I don't know where to start with how bad the service was from fabletics, it; s a shame really because the product is great.
When I purchased 2 pairs of shorts, I didn't expect to be signed up to a subscription for £50 per month, it was really underhand how they hid the fact in the small print. When I tried to exit the subscription they tried telling me it was a free subscription and I just had to pause it every month.
Then when the shorts arrived they were too big (the only positive out of the whole experience). The exchange process described on their website didn't work as they had shut down the email channel.
I finally managed to speak with someone who could help who asked me to choose 2 new pairs of shorts, that was difficult as they had hardly any stock. Finally managed to choose 2 pairs in stock, but whilst I was waiting for the product to despatch they must have ran out of stock and so cancelled my exchange and sent me an email saying they had credited my account.
So I went back on the website, but there was no credit on my account, so I had to get back in touch, but the person I was speaking with said my original exchange had been processed and so he couldnt do anything for me. At this point I had already had a terrible experience, having to contact them 3 times, being conned into a subscription and having already had to suffer their terrible customer experience, but now I had no shorts and no credit or refund.
When I said that I was going to go to trading standards/consumer watchdog, they sorted it for me within an hour, a day later I've received an email saying my items will be delivered.
Avoid this company at all costs, I don't even think its a scam, they're just a terrible company.
Tip for consumers:
It's easy to get signed up to a subscription without knowing. Also, if you have to deal with aftersales, the service is terrible.

So, I went to the Fabletics website today to cancel for this month, since they seem to make it impossible to actually CANCEL my membership and like to take my money off my credit card... and they have a new trick to try to stop you from cancelling the month... a pop up screen comes up so fast from the skip page and then after you click it to make it go away, you aren't on the original page anymore. After wrestling with it for a few minutes, I was finally able to cancel this month. But that was just a hassle and BS. I have a lot of Fabletics, the only truly decent items (and not even all of them, I'm afraid) are the leggings. I also have a nice scarf and the toque was 'ok' but it wasn't slouchy as advertised and I ended up giving it away. The tops have generally been of very low quality, especially the t-shirts, with poor quality fabric and stitching, as well as big time shrinkage issues. With the exchange on the Canadian dollar and the shipping charges (what happened to FREE shipping people?), there is no way these clothes are worth the price I am paying, even with the VIP 'discount'. I want OUT.

I saw the TV commercials for a while with Kate Hudson advertising Fabletics and I thought, those are some pretty neat leggings, so I finally decided to order from the company. I wish I would have read the reviews before I made this decision. I placed an order 3 weeks ago (Feb 2nd) and I have not received my shipment yet! I received an email on Feb 10th stating that my shipment was finally on its way and it's now Feb 17th and I still have not received my package! I called the company and canceled my VIP membership today. I am not going to pay $49.95 per month every month if I have to wait damn near a month to receive an order. Oh yes, when you order from Fabletics, you have to agree to the terms of having your credit card charged automatically for $49.95 every month in order to receive what they call "perks" for being a VIP member. My advice to anyone who is mesmerized by the Kate Hudson commercials for Fabletics, save your money and time because it is not worth the money, the stress, the time, and the wait for some leggings that are probably just as good as the ones you can buy on Amazon or your local retail store. I haven't even received the leggings yet, but currently, I'm not impressed with the company, so I can imagine I won't be impressed with the leggings either when or IF I receive them. Horrible company! BEWARE!

Love that the leggings are compression and very comfortable. They have their own flair to them. I got some to give a gifts to others people.

I had a VIP Fabletics account and was happy to use it letting credits roll over. I noticed credits started disappearing (totaling $300). After several hours of calls, I was advised that credits only last a specific period of time. Fabletics agreed to reimburse me via vouchers which I agreed to, BUT the vouchers did not work. I tried contacting Fablectics and the voucher company who kept bouncing me around and never resolved my issue. Years passed and I got nowhere, eventually the issue was resolved, however, at this stage I had moved countries. I tried to make an order, however, was not able to use my credits to order to my address. I called again to find a workaround but was advised there was no alternate solution. I resorted to selling the vouchers at a discounted price, but found no buyers. By this time more than 4 years had passed. I tried all avenues, and had no choice to contact Fabletics again to request a refund - the agent hung up on me! I tried again and in May 2021 an agent finally agreed to issue a refund cheque. I was advised the cheque would arrive in 4-6weeks. 5 months and there was no word from Fabletics, I contacted them and was advised they hadn't sent the cheque as they needed to verify my address. I asked why no-one had contacted me - the reason, they don't have the ability to contact me! I left it a week and called again, only to find the last agent hadn't updated my shipping address. Now I am being told I need to wait another 4-6weeks. Avoid this company at all costs! I tried to spend $300 and now they won't give my money back.

