Just prefer more summer options as there is a lot of sweats still in store compared to summer options or an overall lack of size large when I am shopping in store! I am a touchy feely kind of person so o typically shop in store not online!
The membership is $69.99 a month. Yes I'm aware you can skip however the price of the member credit is more than the items the member credit is eligible for. That's a scam. And being a new member gets you better deals than us existing ones. Also, I've bought the same cut and style of legging from a few years ago because I loved them, the quality of the new one is thinner and cheaper. Lastly, the shipping through DoorDash is horrible. Every time I've ordered online, the doordasher makes an attempt and leaves. I'm not notified by DoorDash or fabletics. I end up going to my shipping email and looking at status and THEN it takes you to DoorDash and tells you it's been returned to the facility. Then I call and my item is sold out and I can't get it. I cancelled my membership.

I like the clothes but if I'm paying x amount of money each month for a member credit I really don't feel I should be charged $7.50 for tariffs! If you have to raise the non member price then whatever or maybe just pocket less money? I'm not sure why my MEMBER credit doesn't include the fees from the yam in office?

I love fabletics. They have alot of nice & comfortable things to wear no matter what it is. If its working out or just a casual day of running errands.
I do not like their subscription requirement to get good prices. Regular pricing is ridiculous and overpriced. I'd purchase more often if prices were somewhere in the middle.

I am a BlackVIP level member and have spent nearly $10,000 in your stores. I will continue to purchase in person from your storefront but will not buy from you online again. The only way that will happen will be through the store manager who places the order for me. I have been burned several times from your online store and it has resulted in lost packages, terrible customer services, and no trust in your online company. I haven't had the opportunity to try anything I like for about two years now because nothing I like is available in my size. I have tried repeatedly to cancel my membership and I always have a at least 1 hour and 50 minute wait on the phone, which I have to call to cancel because there is no way to cancel online. I HATE fabletics. IF i can find something that I can tolerate, it is worth $25 and they take one membership point, which costs $60 plus tax. And lastly, I always have to pay shipping and tax on every order. This feels more and more like a scam.

Love fabletics.com just wish the clothes weren't so tight and prices so high. Other than that one of my fav places to shop! I love the costumer service they are the bomb! They will try and help you with whatever however they can! I've had great experiences with them!
I have worn the define powerhold leggings for years now and love them, but recently the quality has gone down hill. They normally last me at least a year rotating between 5 or so pairs, but the last two orders I placed had threads in the waistband coming undone the first time I wore them. I haven't gained any weight… I actually lost about 10-15lbs so this should not be happening. When I chatted about getting an exchange, I would have to find a box or shipping bag, send back the defective items, and wait until they had been processed to get replacements sent. That means weeks of not having the items I ordered. I ended up canceling my membership and don't know if I will actually go back or just find a new brand to buy from.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
