I understood completely how VIP system worked. I knew that I had between the 1st through the 5th of the month that I had to cancel the monthly selection. The first month after I got my two leggings -- canceled that month. No problem. 2nd month -- cancelled it within the time limit. I am 100% certain. I was still charged on my card $49.95. I called and spoke with customer service. He barely spoke English. He said he would refund my money. I then said I wanted to cancel the VIP membership. He said he cancelled it. He was ready to hang up the phone and I wanted to double-check when I would have a refund of my $49.95. He said he couldn't refund my money. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he put me on hold. I waited for a period of time and finally the same customer service representative came back on the line and said he could refund my money. I asked him why he could all of a sudden do it now, but before he couldn't -- he just said he had to do it another way. I'm doubtful my refund is going to come through. No worries though, I spoke with my bank and they said to wait 5 days and if a refund didn't come through, I could file a dispute. I'm on it. I don't like games and I don't like shady practices. I'm so completely disappointed in Fabletics and disappointed in Kate Hudson. This company is about greed rather than ethics and good customer service.

It's ridiculous that you have to do so much math to figure out just how much something costs and whether you're getting the best price for it. The prices on the tags are a joke, trying to trick us into thinking we're getting premium quality. The tag says $74, but you can use a member credit that costs $55, or you can wait for a sale when it's $21, or wait for a different sale when it's 2 for $24. I don't have time for these games. Also, I've tried about a dozen bras and pairs of leggings now, and the sizing is a challenge. Some Small bras cut my boobs in half and nearly require dislocating my shoulder to get out of, but some Medium bras are falling off of me and don't fit snug around my ribcage. The same is true for the leggings--sometimes Medium means Muffin Top, but sometimes Large doesn't stay up, so it's really hard when you're shopping by mail to know how things are going to fit. Some of the bras are unlined--which isn't always noted in the product description--and who wants to show everyone at the gym that detail of their anatomy? Some of the pants are very thin and show every bump, bulge, and underwear line. No gusset in some of the leggings means there's some "below-the-belt cleavage" to worry about. Despite my several purchases, the "My Reviews" portion of the site says I have nothing to review, so I can't share my experience with Fabletics and other customers. I've ended up returning about 75% of what I've bought, and I plan to cancel my membership pretty soon. I've only kept it this long due to recent weight change and needing to restock my workout gear at prices within my budget, but there are options at this price point with fewer headaches.

I should have read some of the reviews here first. I signed up for the VIP membership thinking I will just cancel it if I don't like the clothes. We'll I ordered some Lima capris in a couple different colors. Had to send them back for different size. When I reordered I tried them on they seemed comfy so washed them before I wore them to gym. The minute I started sweating they started itching terribly. I couldn't wait to take them off. I ordered some shirts for casual wear. They were OK but cheap fabric if course for 19.99 I expected that. I ordered my first outfit Jan 1st and ordered the Kimberly sweatpants and a top. The sweatpants were very cheap lots of polyester I went to return them and over a week later had not received the return label. Meanwhile I called to cancel the membership and the lady gave me a very hard time about canceling. I finally said the clothes are cheap I would rather buy Lorna Jane or lulu and pay the extra money. So I am now worried they will get trying to charge my CC which I can't seem to take the number off web site. I also returned some tights and a shirt over a month ago and they say they still haven't recieved it. I shop online quite a bit so understand shopping online and this company has the worse customer service ever. I have written 5 emails asking for the return label and called. I finally just got it.
I just got back to the gym and needed something to calm the jiggle. I read some terrible reviews about fabletics but loved the designs so decides to give it a whirl.
After some research I figured I didn't have much to lose and wanted to judge for myself. They had a sale if you become a VIP Member you can get 2 pairs of leggings for $24 - sounds like a steal!
I browsed the site and chose my 2 pairs of leggings. I placed the order around 10am on May 17th. The leggings arrived by noon the NEXT DAY. I was baffled by the crazy fast delivery! They were stylish, fit well, make my butt look AMAZING and the quality is comparable to other, more expensive brands.
I called to cancel my membership (something I heard was a huge hassel) - the call took less than 5 mins. A customer service rep named Josh couldn't have been nicer, he asked me to stay and did attempt to keep me as a VIP Member but respected when I said I'd like to cancel and he cancelled it for me.
I am actually regretting cancelling now! Haha! I will try the leggings and see how they hold up with wash and wear but I LOVE them and have nothing negative to say at all.
I am thrilled with my new leggings and look forward to purchasing again in the future.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
