I have asked/called Febletics twice and I am still being charged 49.99 for the VIP account which I did not ask for, They tell me I won't be charged again but one again I have been charged.

The worst experience I have ever had buying online from any brand.
I liked the shorts. I liked them so much that I recommended them to my family. Guess where my family lives... We all have the same address. So they did not respect my recommendations (they offer credit of $40 if you refer a friend), they canceled the orders of the three referrals I made, and then did not let me get the VIP discounts - the ones I was supposed to get as a VIP member. They thought I was scamming. I called and contacted them various times to clarify; other members of my family did as well. We each explained and gave a lot of information about us, enough to describe and clarify the case for them. They said they were going to escalate the issue and solve it. I never heard back from them with the solution.
Then there was this item with an additional discount for VIP members. The price for me changed when I added it to the cart. I asked the reason for it and GOT IGNORED on the Facebook chat. I called after that, and they told me they were going to solve it; they also told me again they would "escalate it"... I had the same result again; no response at all.
So, as a customer, they made me explain more than I should have; they ignored me, did not respect their offers, and made me feel weird because I was being treated as a scammer. Therefore, just the worst experience I have ever had buying online. I liked the shorts, but they are not the only ones offering good shorts. I am never buying anything from that brand. It is not worth it.
If they cannot help me with something that should not be that complicated, I don't want to risk having a different issue in the future after knowing the customer service they provide.
The best recommendation I could give any person reading this is: Stay Away from this brand. There are so many other good options.

This company is such a scam and very frustrating to deal with. I got lured in with the discounted initial purchase and before I knew it I was a "member" (and I use that term very loosely). Once I was trapped, I tried using my "member credits" but even on the first day of the month when "Kate's new picks" came out, my size would inevitably be "unavailable" even though I'm a size small which I assume is what 85% of their potential customers would be. I couldn't even use the money they took from me. After a year, they took my "member credits" (which is the $49.95/month that they automatically charge unless you "opt out" which used to be 1-2 days and now is 5 days) because they "expired" and finally issued me a gift card after complaining. I finally placed an order to use my gift cards, however the site never asked what form of payment I wanted to use and automatically charged my credit card. There is no way to cancel the order after it's placed (even if the item hasn't shipped yet!). I called the number on the gift card but it was Sunday after hours and no one was available, so I e-mailed them right away but never received a response. I followed up on Tuesday and was told I had to call Fabletics directly. When I called they told me that the item was shipped that day and they couldn't adjust it in the billing system to use my gift cards. When I asked to speak the a Supervisor I was told she was busy and would call me back in 15-30 minutes (shocker I never got a call back). I called again on Wednesday and after telling my story all over again was told the same thing and then spoke with a supervisor who told me I would need to physically return the item and wait for the credit to be issued and then reorder it. Whoever is running this company is doing a terrible job. Does it make any sense to incur the shipping expense 3 times for something that could easily be resolved with an adjustment in the billing system?

The clothes are advertised for much more than their worth - don't be fooled. THE COMPANY WILL RIP YOU OFF, TAKE A MONTHLY CONTRIBUTION (£44 PER MONTH) AND REFUSE A REFUND The customer service team are an appauling array of people who have no sympathy and do not care about the customer. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT purchase from this company. Infact, we all wish to believe that buying 'online' is the new and 'so much safer, faster and easier'. Well, Fabletics are a perfect example of why we should all go back to BUYING FROM SHOPS. I hope that onlin website dont all turn into this forcing us to abort buying onine and returning to the shops as it would be a waste of brilliant technology - unfortunately, Fabletics abuse these rights! Oh and if you do decide to sign up anyway, dont sign up to VIP (which means no discount unfortunately). My first item, which i purchased for £22 actually cost £66 with a further 'tip' to Fabletics of £44 for the next month. Do not buy from Fabletics - once they have your money they no longer give a damn!

I have been a VIP Member for quite some time and had even left for a bit and rejoined when they expanded their sizing. My biggest complaint has to be their inconsistent sizing for being exclusively online. I've had items run large, just right and too small. Things will also fit oddly with weird cuts around the bust area or tight everywhere but sagging along the crotch whereby you continually pull up your leggings. As someone who wears the clothes strictly for working out I absolutely hate when I'm have to continually pull up my pants. I've purchased the bra tops in my correct size to struggle to get it on because the compression is over-kill or there is severe side-boob fallout. Petite sizing is still 2" too long.
The reason I pulled out of my VIP this time around was the continual issue with stock availability. You become a VIP not only to take advantage of the cheaper pricing but also to have access to the newest styles first. Every month I'd sign on the minute I got my notification that my styles where available. Within minutes sizing and items would be sold out, as well, I would put an item in the cart, checkout, pay and in a couple of days get notified that the item sadly was sold out and they could not fulfill the order. And the site would often bugger up whereby you couldn't sign in, crashing and finally I'd get in and items... gone. I called in to complain and the Customer Service Agent really didn't care, stated I should sign into my account the minute the notification was received. Clearly was not listening, as I had been doing that. I decided that was it. Clearly my business didn't matter and asked to cancel.
When you cancel you loose all your VIP points that you have collected even if you decide to rejoin, those are gone forever. Just a $#*! way to do business. The competition is "a plenty" out there so keep shopping and don't fall prey to their so-called "deal" and "VIP" Membership. The perks you get with the Membership take forever to build up and you can only use the points to preselected items that are just leftovers from what did not sell on the site at regular pricing. Speak with your money and move on. Glad to be rid of it.
