I've always been happy with mg fabletics purchases except this last purchase. The stitching starting ripping on the pants after the first wear.

Too expensive. Clothes too small for stated size. Joined the "club" and still had to pay a higher than average price for merchandise

Their high-waisted (lisettes) are NOT SQUAT proof. It took me over an year to realize that. I realized that after $1000 worth of order. The black one practically see-through revealing all your assets. Salars are okay. When I pay around $50+ for a legging, I expect them to work as is. Thats why it never occurred to me to even squat test it before using it. My friend at the gym, whom I train with, told me with much apprehension, thats when I realized. Oh horrors. I canceled my membership. I had placed a new Feb order, which I will do a squat test on and see. I will return the entire order if it does not pass my squat test. I'd rather buy under armor or nike, but only after a squat test. Lesson learnt. Stay away or at least do a squat test.

What kind of company marketing themselves as a store for 'yoga pants' doesn't make sure that the consumer's bum doesn't show during downward dog pose. I haven't tried the downward dog in the high-waisted leggings, but if these show my bum during squat, I think it will during a downward dog.The leggings are pretty, but i rather be all covered than pretty.

As far as customer service goes, its pretty good. I had a few issues, which were resolved pretty quickly. Membership cancelation literally took me 2 minuutes.

The pieces are very comfortable and nice. However shipping takes FOREVER and if you have to return anything it'll take a longER time to have it processed and replaced.

I was charged $40 for being a "VIP Member" when I had already cancelled my subscription. Very disappointed.

The customer experience is always spot on the girls go out of the way to help Kathleen is amazing so was Georgia they both helped me a lot

You want to charge me $50 a month to buy pants! I had no idea that was the deal. You should make it more noticeable so people no!

I was not happy. Everything is out of stock and when you find something you like, you cant use the monthly fee fabletics took from you towards it.

Very light and comfy. I like them a lot. Only thing I would change is they should all have a back pocket or 2. But overall, very good

This set is so comfortable. The biker shorts were on the longer end, but I really love wearing them. I never have to worry about them riding up.

I am a larger girl and these fit like a glove and were so comfortable. The top band does not roll down and they make me feel pretty.

These are my new favorite leggings! They shape and hug all the right places and I always feel so good wearing them. I wear them like everyday now!

They ship to you in 3 weeks instead of the 6-8 days promised. They also charge 55 dollars for a membership that you don't even sign up for

It was mostly good. I love almost all of the items I've purchased. For some reason I can't find a size for the 1 pants that fits me

I ordered leggings and a long sleeve crop top that were on sale, November 5th. I was expecting them to be there within a week or so granted they were apparently coming from CA. I checked the tracking number everyday, and it never updated. After 14 business days, and several conversations with Fab, I did not get my order. When I called i told them the situation and they said they could re-ship my order. During the call the lady I spoke to had to ask her supervisor for permission for everything I asked. And so I was on hold for over 3 hours trying to get an answer. During this time I learned the leggings were now out of stock? Where did they go? Because the leggings never left the facility... so that tells me that my leggings were sold TWICE. During this time also, I was allotted store credit for the leggings that were out of stock... but here's the thing Fabletics! I'm NEVER going to order from you again. Due to terrible customer service, inability to refund my money back to my card, and the fact that my order literally never left the facility. I am beyond pissed, the lady I spoke to explained to me "We have to call the supervisors every time we have a questions and unfortunately they are busy with other customers who also have problems and you will have to be patient" okay well maybe if you got your stuff figured out and had better workers who could actually make the right orders and put the packages on the mail truck, we wouldn't have this problem! And I wouldn't be on hold for 3 freaking hours. Fabletics, get your $#*! together. This is ridiculous and I'm surprised your not completely out of business or have law suits against you. My long sleeve top better come, and it better be good quality. Otherwise I'm going to corporate.

So glitchy, always a problem with check out, the go back toggle is slow and always starts you from the beginning. User experience over all sucks.

I like the product. I think it's a tad expensive, in saying that, the quality is good. You shouldn't require 100 characters to complete this review.

My family and friends do not give our money to companies that or woke and support the bs Lgbtq_+*^#}. When are you people going to learn.

Products are wonderful just very frustrating when the app kept glitching and kicked me out 4 or 5 times and I kept having to start over.

Nice summer top. This top is comfortable and cool for hiking/ walking. Would also look cute knotted. Material is more flowy not tight on the body

Ordered the 2 pair of leggings for 24, specifically clicking the 1 time order. Well SURPRISE! I check my account and have a hold on there from Fabletics. Check my email and SURPRISE AGAIN! I have a $50 credit to spend on "whatever I want". Oh wait, but its not whatever I want unless I want to be paying another $40 out of pocket ON TOP of the so called credit that I (unknowingly) signed up for. If I was wanted to spend $80 on a pair of leggings I would go and spend my money at lululemon not what is supposed to be "affordable" activewear. Good thing I had enough in my account 1 day before payday because if I ended up getting an NSF fee I would be fuming. Needless to say I have a useless $50 credit, which not really sure how that is a bonus for me considering I paid $50 for it, but can plan on spending another $40 to get a stupid outfit I don't even want. How is this even allowed? Even if I do end up finding something good luck finding a size in anything considering everything is sold out. NOT IMPRESSED and WILL NOT be purchasing from you again.

Clothing not true to size, not made from quality material, never lasts as long as clothing from other companies. Overpriced is an understatement.
