I've been a member of Fabletics since 2016. I'm finally canceling my membership now in 2023 and I couldn't be happier to be done with them. The clothes are ok quality, not worth the price tag. It's nice when your member credits build-up, but they do expire. You pay $59.95 a month for a credit. Often when you redeem your credits later, you're buying an item that's $40 by using your $59.95 credit. They're smart with marketing and calling it a member credit so you forget that you paid $59.95 for that credit. Again, the credits expire when you don't use them. I have had too many credits expire and got tired of wasting too much money and everything selling out too quickly. The quality and fit of the items is hit or miss. Some are good and some are ill-fitting/cheap. Celebrity collaborations have been lackluster lately. I'm glad to cancel and be done with them and put my money toward a better quality athletic company. I just placed my last order and used all my credits, then canceled the membership and had a celebration. Now they canceled my order the next day because my address changed from previous. So in the mean time, they can't hold my order items for me. So they're likely going to sell out while they process my address, which takes 48hrs. Then without any notification, the onus is on me to call them after the 48 hrs to reinstate my order, even though it's their own internal issue. OVER this company and over them having my hard earned $$. Won't be getting another dime from me! Gladly will take my business elsewhere!

Very low quality work-out/yoga clothing (or lounge wear) at inflated prices. Even with the "discounts" they offer, you will over pay. If you have questions or concerns with membership or products you will likely struggle then end up unsuccessful in attempts to resolve issues, because their staff is not knowledgable nor empowered to assist. I have had multiple orders after a couple months of "VIP" membership. The "Andrea Shrug" and "Adventura Tank" fabrics began to pill after the first wear. It is clear that if you wash the long shrug it will not last very long, so I have it dry-cleaned... And all other clothing is such low quality I do not expect to have it more than a few months. Some of the selections are cute and stylish, the the best stuff in typical sizes is always "sold-out". In my opinion shopping should be fun, relaxing, and you should be able to feel confident in paying a fair price for quality merchandise. You should not need to check and double/triple check if you are overpaying or if you have utilized available discounts properly. I appreciate reputable companies and clearly based on my experience and the overwhelming amount of similar reviews, Fabletics does not measure up. I am not impressed by Fabletics, merchandise or the company itself. I am canceling my membership immediately and taking my money elsewhere where I can feel good and enjoy my purchases.

I had been a customer of Fabletics for a few years and was a VIP member. For the record, I have never had a problem with the product. I have always loved the fit and feel of the pants that I have ordered. My problem was with their policies.
When I first joined, I allowed Fabletics to charge me the monthly fee one month because I did plan to buy some attire. Christmas came and I decided to take advantage of the sales using my member points. I was told at that time that I could not use my member points for sale items. How crazy is that? I paid for them and I should have been able to use them however I wanted. This policy has since changed and you can now use the points on sale items.
The straw was recently when I saw that you could skip 3 months at a time and not just one. I chose to skip 3 months. To my surprise, the very next month I was charged almost $60! WHAT!? I was too angry to handle this the right way (contacting them for a refund before canceling). I used that $60 to buy something and I canceled my membership then and there.
I won't be back.

I read a lot of negative reviews of this website before i decided to purchase items from it. I was very careful to make sure i did not accidentally tick the check box to subscribe to their VIP membership, but i was not given the option to opt out for their 20% off 1st purchase offer. Once i put through my payment, i received an email telling congratulating me on becoming a VIP member.
I immediately called their hotline to tell them i wanted to cancel this membership as i was not willing to pay them a monthly subscription and was happy to pay for my purchase at full price. I was then told that i should have read the terms and conditions better. My first purchase was cancelled, and a new purchase with original prices was put through for me. This is when i realized that despite being given 20% off the first time, the payment put through was NOT 20% more. I paid $70ish with 20% off. And somehow according to their calcuations, i was charged $120ish at full price.
I definitely do not recommend this site to ANYONE. Ever.

I purchased some tops about 5mths ago & made. Sure not too become a vip member as wanted to see what the products were like before committing. I was not happy with the bra tops, the padding was not sewn in, just moved around esp after u washed them where u ended trying to adjust them & would give up in the end and pull them out, very frustrating. So I was glad I never became a member, But I checked my bank account just recently & found large amounts taken out off my account each month? The bank traced it to this company! I was soo angry, contacted them straight away and demanded my money's be refunded which was nearly $450 Aust, they tried to make it out that it was my fault & joined the vip list which I never did & if I did why was there different amounts of money takin out off my account, 1 mth $80 next month $120? She could not help me out with that Q, then she put me on hold for nearly 20mins. They now have agreed to do the refund & I will not be a Vip, which I never was in the first place... its been 1week & my refund still has NOT gone back into my account yet.
This company needs to be stopped, I know the Uk r looking into sueing the company, I have made sure to use FB to warn people about them also in Australia, there were people that didnt know either like me & have been checking their accounts, 2 people had nearly over $1000 taken out in the course of a year!

