Confusing pricing model, lack of easy and basic info on website about products and fabric, shipping takes forever. Sizing info was less than accurate. Returned entire order (multiple items) to a store, which was actually the only highlight in customer service. Cancelled "membership" immediately, which actually takes a few phone calls and departments, and then felt like a used car experience where multiple "if you stay today" offers were made. I'll never shop here again, but will use this as an example of "here's what a bad customer experience looks and feels like" in customer service classes I teach.

Love the many styles that Fabletics offers. The quality is nice! They often have good sales and discounts. I often buy for myself, my teens and even my husband.

I enjoy shopping on the website normally. However, it was fun to be able to go into a shop and try different items on to see how they looked and felt. The customer service was friendly and helpful.

I was excited about the sale and that's why I signed up. However, they didn't have enough styles and sizes for me. I needed more bras and there weren't enough to choose from.

The clothes I purchased were excellent! I ended up buying two sizes and knew I would need to exchange some of them. I went into the store and the customer service is outstanding as well.

The colours and style of the sets were wonderful. I would have liked if the black sets were the same shade of black. Nevertheless, I love my fits, very flattering and very comfy.

The product is amazing and honestly as long as you are a member it's very affordable. However my only issue is they never have my size (med/large) in tops. They are always sold out in the sets.

I love the shorts and leggings but I wish you'd have more shorts in a bit longer length, like 7 or 8 inches. The 6-inch shorts are a bit short for some of us.

I canceled my cup membership two times and yet every few months they still take $60+ out of my account. It should be easier to cancel and it should stay cancelled

I've been wearing Fabletics for almost 10 years. I recently ordered 3 leggings and they are the worst leggings I've ever worn. Medium was way too tight but large is fitted in the thigh but more loose in the waist, making them slide down with every few steps.
I'm a personal trainer so I'm wearing these pants 9+ hours and I can't get through my day without pulling them up constantly.

It's not fair at all that the prices triple if you don't have a membership. I understand having a discount but the prices are so high without the membership that you can't even buy their items.

The image used for this hat show a nice formed hap with clean tight lines and a sharp look. However, The hat I received is soft and floppy, and sad. Why is that?

I love the uniforms, but they didn't have the right size I needed so I got a size way too big for me! But I can't return them because I have already washed the pants.

Love the clothing. But in order to get decent prices, you need to join the 'club', and then in order to avoid making a steep 'donation' every month you have to go in and "skip" or cancel your membership entirely. What an unnecessary hassle! Would MUCH prefer everyday pricing with occasional sales, like every other site that I buy from.

I was sent the wrong size and ensured they would hold the correct item for me. I sent back the item to exchange only to be told it was now out of stock. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience

I returned sneakers and pants which I used credits towards and my return for BOTH was less than the 1 member credit of ~60 that's atrocious and very disappointing. I'm praying to find things that works so I can use my remaining credits and cancel. Probably better off going to the store, it's disappointing the returns online would steal money like this
