I'm writing this because it has been almost 2 weeks since I placed my order and I still do NOT have my order. I keep checking the status of shipment and it's not even updating. I understand there are storms everywhere right now, however, I made 2 Etsy purchases on the 11th, both of which are from New York, and I received them yesterday. Those are from individual sellers. Whether or not my purchases from Fabletics turn out to be worth the money I am already ready to cancel my membership because this is ridiculous. Standard shipping or express!

I really did not appreciate having being automatically enrolled into a monthly subscription. However it was even worse trying to cancel. I couldn't reach a human At customer service and kept paying monthly

I had a misunderstanding with an order and while polite the agent was very short in saying it is what is it, you can either accept it or not. In previous experiences I had agents that would attempt various ways to find resolutions that can work. Not the case on this occasion.

This may have been newborn mom-brain, but I didn't realize two of the items I bought with the introductory deal were final sale and nonreturnable. It was a bummer since the leggings sag & ride down as well as have a funky scent. Sadly, I'm not a fan though I really wanted to be!

I got my 20 dollar pair of pants witch I loved I don't believe the 100 dollar price tag though with all the "discounts" then get charged the next month for 60 dollars to have a token towards getting something. Pants are great their pricing system and vip program is junk and a ripoff

I love my Fabletics. Working a desk job many hours of the day and not many hours to focus on body shaping, Fabletics is the best next thing. My legs look slimmer, they don't wiggle when I walk and it even looks as though I have a shaped behind. Thank you Fabletics.

I like the sales and discounted events but I am not happy with the structure of the subscription. I should be able to shop without having to skip a month - which I've forgotten to do in the past. The way it's set up - being forced to "subscribe" - is a predatory business tactic.

I canceled my membership because you have only a small collection on short 9 inch leggings.
I live in Florida where longer leggings are too hot.
I am over 60 and cannot wear the short shorts.
None of your Bras fit me, they are cut weird. I need XL and had ordered several, tried to give them away and got the back because of poor fit.

All I wear nowadays are yoga pants. My favorite has always been lululemon. The only downside is that they're super expensive! Fabletics material is wonderful and they're as high quality as lululemon's are. They're a little bit cheaper which is great and I highly recommend all of their sports wear! Extremely comfortable.

I am normally an x-small and noticed the pants I bought from them in the past were too tight. So I decided to order a small in my last order, and to my surprise, they were also horribly small (I'm 5.5 ft and 108lb). I've been a VIP member for months and bought many products, but the customer service told me I could not return it. Thank you, Fabletics! I am now stuck with a pair of pants that are hard (almost impossible) to wear because of your dubious sizing standard. You lost a customer.

I don't mind when I have credit to use, but I think you should be able to use that entire $59.95 for product vs having one credit. For example, I really needed a pair of black workout leggings and they had options I could use my credit for, but the leggings only cost $35 if I would have just outright bought them. I end up using my credit on a set of something that I don't really want or need because it makes no sense to use it on something that is priced WAY lower than the cost of your credit.

I like that fabletics is branching out with different styles of leggins for casual, work, and night. I like to see more matching tank tops such as prints, multi colors a cool idea tanks in midi, hipster and long lengths same as size. I love fabletics and get compliments and always recommend them to my exercise buddies.

Adore that Fablectic's fabric is thicker and not cheap. It's nice having clothes that will last and still look good. Would like to see more sales as clothes are expensive. I needed new leggings for my "work from home office attire", not for working out. My disabilities make that impossible, but I digress. I saw an add for a sale, like 2 for $24 or something like that, so I bought some. I did not expect much. Usually these companies that are headlined by celebrities are really not much to talk about. I was VERY pleasantly surprised. The leggings I bought (and joggers too!) are extremely good quality. The material is not thin and flimsy. They are comfortable and look great. Again, I just cant stress the quality. I was so impressed! Nice job, Ms. Hudson!

First of all as soon as you order you are a VIP Member, they charge $45 per month if you don't order. Second, The fabric is not comfortable, you constantly have to keep pulling them up. Third and most important, my leggings split at the seam after only wearing them 4 or 5 times. And Fourth, you have to call to cancel your membership, and then they try to keep you as a member

You can't get any info about how the company works until after you sign up. After then you have to call a customer agent in order to get anything resolved. They refuse to do anything by email, doesn't matter where you are located in the world.
Any company that makes it so difficult to get anything done are not interested in providing any kind of good customer service.
Stay far away from this company.

Initial order was placed for 2 pairs of leggings for $24.95 + free shipping. I know I had two pairs in my cart because I always review order before submitting. Somehow after the fact order shows as only one pair was ordered@ $24.95. So only one pair was delivered. Upon calling customer service I was told that they would allow me to pick another pair but would have to pay an addition $12 for shipping this time. Cancelled membership on the spot. Wouldn't give them another dime.

I got my Fabletics leggings on sale (first-time buyer), and am happy with them for the price I paid. They are not as high quality as some of the higher end leggings brands, understandably so, but they are durable and comfortable. My leggings began to have some pulled threads on them within the first couple of wears, which is dissapointing, but I just clipped them back with nail clippers. Overall would recommend this brand from my experience so far! That being said, I would not purchase a pair at their full-price.

First they sent me email saying I have 35 dollars in my account. Yeah after you spend 35 dollars. Ok I'm good with that so I go and get 35 dollars worth of stuff. Well it won't give me that coupon now. Ok so I try to contact them but when you click on contact us it just refreshed the same page I was on. First of all there are to many places out here to choose from. This company needs to get it together cuz no one wants to have to go through all I just described. I purchased two pair of pants based on the sale come-on of 2 for $24 each. I expected two pairs of casual pants that I could wear daily. Unfortunately, the pants were flimsy with no structure. There were seams around the knees that were not only uncomfortable but unnecessary. I called fablethics the next day for returns and they were very accommodating - a return label was emailed within an hour and a refund promised in a few weeks. I also dropped out of the program because the monthly charge is ridiculous.

I got this boxers when I saw an ad about them saving you from embarrassment at the gym when standing up from the bench/seat and not leaving sweat marks on the pad. However my butt juice still gets on the bench and not only that my butt area looks as if I urinated myself while seated at the gym because all the sweat still goes through regardless of this technology that really doesn't work.

So I signed up for the VIP membership, submitted my first order, but then received my package with only half of the items! They charged me for ALL 4 items but never sent one of them. I figured it was just a shipping error, it happens sometimes, so I tried contacting Fabletics, cannot get anyone on the phone and no one will email me back regarding this issue. Very disappointed. I was planning on shopping every month with my membership but not if they aren't going to send me what I pay for!
