I innocently purchased a pair of leggings and a sport top when I saw an advert on Facebook. Little did I know that you sign up to a monthly subscription and they take £44 a month out of your account and trust me it is not easy to cancel. It is not a direct debit so you cant go in to your online banking and just cancel it. I tried to call them several times in one day and could not get through. I managed to get someone on live chat ( after 3 attempts) and they were not helpful at all. I have basically given Fabletics £88 of my money. I was told the only way to redeem my money is to purchase something so now I feel like I have to buy something. I told the customer service adviser that I do not want to order anything and she just said that you ticked the box saying I had read the terms and conditions so there is nothing more they can do. I now feel very nervous ordering from here but I feel I have too otherwise I have completely wasted £88. I a worried in case it automatically sets me up with another account again. I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN. IT IS EXPENSIVE AND LETS FACE IT MOST OF THE OUTFITS ARE RIDICULOUS IF YOU ARE TRAINING AT THE GYM. I NEED A SUPPORTED SPORTS BRA NOT SOMETHING YOU WOULD WEAR ON A NIGHT OUT DOWN THE PUB. I am not one to complain but this company should change their ways or be shut down! I will be taking this further.

I received my first order from this company it promised quality clothing. Upon receiving the items, I even paid rush shipping because I was so excited, I found the material to be very very low quality, on top of that I purchased a bathing suit that look like it was sewn together by a child. In my package it have a letter to show how to return products I went online to return and find out that my bathing suit will not be able to be returned not even for store credit I must either exchange it for another size or another color I'm sorry but if I don't like the bathing suit I'm probably not going to need a different size or a different color. I tried reaching customer service with no avail then I did the chat line and once again was told I cannot exchange the bathing suit for even store credit I am willing to pay the restock fee just to get my money back. I just received all of this yesterday I am very very disappointed I can tell you one thing these are not quality items I don't even know how they get away with it they even delete all the bad reviews and leave all the good ones so I was misled. The good reviews outweigh the bad and I know why now I tried leaving a review on their Facebook page when I went back and I had seen other bad reviews all of the reviews were removed except the good ones I used to love Kate Hudson but seeing that she can run a business and not even care what we feel like buying her products and to go as far the company deleting all the bad reviews either leave them all on there (good or bad) or delete none! BUYER BEWARE. VERY POOR QUALITY ITEMS

Brought 1 item half price they They then a month later authorised a payment for £44 saying I subscribed for a vip membership. I'm a male man why would I absolutely discusting. BEWARE! DON'T USE

Fabletics sent me the wrong item twice in a row and took over a month of my time. Then when I needed to return it, could not refund the amount to my credit card saying that it was an in store credit. It was in store credit because I had to exchange the original item IN STORE because I thought that would be quicker than an online exchange. In the end they wanted me to wait until I got the in store credit, and then request a check so I could have the amount on my card. Absolutely ridiculous as this was all on Fabletics, I was not returning it because I didn't like it. I was returning it because it was not the item that I ordered. In the end I kept the item simply because I didn't want to go through all of the hassle that they wanted me to with it being their fault. I canceled my Fabletics account right then, the person canceling asked me 3 times if I wanted to cancel. This is hekkling your customers, if someone states they want to cancel especially after dealing with an issue, it should be done immediately.

The item I ordered is adorable and durable. I love it. However...in purchasing my one random item, I somehow was signed up for the VIP membership of which I was charged a week later $50 or $60 for. I was so confused because I didn't sign up. So I called to cancel cuz I didn't wat to get charged again. But when I called to cancel they said that I needed to use the credit that I had with that $60membership or it would disappear. Like what? How ridiculous is that, since I still paid for it.
So I say whatever, I will just use the credit, the thing I really wanted was not in stock. So I found something that I didn't really want or need to use my credit on, and then I still had to pay some fees that were almost $7! So I paid $67 for a pair of workout pants that I did not want, which is only like ten bucks cheaper than not having the membership in the first place, so not really a great deal.
And then when I went to cancel, the customer service rep tried desperately several times after I told him no, to try and bribe me to stay with the membership. I'm sorry but no means no. I took time out of my day to remedy this mistake that YOU made, and you aren't just saying alright let me do that for you, but trying to get me to stay, and disrespecting my request. Now I don't know if that is protocol, but either way, I found it extremely frustrating and annoying.
Because of this, I will probably never purchase from this company again, even though I really like my product. It's one of my favorite sports bra's that I own.

