I would not normally write a review, bad or good but I am so upset with Fabletics. I placed an order with them on Oct 31st, 2022 for 2 pair of leggings. They were on sale for $15.99 a piece. I made my payment through, PayPal. Today, I got a message from PayPal that they had paid Fabletics $54.99. I quickly logged on to look at my PayPal account to see what was going on. Not only had they charged my card $54.99 on Dec 13th, 2022, they had charged it for $54.95 on Nov 12th, 2022 as well! I was freaking out thinking someone was using my PayPal account. I immediately filed a dispute claim with PayPal and later got an email from them saying that my dispute was settled and that nothing was wrong with my account. I then called customer service at Fabletics to find out what was going on and to my utter shock when I bought those 2 pair of leggings in November, I also evidently signed up for Fabletics monthly membership! I tried in vain to tell the gentleman on the phone that I NEVER signed up for any membership. When he asked me what I wanted him to do, I told him I wanted a refund of $109.90! He then said, "why don't you go on the website and buy some things on there since you have a membership!" I work for a non-profit veterinary hospital. I barely make enough money to care for my kids. $109.90 is a lot of money to me, especially at Christmas. I must have told him at least 6 times to CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. He told me that it would be cancelled but I would not be getting a refund. I am just sick that I would be so stupid as to sign up for something that I had no clue I was signing up for. I feel so ashamed of myself. I hope this review helps others not to make the same mistake I did.

Hi I found this advertisement that was advertising extremely cheap leggings with amazing quality which I should've known was a scam from the start but I tried it out anyways and after becoming a VIP member which I don't remember signing up for I got two pairs of leggings for like $25 and when I got them in the mail they were see-through and not what it showed in the picture and probably the worst quality clothing item I had ever purchased so I returned the items and got my money back and canceled there's a VIP account immediately over the phone and on the website then two months later I check my banking account and I've been charged $100 for two months for this account that I canceled so I went to the website and before I logged in and it was running fine but then after I login it said the site was down so then I got their number and I called the company only to have to talk to someone for 20 minutes about how I canceled my account and they still took money from me and I haven't gotten my money back yet but they said they will because i clearly canceled my account tho they didn't acknowledge it but i was promised my money back and am waiting for it to show up. This company is a scam do not trust it

The leggings themselves are pretty nice but NOT worth the trouble. My boyfriend started a VIP account to buy me two leggings for Christmas. Pretty soon after we decided the VIP account wasn't for us and wanted to cancel it. Contact for the customer service is hard to find on their website and it took my boyfriend THREE painstaking phone calls to cancel his account. There are so many automated chats and robot phone voices and on the phone and my boyfriend had to end a call with one representative because his accent was so thick he truly just couldn't understand him. Three months later we find out THE ACCOUNT WAS NEVER CANCELLED. When my boyfriend called again, they refunded him for the most recent month's charge, but could only give him store credit on the previous two months (which I do understand but it never should have happened). The store credit was given to us in the form of 2 "credits" worth $40 each. So his VIP couldn't be cancelled until he used those credits. So I go on to buy two items totalling $70 and when he checks out the website only used one of his two credits and charged $30 to his card! He had to call AGAIN but at least the customer service rep was VERY helpful this time. Hopefully it actually goes through. But after all this we'll have to call AGAIN to cancel the account and hope it actually gets canceled this time.

This site is terrible - my order continued to fail & i kept getting an error message that said one of the items in my cart was out of stock. It didn't say which one. When i returned to shopping to try and find out (by refreshing url for each item to find out which one sold out between the time i put it in my cart and the time i tried to check out), it continued to say the items were available... even so, the chat bot immediately informed me which ones (2 out of 3) were no longer available. Or... "immediately" after being disconnected from chat while waiting in queue and then reconnecting and waiting for longer than expected. --- i will not be ordering or joining. -- also annoying? All the celebrity- & influencer-fronted adverts where the "membership" / monthly automatic order requirement to get the discount is either completely left out or intentionally so undetectable it might as well be a scam. I'm glad i read the semi-fine print on my cart page at least... goes right up to the line on false advertising. At the very least, scummy if not scammy online retail site. As for their actual b&m store, i'm not even going to try. #1. It's too much trouble to remember to cancel ahead of time each month or try to get through to their customer service telephone line to cancel because their customer service doesn't inspire a whole lot of confidence either. #2. This kind of business model is offensive, too much taking advantage, especially during this time when so many people can't afford this kind of crap... silver lining? = at least it was that hard to place my order because i'm glad i didn't go through with it. I think you guys kind of suck.

The 2no legging I received were actually good quality and that is the only reason I have given them 2 stars instead of negative. However As many others, I have been conned into a VIP Membership' once making a one off purchase with Fabletics. It took me 6 months to realise the £44 monthly charges into my account as at the times things were a bit chaotic with the arrival of our baby. I spent a bit time researching the company and what happened just to find out many many similar copplains and this amazing website (www.fableticssucks.co.uk) which helped me structure my complain. After informing myself about the scam that this whole VIP Membership' is, I called Fabletics to ask for a refund and to cancel my membership. The lady who answered the phone was actually very polite. She did try to convince me of the benefits' of being a member and tried to give me parcial refunds many times; and even naughtly tried not cancelling my membership at the end of the call by trowing a gentle reminder to opt out every month to avoid the monthly charges' -me: whaaat?! Did you not get the start of the call when I asked to cancel the membership?! Anyways, the call ended in 14min successfully with my 100% refund and membership cancelled. A tip to anyone in the same situation, inform yourself about you rights (check website fableticssucks) before calling them for a refund and be persistent with them. I hope this helps you. We cannot allow practices like this to perform this way in these days.
