I was a part of the VIP program for roughly 4 months & I had issues EVERY SINGLE time I tried to order something. The most frustrating part is the lack of product. Sure they advertise that they cater to all sizes but it seems they have super limited runs or don't make enough to meet demands because everything was constantly sold out. I would wake up to an email the first day of the month to select from that month's prints & styles & they would all be sold out by 9 am... and I'm on the East Coast! I'm not logging in at midnight on the first of every month to fight someone for some leggings. Then if I happened to find something that had a few left, as in would literally say "8 left in stock", it wouldn't allow me to add them to my cart. I spoke with Customer Service about this & was told over the phone"Yeah that happens when the count gets low." They couldn't even add it to my cart for me. So I ask, why have a count up at all if you won't be allowed to purchase the precious few that are left? Then there's the shipping. I tried to be understanding the first few times, seeing as there's a pandemic & all, but when my last order was shipped via Pitney Bowes & took over a month to reach me with nothing I could do about it. The tracking number said it had been delivered to my local USPS Office, but when I still hadn't received it after 2 weeks I went to my local USPS, where they said they had no information on it & having a Pitney Bowes tracking number does them no good in finding it. And when you go on to Pitney Bowes's website there is no customer services except for the corporations who are using them, nothing for the customer whose package never arrives. And Fabletics Customer Service is notoriously slow in responding. So when my package still hadn't arrived after another 2-2.5 weeks I requested a refund & canceled my subscription. Clothes are great but definitely not worth the price PLUS the hassle & inconvenience.

They cach you with the 2 for $25 when ypu sign up but don't tell you, you must sign up as a vip for tge deals. Ontop of the hidden vip sign up fees the 2 for 25$ goes away fast. They have a hidden 50$usd a month so in canadian like $80 a month automatic membership charge that you can "skip between 1-5" but if you forget you get charged that money. Once your secretly charged they then turn that into a "memership credit" BUT you have 1 year to use it or it expires. They send so many emails they end up in the spam folder so and "notification" for your points or member credit expiring chances are your email will junk them to and youll miss them. So once your charged that 80$ canadian and its then turned into basically fabletics money better get your butt on spending it because in 12 months thats it ypur money is basically garbage, more money for tgere comapany and less for the smalls. After all that try to ask coustomer service about it all and oh theres nothing they can do because once that sneakely monthly charge you didnt approve in the first place goes through and turns into a member credit its not actually money i guess and expires so nothing they can do, even if you miss that exp date by 10 days. That doesnt seem rigbt at all and quite sneaky as a conpany. Also most of the time there sold out for everything so good luck getting anything you like anyways.
Company's complete bs they way they run the business side. Lost me as a vip member and I had been one for 4 years. WHAT A JOKE FABLETICS

I completely understood the process, the rules, and the membership. My issue, however, is that I did not feel comfortable in their largest size pant of XL, when I usually wear XL or large. I wore the items several times, second wear and the shirt started to pill. I had no intention of attempting to return the items, as I got them at a discounted rate. I skipped two months online, and then decided that if no other sizes became available I would cancel. I figured it should be easy, just a click click. I had the WORST customer service on the phone. I was straight forward and polite. I asked for a confirmation email or call number for my records. I was denied that and told that I should trust her, because she 'put through' the cancellation. When I told her that legally they had to provide me with something showing the change of contract, she put me on hold and immediately disconnected the call. I called right back and the next woman who answered the phone laughed and said "Hi (my name) how can I help you?" Obviously the women spoke and she could read the call notes. I had to explain everything all over again, to which she also said I should trust the lady I spoke with earlier. Again I explained that I do not trust anyone at a call center that I have never met. She then informed me that she could only give me a cancellation number if I did a 'Full Cancellation". WHAT?!?!? Finally she did that, which made no sense, and gave me call number stating "you know your whole conversation was recorded and will be kept with this account". Was that a threat? I never swore or name called. I simply asked for 20 mins for some sort of email or confirmation number that I cancelled. "(My name) I might have offered it to you earlier but you were talking and I decided not to offer the call number. Are you ready to listen (my name)?" I was ready to LOSE my stuff, but I kept even tempered and peaceful because I did not want any record that I every swore at them because then it would make sense how they treated me. Pants were nice quality but the vanity sizing was off the charts. Shirt was cheap and looked terrible after a cold water wash, and air dry. Now, I will see if I get charged again next month- It will not be a good situation, and I suggest people stay clear of this unless you plan to stay for life. I tried something, it didn't workout, and I wanted to cancel- who knew it would take all of this effort!
Tip for consumers:
Just think of the worst contract you've been in, with a gym membership, etc- this is that times 1000! Not worth it for me, but others may enjoy the lifetime member.

