I really like that I can skip the subscription each month if I am not interested in getting new wear. The quality of the clothes is excellent and I feel great exercising in them!

The monthly subscription is a joke.
The products are not as good as Lulu. You ARE getting what you pay for: terribly fitting clothes in colors that don't match anything else in the closet.

I didn't skip last month because I actually wanted the member credit. Halfway through the month I still hadn't received my credit and with items selling out in my size I chatted in to find out why. They then explain that member credits are given out randomly throughout the month so I'd just have to wait until it was my time. That seemed weird to me but ok. Feb 1st comes around and I still haven't been billed. I chat in again and am told the issue is that my card on file needs to be updated. I then ask if I update the card I will be billed today and get my credit? They confirm yes. Today my new card still hasn't been billed so I chat in again, they tell me today that the billing cycle for january is over so I'm unable to get a credit for that month. I try explaining what I was told yesterday to the person over chat, not only do they not respond but my chat gets disconnected. Their chat feature is very difficult to use and it's so bizarre to me that every person I talk to says something different. I wish there was a way to follow up with the person if the chat gets disconnected and a way to rate their customer service reps. I like their products but I'm confused by their policies because of the conflicting info they give out. Like I want your product why are you making it so difficult? Ugh
Tip for consumers:
According to the support rep on chat, the credit distribution is throughout the month so sometimes the products you want are already sold out by the time you get your credit.

Biggest problem I have with the site is finding the skip a month area. It seems to move about the site.

I love my experience with Fabletics. Your leggings fit wonderfully but because I have a hernia, I cannot wear them anymore.

I am not a fan of paying for a membership followed by an import tax that is not disclosed at sign up. Product quality is mediocre at best for the price.

I was expecting an email to skip the month and did not receive any email or communication whatsoever until after the payment was taken and then notified I have a credit.

Horrible customer service. I made an order on a Thursday and I expected 2-3 business day delivery as they advertise on their site. The next day, Friday, I get a tracking number. Fast Forward to Wednesday and 3 business days after my order have passed (Friday, Monday, and Tuesday). I looked at the tracking and see that it barely moved and is now delayed and will not be delivered until the next Friday. That is now more than 5 business days. I contact the company on Wednesday, the day I saw it was delayed til Friday and asked my Rush Shipping costs to be refunded 2 to 3 business days had already passed. And after a lot of back and forth they basically said well the Fedex didn't get the package til Monday and its actually "5" business days and if you don't get it by Friday then we can refund you. It was total crap. Even if you are now claiming 5 business days it is late (Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday is 5 business days). I told them I called on Monday and the representative told me that she showed the package would be delivered by Tuesday and it never came. It has been delayed many days. But instead of refunding me $16 for rush shipping they lost a member who canceled their membership and will be returning the $90 worth of product that I purchased IF I ever do receive it. To add insult to injury, when I was canceling my membership they offered me $10 credit stay. They wouldn't refund me even partial my shipping cost but are OK with giving me $10. What a bunch of morons I can see why the reviews here are so bad. Terrible Company.