I LOVE their men's shorts! I've ordered several now and they are great quality! The only downside is the super shady "deals" they've been advertising on TV and social media of 2 shorts for $24 or 70% off select articles of clothing. You really can get these deals, but only by agreeing to sign up for their VIP membership. I was told I can only cancel this membership over the phone (so a representative can try their hardest to get me to not cancel) and only AFTER my shipment arrives. Well my shipment took so long that my membership refreshed and I paid a whopping $60 for their membership! I couldn't cancel because I hadn't received my order yet! To be fair, I forgot to log into the website and hit "skip month" on the membership to avoid fees for that month. But after calling and not being granted a refund but successfully canceling my membership (after a decent amount of pushback from the representative) I was told that I have a member credit for that month's purchase worth $100! Turns out, though, that it can only be used if I sign back up to be a member. Super shady rules and regulations around this membership and these exclusive deals. Love your cloths Fabletics! Hate your business practices. For that, you get only 2 stars. What was supposed to be a $26 dollar order, turned into an $86 order and they knew exactly what they were doing. Not angry, just disappointed.
Tip for consumers:
To get the deals displayed on the website, you are required to sign up for their membership. This membership can only be canceled over the phone, and only after you've received your order. Otherwise, the order will be canceled and you will be expected to pay full price for the product to receive it. If the month rolls over into the next one while you're waiting for your order to arrive, you have to log in and find the "skip month" option in your profile settings to avoid paying fees befor arival

I think this company would do well to realize that not all their customers are young or middle aged women. I will be 70 in 2 more years and I still work out an hour A-day on treadmill and with freeweights. I was looking for a deal on leggings and I saw Tayshia from Bachelorette tell me I could get this incredible deal For 2 pairs of leggings. I went there and placed my order. I guess it was in the fine print or fine print or a sort of bury the lead situation as I did not realize I had to spend almost $50 a month for the privilege of the great deal in a monthly membership. Those leggings will last me a good while as I was very pleased with the quality snd the color selection and patterns perand patterns. However, I will not be buying any more anytime soon and certainly not now. I was not thrilled that I missed the fine print. I did not appreciate all the different attempts to keep me on the hook when I tried to cancel offering me 3 and 4 options before finally agreeing to refund my money which they did pretty promptly. Yes. Very somewhat displeased.

I decided to try fabletics with their offer of $25 for your first outfit. I ordered an outfit, which by the way, they were out of the color they showed me initially. I went through the process and noticed they charged me $85. I called and they said I didn't join their VIP club. It was unclear on the website and the commercials that this was the prerequisite for getting a $25 outfit. I asked if I could cancel and they said no but call them when I get it and they will send me a return label and they would waive the $5 restocking fee (for sweatpants and a t-shirt!) ridiculous! I called and got the label. I mailed the package back the next day, which was September 5th. I called two weeks later because my account still said "in transit". They said it takes a while, which I don't understand, I sent it back exactly as they said and two weeks later, it still wasn't there! I called again, three weeks after sending it and asked to speak to a supervisor. They told me the supervisor was busy but they received my package on September 17th but they have 5-7 business days to give me credit. This is horrible customer service! Then they offered me a discount on my next order. I would NEVER order from them again! Do not order from them, their customer service STINKS!

I buy all my activewear at old navy typically, I took a chance and tried fabletics but the sizing is SO different. I typically wear a XXL & these leggings barely go on my body.

They look great. I know you have a sizing chart, but XL has never been a 12-14. Way to make your customers feel bad about themselves. I'm disappointed that your sizes run WAAAAY TOO SMALL.

Received a very poor response (shared in comments section) and have changed this rating from 3 to 1 star. Only because I can't opt for zero stars.
Started off just fine until I tried to buy new arrivals. Nothing was ever available. Towards the end of my membership, orders were placed by me but they never arrived. After calling and asking, I was told the order was canceled because the items were out of stock. This happened multiple times. I called back to cancel my membership and get a refund on my VIP points that I paid for monthl but couldn't use because of constant supply shortages, but I was told I could only get that a refund for the month I was cancelling. After customer service agreed to send me my refund requested, they only sent me that month. I love this product, but I'm so disappointed with the way the company is run. I don't believe that new arrivals should be available for order until every time zone has access. I live on the West Coast and I imagine that members east of me were able to purchase new arrivals before I could even see them and stocks ran out before I could even see them for that reason. I think you're short-changing a large percentage of your members, and I lost money participating in the VIP points program through monthly charges I agreed to allow with the expectation that I would have a chance at new arrivals and wouldn't be cancelled constantly.