I ordered a few things from Fabletics a couple of years ago... Apparently I was given a free subscription to Men's Health magazine, Woman's Health magazine, AND Shape magazine. I had no idea where they were coming from. Problem? Yes. I have asthma. The magazines have perfume samples in them. I tried to go online and cancel them but they still came. I tried to call and cancel but. They still came. I tried again online... still here, Still wheezing, getting angry. I called rather ticked and was told it would all be taken care of. Still they came. I called yet again... lets take a moment to look at the overall picture of a person with a dangerous illness being triggered, repeatedly, by a company who, at this point, has full knowledge that their product is HARMFUL to said person, who is unable to stop said company from triggering her IN HER OWN HOME. So on attempt #4 (or 5?) I was told that they (Rodale) was UNABLE to stop the subscription. They only mail the magazines, Only the organization who initiated the subscription can stop it. So... you all have the right to send poison into my very home and there is nothing I can do about it? Spoke with a lawyer. Was told that "Willful and Malicious Injury" wouldn't be too hard... Still they come. Called back AGAIN. This time armed with a crime... they weren't very happy about it, but Rodale did say they would stop the subscription... except for June because it was already in the works. So Just one more asthma attack... They also gave me the name Subco and their phone number... who told me it was Fabletics who started this whole thing. Stop. Seriously. Stop. This is not ok. If I end up in the hospital, I'll send the bills straight to Kate Hudson, and I'll pay that attorney a retainer.

Fabletics/justfab who I thought was a reputable company and wouldnt need to resort to scamming their new customers are actually frauds who made sure they legally scam people knowing that nobody reads terms and conditions when buying shoes or a t-shirt. Also making it DELIBERATELY hard to cancel the sneaky VIP membership. NO other online site I have purchased from had EVER made me a member to pay for an extra service which I did not select CLEARLY! Justfab/Fabletics are relying on new customers not reading long winded terms and conditions JUST to buy a t-shirt! THIS IS NOT ABOUT COMMON SENSE BECAUSE NOBODY READS TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO BUY A T-SHIRT AND ANY MEMBERSHIP SITES I AM ON I SIGNED UP VOLUNTARILY! IF THEY ARE NOT SCAMMERS WHY DO THEY MAKE IT SO HARD FOR YOU TO OPT OUT AND SO EASY TO "SLIP IN". THEY CLEARLY HIRED A CORRUPT LEGAL ADVISOR TO MAKE THE VIP MEMBERSHIP EASY TO ACCIDENTLY OPT IN TO AND AS HARD AS HELL TO OPT OUT OF. WHO WOULD PAY £44 TO RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH FASHION RECCOMMENDATIONS?! THIS IS NOT COMMON PRACTICE ON OTHER FASHION WEBSITES HENCE WHY NOBODY WOULD EXPECT TO SIGN UP FOR IT UNESS THERE WAS A BIG BOLD BUTTON SAYING SUBSCRIBE TO VIP FOR £44 PER MONTH WHICH THERE WASN'T.

"I have been frustrated with Fabletics since day 1 - as an industry professional I was given a promo card to try Fabletics VIP program and receive a free pair of leggings just for signing up - but they made the process of getting the leggings so complicated I just gave up. However, by that point I was already locked into the VIP program - $49 a month automatically billed to you unless you decline between the 1st-5th of the month. This was particularly annoying because I was traveling so much for work I would forget to decline and then *surprise* I get billed. That's my fault, but if you try to go and cancel they make you call in and speak with a representative, who of course gets you to try and stay AND if you have credit to use (because like me you forgot to decline between the 1st and 5th of the month and you get charged) then your credit is only applied at the full price of the item, not the VIP pricing. That's fine, I get it - but my goodness, could you please make it easy for people to cancel? I sincerely just wanted to cancel for a few months while I was traveling and Fabletics made it so annoyingly impossible to do so that I've really become (probably overly) critical of every little thing about the clothing and the company to never want to be a customer again. Buyers want ease of use, they don't want to feel trapped, and we want to cancel when we want to cancel! None of this would actually really bother me that much if I actually *liked* the clothing. A lot of the designs are either totally impractical for the way bodies move in activity, many of the fabrics feel like subpar performance fabrics and a little cheap (for what they retail), and soooooooo many of the prints feel like someone in the 80s was trying to imagine what cutting edge prints would look like in the 2000s. Truthfully, I feel like this is bargain basement or Old Navy quality stuff at a much higher premium which is just sad. Either save your money by going to Old Navy (much better styles, functionality, and prints) or invest in quality performance wear, but don't bother with Fabletics. "
