I was a member with Fabletics for around 10 years. I recently discovered that they will no longer ship to my address. This change was not announced, nor was I in any way notified of the change. I found out by having multiple orders returned to them by their shipper, and customer service eventually (after about a month) admitted that they'd changed their shipping services and would no longer deliver to me. Their website still claims that they should deliver to me, more than 3 months after they told me they do not. After experiencing this dishonesty and complete lack of concern for existing customers, I have canceled my membership.
I'm trying to find some clothing that actually fits me from Fabletics. But they trick you. You go to exchange the clothing and they ship something to you right away, but you may not realize you were just charged for that. Then when you return the first thing (that you needed to exchange) they just give you store credit. That's manipulative and misleading. On top of which, while you're waiting MULTIPLE weeks for your return credit to hit your account, they may just go ahead and charge you again for the monthly VIP credit. The whole things feels like (because it mostly is) a scam.

When you first join, the prices are great, but after that first order, the savings aren't real significant, especially when you have to use the monthly fee as a credit towards something that isn't always worth the $60.

I like fabletics as a brand, however they do have some shortcomings in that wait times for checkout and returns in store can be lengthy and I haven't been able to get the amounts advertised for returning in store. They can never process it and always just refer me to customer service and I have returned a ton of things ordered online in store so I kinda feel cheated and mislead.
The quality of the material has been diminishing in recent years. The power hold leggings used to be thicker and better quality. They are now thin and see through, without nearly as much stretch. They feel stiff and not nearly as comfortable as in the past. Also, many items are out of stock. Due to this and the rising membership cost, I plan on cancelling my membership
I ordered my normal size prior to pregnancy (XS, Petite). The length was great on the pants especially since I'm only 5'½", but the actual material for the growing belly was pretty snug. There also wasn't a lot of room for my hips as the pregnancy has continued. I'm sure if I had ordered a size small it would have fit better, but I don't think the length would have been right for my legs.

The quality of the clothes are good and the pricing with VIP membership is worth it (without the deals I'd not buy at regular price) but you must monitor each month to skip or buy. So far it's worth it, not sure if this will be a long term

I'm a personal trainer and I'm in leggings almost every day. I've tried many brands in the past but always find that my Fabletics are the best. They feel good, look good and last after many, many washes. It's the brand I recommend to all of my clients.
I am very unhappy and was to cancel this subscription. I was having money taken out directly but just lost the credits to purchase so its like they just had access to literally steal from me. Its unacceptable and totally sucks!

I love Fabletics so much, my only thing to criticize as of late is that certain bottom styles have been made poorly and see through. I buy Fabletics because I love Athleisure and I work in a lax work environment so I'm comfortable. But whether in the gym or at work I want to be somewhat modest and having pants that you can see my butt through them doesn't help. I'm here for the sales and using my monthly credits. I love my membership and the way I can skip.
A portion of my return was rejected due to the new 30 day return policy change from 90 days. My purchase was made while the 90 day policy was still in place. The cashier just refused my return even though it still stated 90 days on my receipt. I will be canceling my membership. Thanks for no customer service.

Items purchased, tummy control, leggings, purchased as a 3X, but fit more so like a one X. I had also received a severe rash due to the waistline which lasted almost 3 weeks called in to make my complaint., told them to remove my account, credit cards, and they still have the audacity to still use my credit card and charge me a member membership. Even after I expressed that, I no longer wanted to use their services due to false advertising. Be aware this agency will still try to collect their money and use your credit card and create unauthorized charges
My experience shopping with Fabletics was great. I love the scrubs, they many colors and styles to choose from. I was so happy that they had tall size. Since January I have purchase 2 more scrub sets and was completely satisfied with my purchase and fit. Received lots of compliments from coworkers at the hospital I work at. Gladly passed it on that I shopped online with Fabletics.
Fabletics is easy to navigate, and their clothes are the best! Great quality and sizes are very true to size!

I've purchased many products from this company and I love their brand. They have some of the most comfortable and suitable leggings and other items I wear throughout the week. It is super frustrating when the sizing is not the same. I have ordered my "usual" size for a couple different items just for them to be too big or small and have to send them back for a different size. By the time they get back, the color/size I need is gone. I, also, wonder where the rest of a couple of shirts I got are?! I am petite 5' and do not like the 'cropped' style, but sometimes you don't know until you get, because the product descriptions don't tell you they are cropped. Just frustrating all around, probably won't order anymore.
Let me start by saying my were "short" standing at first but boy was I shocked. The fits are great and I like most styles. I own a small business and I like you guys embroider polos and some other fits. Would like to see some more color fits in all fits. The only way that will happen will be through the store manager who places the order for me. I have been burned several times from your online store and it has resulted in lost packages, terrible customer services, and no trust in your online company. I'm usually not a fan of any club type of experience but I thought I would give them a try. The clothes are OK. I don't think they run true to size and I canceled immediately after my first order. I don't wanna have to remember every month to skip a shipment or worry about being charged. If you forget to skip your shipment, you get automatically charged.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