I understood completely how VIP system worked. I knew that I had between the 1st through the 5th of the month that I had to cancel the monthly selection. The first month after I got my two leggings -- canceled that month. No problem. 2nd month -- cancelled it within the time limit. I am 100% certain. I was still charged on my card $49.95. I called and spoke with customer service. He barely spoke English. He said he would refund my money. I then said I wanted to cancel the VIP membership. He said he cancelled it. He was ready to hang up the phone and I wanted to double-check when I would have a refund of my $49.95. He said he couldn't refund my money. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he put me on hold. I waited for a period of time and finally the same customer service representative came back on the line and said he could refund my money. I asked him why he could all of a sudden do it now, but before he couldn't -- he just said he had to do it another way. I'm doubtful my refund is going to come through. No worries though, I spoke with my bank and they said to wait 5 days and if a refund didn't come through, I could file a dispute. I'm on it. I don't like games and I don't like shady practices. I'm so completely disappointed in Fabletics and disappointed in Kate Hudson. This company is about greed rather than ethics and good customer service.

It's ridiculous that you have to do so much math to figure out just how much something costs and whether you're getting the best price for it. The prices on the tags are a joke, trying to trick us into thinking we're getting premium quality. The tag says $74, but you can use a member credit that costs $55, or you can wait for a sale when it's $21, or wait for a different sale when it's 2 for $24. I don't have time for these games. Also, I've tried about a dozen bras and pairs of leggings now, and the sizing is a challenge. Some Small bras cut my boobs in half and nearly require dislocating my shoulder to get out of, but some Medium bras are falling off of me and don't fit snug around my ribcage. The same is true for the leggings--sometimes Medium means Muffin Top, but sometimes Large doesn't stay up, so it's really hard when you're shopping by mail to know how things are going to fit. Some of the bras are unlined--which isn't always noted in the product description--and who wants to show everyone at the gym that detail of their anatomy? Some of the pants are very thin and show every bump, bulge, and underwear line. No gusset in some of the leggings means there's some "below-the-belt cleavage" to worry about. Despite my several purchases, the "My Reviews" portion of the site says I have nothing to review, so I can't share my experience with Fabletics and other customers. I've ended up returning about 75% of what I've bought, and I plan to cancel my membership pretty soon. I've only kept it this long due to recent weight change and needing to restock my workout gear at prices within my budget, but there are options at this price point with fewer headaches.

I should have read some of the reviews here first. I signed up for the VIP membership thinking I will just cancel it if I don't like the clothes. We'll I ordered some Lima capris in a couple different colors. Had to send them back for different size. When I reordered I tried them on they seemed comfy so washed them before I wore them to gym. The minute I started sweating they started itching terribly. I couldn't wait to take them off. I ordered some shirts for casual wear. They were OK but cheap fabric if course for 19.99 I expected that. I ordered my first outfit Jan 1st and ordered the Kimberly sweatpants and a top. The sweatpants were very cheap lots of polyester I went to return them and over a week later had not received the return label. Meanwhile I called to cancel the membership and the lady gave me a very hard time about canceling. I finally said the clothes are cheap I would rather buy Lorna Jane or lulu and pay the extra money. So I am now worried they will get trying to charge my CC which I can't seem to take the number off web site. I also returned some tights and a shirt over a month ago and they say they still haven't recieved it. I shop online quite a bit so understand shopping online and this company has the worse customer service ever. I have written 5 emails asking for the return label and called. I finally just got it.

I just got back to the gym and needed something to calm the jiggle. I read some terrible reviews about fabletics but loved the designs so decides to give it a whirl.
After some research I figured I didn't have much to lose and wanted to judge for myself. They had a sale if you become a VIP Member you can get 2 pairs of leggings for $24 - sounds like a steal!
I browsed the site and chose my 2 pairs of leggings. I placed the order around 10am on May 17th. The leggings arrived by noon the NEXT DAY. I was baffled by the crazy fast delivery! They were stylish, fit well, make my butt look AMAZING and the quality is comparable to other, more expensive brands.
I called to cancel my membership (something I heard was a huge hassel) - the call took less than 5 mins. A customer service rep named Josh couldn't have been nicer, he asked me to stay and did attempt to keep me as a VIP Member but respected when I said I'd like to cancel and he cancelled it for me.
I am actually regretting cancelling now! Haha! I will try the leggings and see how they hold up with wash and wear but I LOVE them and have nothing negative to say at all.
I am thrilled with my new leggings and look forward to purchasing again in the future.
