I purchased something oversold and never received it. Simply got word it was sold out.
But, I pay for a monthly fee. So where has that money gone to?

Seriously scam $50 out of me. I don't think so, and when I called to cancel and get my money back the person on the line was very rude and cold towards me. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

The app is terrible - it's slow, doesn't load, etc, so I can only order from a browser. The articles I want are always out of stock in my size.

These are the best briefs I've ever owned! They are super comfortable and keep me dry all day! I have 12 pairs and will buy more soon! A++ quality!

I often find myself with all of my yoga/running pants dirty in the hamper, so I thought it'd be a good idea to try out this Fabletics thing and get some affordable, good quality workout clothes. As an adult who's dealt with shopping "deal" scams before, I was wary of their business model, and a little concerned that I would forget to "skip" when I decided not to buy an outfit, and since I read about how difficult it is to cancel the VIP membership. I went for it anyway because I couldn't resist $25 for that first outfit. I really like the outfit, the bra and pants were great quality and the shirt was just ok. I received an email the second month reminding me to buy or cancel and outfit, so I "skipped" the month and wasn't charged. This morning I bought my last VIP outfit, and then I called and cancelled. Website clearly states you have to call 1-844-Fabletics to cancel, I called, requested a cancellation case number to confirm, and then received a confirmation email. Not so hard, guys. I say the best way to deal with companies with predatory practices like this is to USE THEM RIGHT and cancel, get your money's worth and get out :)

I am really impressed with the garments that I received from Fabletics, I am very tall so ordered the tall leggins and wow they fit like a glove, with a bit extra length, which is what I wanted, may I point out I am just under 6 foot. The leggins are so comfy and so is the sports bra, the tshirt is also a wonderful fit. And I am extremely impressed that all 3 of these items cost me only £22! What a bargain for such wonderful garments.
On the downside, the monthly payments thing did throw me, when reading these reviews AFTER I had ordered my products I became worried, but I rang up the company straight away and asked to cancel my membership, and they did it, with some hassle, they did try to get me to stay, but I was adamant that I wanted to cancel my membership and after about 10 minutes they did so for me.
Overall, I would recommend this website to people, the quality of the products is great, they're very comfy and well priced. BUT make sure you read the small print, and to cancel your VIP membership, which you get automatically when you sign up unless you want to pay the £50 odd a month.

Honestly, all the reviews here are just people who were too lazy to read the Terms and Conditions when they signed up for the VIP membership. Their prices are only "reasonable" because you signed up for their monthly outfit subscription, which also comes with the discounted prices on individual items. Of course they're going to charge you if you don't cancel, it's a subscription! You can still use the $50 credit on their full outfits though, just not individual items, which is kind of lame.

I personally just signed up for the VIP membership my 1st month to get the $15 outfit (great deal for a long-sleeve athletic shirt + capri leggings), and called customer service to cancel. Seriously, the call was literally 15 minutes (I checked afterwards), and I received an email confirming my VIP membership cancellation less than half an hour later. Yes, the rep did try to convince me to stay, but I was firm while remaining polite and said I just wanted to cancel, end of story. Customer service is NOT the issue here, but people who DON'T READ. I even ordered the top in a size too large and was able to exchange it (FREE exchanges, even on your promo outfit!) for a smaller size by mail, no hassle at all. I received the replacement top ~2 weeks after submitting the exchange and following their instructions. My original order only took 9 days to arrive.

The -2 stars is because the clothing really isn't that great quality-wise (in my opinion). I thought the top was cut weirdly in the shoulders and the fabric was all nylon with just a bit of spandex for stretch. If you've ever worn nylon clothing before, you'll know it's very static-y and not that great (in my opinion) for exercise and sweating. The top also kept riding up during my jog so I have to make sure to tuck it into my leggings before heading out. The leggings are fine though, medium compression and thickness. I think their leggings are just generally better quality than their tops, based on the reviews on the site.

This company is NOT a scam, it just manages to attract people who don't like to read what they sign up for!

Love the way they fit the don't roll down or stretch out of shape, very nice feel while wearing them

Their products are great, comfortable and true to size but the way they are packed uses a lot of plastic.

Love everything I received. Waiting for shorts to be out that are long shorts like nine inches in bright colors.

I bought gifts for my son and husband. Both love the shorts. They are not fans of the membership aspect.

I'm not happy with the fit, the XL's seem like they run small. Shipping takes forever, both receiving and returning.

I have been a customer for years and am very happy with the fit, quality and look of their leggings!