I signed up for the VIP membership to take advantage of the 2 pairs of leggings for $24. Upon signing up it is made EXTREMELY clear that if you do not "skip this month" by the 5th of every month your card will be charged a monthly fee. The website does not hide this fact and they do state it multiple times throughout the joining process (Anyone who's saying they were never advised, obviously signed up without reading all the information provided - which is why its important to take the time and READ through all of the terms and conditions that comes with the VIP membership).
Now, I placed my order for the 2 leggings on June 23rd (Friday), and received my order on June 26th (Monday). Fantastic! I was ecstatic. The leggings I ordered were great quality and durable. Probably my new favourite place to buy leggings from. The material is not thin or see through, which is a big plus because a lot of the other leggings I've bought online, are see through or a very thin material.
I've placed another order for a jacket, because being VIP means that I am able to get deals on clothes (anywhere from 50 - 70 % off regular price).
This is my new favourite website to shop and I'm thrilled with how things are. Opting out of the month was very easy, I logged in on the 1st of July and right away it pops up with a "would you like to see your month specials or SKIP THIS MONTH. I clicked the SKIP THIS MONTH and that was that.
Keep it up Fabletics. You've made a lifetime customer!

I've recently purchased a number of items from the website. One of the leggings arrived damaged with a small hole in it, so I decided to returned it and exchanged for a new one in good condition. It took about 3 weeks for the new legging to arrive and when I tried it on, it also has a hole in it. At this point, I was quite disappointed and annoyed because it's been a month since the original order date, and I still don't have my order right, so I decided to use their Live Chat tool to see if they can help me to process another exchange. I know how to process an exchange from my account, but the reason that I need a human to help me is because I need a guarantee that my next exchange would go smoothly as I don't want to waste any more time for a third/fourth/fifth exchange due to a damage. The representative was very unhelpful and can't promise me that my order will arrive without a damage this time because the customer services team and the warehouse team don't work together. (Great, then what's the point of having a Customer Service team if they can't help you with your order?). He continued saying it is rare to have two items arrived damaged in a row, so it would be even more rare to have it arrived damaged for the third time. Yes, it is extremely rare that an item arrives damaged twice, which is the reason why I am so furious about this entire experience. He asked me how I like to proceed with my order, and I switched tab to the order page to glance at my options for 5 seconds, and when I went back to tell him that I would like to exchange for the same style/color, the screen said "Chat session ended". So yea, the customer representative just dropped my conversation after being rude and unhelpful to me.
In conclusion, Fabletics may has a few cute designs but some of them are not supportive enough, prices are not cheap, and horrible unhelpful customer service. Would not recommend for anybody!

The worst and the rudest customer service I ever encountered.! Arcadia Mall Store. I went not to return, but to exchange size. Kim, was the first one we approached with a smile on our faces. First thing this sales associate gave us was a big sigh and a "oh no" word. I reacted with " that's not very encouraging " Kim responded with, we don't have that anymore. I then ask, if she can help us look online. Which she did with a lot of unwillingness to do it, and to think that there's no one else but us in the store. We were informed that. There's none. It was then that I believe the store manager Nicole approached and said that there's nothing they can do or help us with. We ask them if they can call other stores to find out. They bluntly and very strongly said NO! They can't help us doing that. I told them that they were rude and how poor there's customer service was. They accused us of being hostile and threatened to call security on us! I can't believe it! I am 66 yrs. At 5'0! How can I be a threat! That's ridiculous!They asked us to leave the store and won't attend to us and refused to attend to us! I informed them that I will report them and would put review on social media, and they said that we are threatening them! I will cancel my membership and will never ever buy any of their products. I'm not surprised there's not a single customer on that store other than us considering it's Saturday! Corporate, you better take this seriously! You need to retrain your staff to this particular store. They emit toxic behavior and approach.
I'm one very disappointed and dissatisfied Customer and never ever again go back there.
