I ordered a jacket and a medium, and it was too small. I then we returned it and ordered the same one and an extra large. I got charged for both of them, but have neither one of them. I have written before about this, but nothing has ever been done. I do believe I owe one credit because I never got the jacket or the credit.
My last 3 orders have came with some shipping issue. My last order, i received 1 of 4 items and that what was received was the incorrect order. The other three items I never received, due to item lost according to the shipper. However the person that I was chatting with stated it was return to the warehouse. Now some of those items are now out stock even though my order was returned. Also their shipping issues and lack of quality assurance checks is making Fabletics look very bad and skemming customers out of their money.

These shorts are the best shorts I've ever owned. They are light weight, breathable, yet controlling in the right areas. I never have to worry about them being see-thru either. I won't ever wear any other brand shorts - OR leggings. And LASTING?!? I'm STILL waiting for my first pair to wear out- from 2 years ago.
Today I wore the oxblood jumpsuit to the movies. Loved it and received lots of compliments. I can wear to gym, grocery stores even as lounge wear but when I went on date day it was a hit and talk about comfort and elegance this jumpsuit holds it
The only clothes I wear is from Fabletics! Extremely comfortable. I wear it to work, to work out in, casual every day wear. It is the one and only store that if I walk in, I know I will walk out with something.
I've been with Fabletics from the beginning. I own just about every style and color and have filled an entire chest of drawers with all of my favorites. I've found no other workout or leisure wear that's as good, affordable, and stulish. I've owned them all. I will be a Fabletics girl for life! I'm 68 yrs young and 100% endorse this brand!
I became a VIP because I wanted to take advantage of their two pairs of yoga pants for $24.95. I did not like the idea of my card being charged $59 if I don't skip a month or buy something before the 5th of the month. That is a very bad plan and should be changed.

I used to be a big fabletics fan but have found more recently their clothing to be too trendy for work, not professional enough. The few items I've gotten that are suitable don't meet expectations. One pair of pants pilled immediately, and showed lint terribly. Overall, I'm not impressed with Fabletics anymore.

The quality and thickness of the powerhold leggings has gone way down. Most are lined with white. Why? No one knows why this is even an option-bend over once and you can see the lining and the silhouette enlarges even the smallest of girls. These used to last and now I get a few months and then they stretch out and sag in the butt due to the quality of the material. Go back about 8 years to the ombré leggings in the thick and stretchy material and you will see what I mean.

I really love everything I've gotten. The leggings and shorts have great hold but don't feel tight. You actually got the torso right on the jumpsuits. Need to order another one btw. Great value all around. I like shopping in the store better only because the staff has been able to make size suggestions and give me details on how they feel about the fit. If I had 1 tiny change, I would make the waist a little bit smaller for better hold while weight training.
I enjoy the pants, they are soft and light. Perfect to take for traveling. I might be one of your oldest customers (67 years old). I got them also for my daughter, daughter in law and my 21 year old granddaughter. Wow!
I get lots of emails about sales that don't exist (i. E. 2 for 35 shorts sale). Only to find that not until you load them into the cart that the sale doesn't apply. Also, because they use redundant offerings of the same product, it takes forever to find what you are looking for

I have worn the define powerhold leggings for years now and love them, but recently the quality has gone down hill. They normally last me at least a year rotating between 5 or so pairs, but the last two orders I placed had threads in the waistband coming undone the first time I wore them. I haven't gained any weight… I actually lost about 10-15lbs so this should not be happening. When I chatted about getting an exchange, I would have to find a box or shipping bag, send back the defective items, and wait until they had been processed to get replacements sent. That means weeks of not having the items I ordered. I ended up canceling my membership and don't know if I will actually go back or just find a new brand to buy from.

I love their clothes. It lasts a long time. My issue is with the credit system. They'll charge me $65 a month if I don't skip … fine. But then if I want to buy something that's on sale that's worth less than my credit … I lose money. I often found items on sale that I wanted and it never made sense to use my credits. I had to cancel.
I have so many (at least 100) leggings, flares and shorts and love the fit and love the look. The only downside for me is that I have been able to wear the flares as dress pants until recently when fabletics put their logo on the pant leg. Only thing I was disappointed with. I am trying the dresses now for summer.
I ordered 4 pair of pants and they didn't fit. I requested a refund and received it. Then $59 charges started showing up on my card. I received one after calling for a reason for the charge but notice a 2nd charge that I have not received.

I've been a VIP member for years. I think it's so stupid that if something is on sale or mark down or cheaper than the VIP pay in… that if I use my VIP credit I'm paying way more than what the item is priced and not even getting the sale price. What a $#*!ing scam. VIP credit should be used like cash, not per item. I hate that only "new VIP members" get good deals. What about the rest of us? That have been here forever.

I I ordered XXL bras wireless and they all came too small. Look like they were for a teenage adult. I was very dissatisfied. The quality was good. The material felt great and they looked amazing but I couldn't fit neither one very disappointed on the size.

The 80% of discounts 1st time buyer gets why don't the VIP Members get that too after paying $60/month.
We love the quality and materials but we need the prices to be same as first time buyers so we can enjoy our shopping too.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
