Still waiting on other item from my order I received one item and have not received 2nd item from an order placed before Christmas! Not happy at all!

On top of my clothes not fitting at all. I ordered two pairs of pants: leggings and shorts, both in medium, which has always been my size no matter what. I have never not been a medium in anything. The pants were way to small and tight, however, they fall off. They're the kind when you run that don't stay where they should be, ladies you know what I mean. The shorts were HUGE and I returned them to get a small, still way to big and fall off when I run.

After reading all the reviews, I canceled the card I used for my membership, even after canceling my membership, because I don't trust them to not charge my card. I am joining the service soon and will not have access to anything to skip the month. When I finally got a hold of someone to cancel my account (on hold for 30 minutes), I still do not trust they did it. Canceled my card immediately as I do not want to come home from basic with 3 months of unwanted charges. No company should make it where YOU YOURSELF AND I as a customer cannot be in control of the funds YOU spend. HORRIBLE SERVICES HORRIBLE CLOTHES.

I've recently purchased products online and in the store in Mission Viejo mall. I am very satisfied with the products and service.

I love the quality of fabletics leggings. I love that they are high waisted and so stretchy and comfortable

I purchased the product in August 2019 online at a discounted price, but with no other option but to proceed into browsing of the website unless agreeing to the VIP Membership. No business does that. To become a member, you need trust building. They then started to charge my bank account every month $50 for over a year without me, purchasing from their brand. When I approached them for a refund, i had to make extensive calls with getting nowhere solution, to do that. Plus when the last representative I talked with, was so adamant to saying and repeating IRREVERSIBLE refund policy, plus they will keep me on 12 months to do purchase with them. And I have no choice, other than that.
Second, the representative kept on saying that it is your FAULT multiple times, not to have read the terms and conditions before agreeing to it... But as I read other peoples review, they are saying the same that there was no other option to move further on but to agree to the only VIP term offered there on the website. I have never seen anybody do business like that... by coercing! Fabletics are located in California, but the representatives are all over the world who connect with you, while you explain them your concern. It took me 4 long calls to reach out to them and have a ask for my own money back. IT IS A SHAMEFUL THING for FABLETICS to do. Takes somebody else's money and claim it to be theirs now. Making you feel guilty for asking it back... IT IS SHAMELESS ATTITUDE OF FABLETICS and its workers. PATHETIC, if they want rich customers to purchase keep the original retail prices... fidgeting shamelessly at getting customers to a forceful buying at deceitful cost.
I wonder how they have HAPPY customers... I believe they are the employees themselves.
I have nothing against the product... but their doing business is ridiculous

You buy one article and they sign you up for a membership that charges $50 a month for NOTHING. I will never do business here again - buyer beware!

Love the work out clothes they are great! Great pants love the bold colors. Everything fit beautifuly. The wash really well.

The stock of some of customer favorites are always limited or just out of stock (powerhold in particular)

Never have the cute prints in 2x. They only have plain or ugly colors in 2x. Just not worth the membership.

The package was never received and I was told to contact USPS and USPS couldn't find it. I moved and was never able to receive the yellow shorts I ordered.

Really love the products. Bought the men's line for my husband. He loves the sweatpants and the underwear.

I like the clothes but I don't like is the fact that I thought I was just ordering them I didn't know I was joining something and I will be canceling my membership the 4995 a month I don't agree with

FedEx lost this order in transit, and a reorder was placed via customer service on 5/4. That experience was okay, but I was disappointed that they were out of 4 of the 19 items I ordered. I received a $27.04 refund for a set (2 items). I was able to order color substitutions for 2 other items and received those without issue. The rest of the 15 items were reordered. I reached out to customer service again on 5/13 because FedEx was delaying my package again by a few days and I was concerned about it and I was becoming frustrated with the overall experience. The customer service representative told me to just check back on 5/20 and did not care at all. Later that day I received the package, but much to my dismay, it was missing 6 items that I ordered. There were 12 items instead of 15, including 3 random men's shirts/polos instead of the shorts/leggings I ordered. I was told they could reorder 3 items and that I would need to exchange the 3 polos for 3 items I originally ordered. I felt that was very unfair to expect me to print a label and go to a post office just to have my items that I ordered and paid for on 4/20 released to me? The representative told me they would release the exchange that day (5/13). Fine. I've obviously left some negative reviews about this experience, and today a "Chad" emailed me and issued an apology for the experience, and told me that I had been issued $42 in store credit (WHICH IS NOT TRUE)? My account shows $0.08 store credit and my bank account reflects the $27 return for the unavailable items on May 4. He went on to give instructions for creating a label to return the men's polos I had received by mistake, which once again, is frankly ridiculous. Fabletics seems to be incapable of processing a 19 item order. Additionally, I have not been offered any credit or compensation for this experience except for some email apology notes and a refund for products that I purchased and never received! I worked in retail for many years prior to becoming an ICU nurse, and I'm shocked at how this experience has been handled. I wish I could have just gotten my money back at this point. I also will not be recommending the scrub line of apparel to any of my colleagues after this. I really enjoy the product, which is why this was my second large order from Fabletics. But I wouldn't wish this nightmare of a shopping experience on anyone else.

Couldn't place an order. Tried numerous times to look up clothing & picked things out but couldn't place an order.

I have not loved anything I have received.
I am getter my ready to cancel my subscription if that doesn't change soon.

I wear Fabletics every day and receive compliments every time I wear them! The look is cute, fun, and colorful, and quality is exceptional!

I do not like the fabric on these. I hope this is not the fabric on the Define High Waisted 7/8's as well.

I never received my order. I called about my order and was told I would recived the order and still it never came. I ordered back in Many.

Very satisfying with the leggings and everything I try inlove how the fix the texture and the designs
