Don't make it easy to get out of the monthly charges you don't have an easy option other then waiting tell the first of the month. It stupid you get automatically in-rolled after a purchase. I won't be buying anything again for that reason alone. You need to make the vip month charge crap a separate thing from actual purchases.

I bought a pair of pants at a discounted price after seeing a tv advert. I didn't notice the catch was that I was signing up for a membership that would cost me $60, which negated the discounted price. Your company emailed me three days after the date eligible to cancel the membership so I ended up paying $90 for some low quality pants. I'll never buy any of your products again.

I don't really see any costumer advantage with the restructuring of the products. Now almost everything is priced individually, very few complete outfits fall into the member credit category. I basically skip every month and I think about quitting all the time, but every once in awhile there is something great that I really love so I stay in it, but my purchases are very few and far between lately. I also like the sales.

I ordered over 450.00 of merchandise and still have not received it. Each time I call, I am told it is "in the warehouse waiting to be processed." I understand COVID has delayed many things, however I ordered these item well before some other items (similar number of items) from other companies (athleta, nike and lululemon) at least a week after I ordered from Fabletics and they all arrived. I ordered on 4/21/2020... and I am still waiting for my order "to be processed."

Although they have cute items and I like what I have previously purchased, it is definitely not worth the hassle of trying to get someone on the line (or via chat line) trying to see when and if this order will ever "be shipped."

I was a VIP member, cancelled that and do not intend on ordering again.

Love the style, they are true to there size. I'm from Northern Alberta, Canada and they are so warm. The sweat shirts feel like butter and so comfy and best of all nothing shrinks! Also if I don't have time to look and shop I can skip the month and go back and still order for that month. Love Fabletics!

I've been ordering clothes from Fabletics since their launch a few years ago and I still feel like I can't get enough. The fabric is soft and comfortable, the leggings/capris hold you in just the right amount and no matter how often I wear and wash them, they hold up. I'm a very satisfied customer and will continue to buy my workout/lounge clothes from Fabletics. You should, too!

I have had a great experience with Fabletics! I find their product to be in excellent quality. I would reccommend it anytime. They are just a little bit high priced for me BUT thankfully they have a membership program that allows members to get fantastic deals! I found the staff to be very efficient. I have been purchasing products for many years now and have always been happy with my choices. I am 70 years old now, keep myself in excellent shape and look very good in my outfits if I do say so myself. Believe it or not, there are lots of women just like me and we don't feel represented by Fabletics. Why don't you have some of us as your models? We can rock your products just like the other younger women do. Fabletics should be representing all women. I personally think it would be well received in many ways, and good for business. This company has charged me twice and then charged me again and try to say the payment didn't go through which it clearly stated on my credit card statement that they took the money off my card. Then on top of that the customer representative was going back and forth with me... so unprofessional! I cancel my account and I will never deal with them again!

I purchased xl sweatshirts in the past years. The crew neck one fit perfectly however the 2 other sweatshirts which are short are way too big. I assumed they would maybe shrink which they have not. I guess they are not made of cotton. Nonetheless I cannot return items which have been washed so sadly I will most likely give them away.

I was very dissatisfied with their business tactics when i was automatically enrolled into a membership an then charged a membership fee the day before they notified that it could be cancelled. I spoke with several so called customer service reps who did nothing to address the problem. Who knows you might have a good product but I for one will never do business with you again. Fool me once sham on you, fool me twice shame on me.

Sizing issues are terrible. Ordering the same size and style of leggings from prior orders that fit great and new leggings are small and weirdly cut. Minimal stretch and styles are just blah, not inspiring! Loved my first legging purchase with zipper details in the bottom of leggings!

NOT true to size. I ordered my first "$24 VIP promo" and the leggings were too big. I ordered replacement leggings and thought all was ok. It was not. They ran out of stock somehow and they did not process a refund. In fact, no one let me know what was going on - that the new smaller size order was not being shipped! Also you have to cancel the $49US monthly charge or it will be charged and continue to be charged every month. Even when I did cancel somehow my account "didn't recognize" my transaction/request!?!?!? Long and short is this is shady, sneaky and a money grab.

I have been singing Fabletics praises for a few years now and I don't plan on going anywhere else anytime soon. My only complaint lately is that some of the leggings I bought recently seem to be made with not as high quality as the leggings I bought in the past. The fabric just didn't seem as sturdy or as thick as some I've bought in the past. I'm hoping I just read the description of the leggings wrong or That this was a fluke.

After you unknowingly get signed up for a VIP membership which charges your card $49.95 every month, then you can't get through either by phone or online chat to talk to anyone in order to cancel membership and get your money back. Horrible company and horrible customer service!

It automatically signed me up for the VIP membership. It charged almost 60 for a credit. The clothes Feel cheap and if I'm going to be charged 60 I might as well have gotten a real name brand athletic outfit. I mean alo leggings were only 30 more.

I cancelled my account in March from VIP and also asked to unsubscribe from fabletics... and was then billed again in April. I have called them and the customer service was rubbish... I have lost £44 which they will not refund! Do not sign up with this company!

I pre-ordered some shorts that were suppose to be on sale but had to pre-order, however they charged me full price! So I called and got a rep who said because it was a pre-order you're charged full price regardless of what the advertisement said. I immediately cancelled my membership, then the rep asks if she gives me they discount would I continue my membership! WHAT!? No cancel please! What a joke! I will be returning these items.

I was charged the monthly fee when I forgot to skip one month. I was unaware that the membership credits expire and never received an email about it. They will not reimburse me or reinstate my membership credit. So this company took $60 from me and kept it and I have nothing to show for it. That is an absolute scam and really disgusting business practice. I've never purchased a gift card and when I went to use it a year later the company said, your gift card expired. I feel like this shouldn't even be legal. If I give a company money, I expect something in return. Cancelled my membership and will review as many places as I can so no one else deals with this issue. Fabletics will never get my business again.

I can buy athletic wear on every corner, and I do. Over the past few years I have found that I really prefer the Fabletics brand for a number of specific reasons that differentiate it from all of the other options. But, for the second time, I will be cancelling my subscription.

I don't want to. I really don't. But it's clear that even the things you can control, you don't. Communication, honesty, transparency are table stakes and you don't get it. Respectfully!

First of all, I've been trying to cancel my membership for 6 months, and just barely was successfully able to do so. Meanwhile, my bank account continued to be drained. The website is completely useless! Not to mention, the quality of the product is comparable to Walmart sportswear.

First, I joined the program to receive a discount on a purchase. Unfortunately, the clothes are cheaply made, ill-fitting, and wear out quickly. Next, it's difficult to skip a month. Only the emails announcing the option to skip go into my junk box. All others make it into my in box. Rather convenient for them. Once in my account, I need to go through an additional two steps to figure out how to skip. So after years of being a member, I've accumulated 13 credits. I assumed that I could purchase what I wanted with these credits that I'm paying $54 per month for. Nope! For example, if I purchase a top worth $20, I lose the extra $34 on my credit unless I "complete the outfit" with something that Fabletics has chosen. I was told that I cannot simply add another item for the credit. This practice seems fraudulent to me. I shouldn't lose money. This sounds like a good opportunity for someone to start a class action law suit.

While the items are great, there is no value to paying a monthly membership. Why pay $59.95 for a credit when almost everything can be purchased for $19.99? The bundle options are usually the best route to go to get your money's worth, but those are very limited for men. Best deal is to skip the monthly membership and simply purchase items as needed.
