few short months I cancelled. Though they say they are size inclusive the items I received had to be ordered 2 sizes larger then what I typically wear. Additionally, the 3 months worth of credits I had accumulated don't seem to be able to be used. Items are shipped to addresses not on my account, or never received, credits not refunded, it was a whole mess really. Sad because I wanted to love it.
LOVE the products and fit! Areas for improvement: 1) website navigation - NOT intuitive, not easy to search for what you want. I.e. Several of my searches might be for a) 7/8 length b) 365 motion fabric or c) joggers. I instinctively WANT to see all 7/8 leggings that come up (with quick fabric type). I WANT to see all items that feature 365 motion fabric. I WANT to find all joggers quickly. It's always hard to search for my specific wants. 2) Have option to immediately get my member credit when the month's drop starts. I don't like to pay my fee unless that month I like something. Does that make sense? And lastly, 3) Sizes sell out fast sadly.
My subscription has gone up twice. When you look through their site, their merchandise is much less expensive than what you pay monthly. And they make it VERY difficult to skip a month and even more difficult to cancel
Nothing more to say. I ordered quite a few things for a vacation. My items arrived 10 days after my order was placed AND not in time for my travels.which is why i purchased them. My items were delivered within the company's delivery expectations. That said, i order from other competitors and receive my items within a week at the most. I feel you all have some work to do with a more timely delivery time. Also, your tracking system is not good at all. Disappointed. This was my 1st order as a new member, i've since skipped the past two months as I decide wether to cancel or not. Just a bad taste in my mouth with this experience.
