I love the clothes from Fabletics, but the app is sooo slow, its annoying. It's also hard to understand how exactly the membership works - it will be nice to make that a little more clear on the website.

I contacted your company after I checked for my delivery status which said "delivered." I checked my mailbox and package room for a few days and I still didn't see it. One of the costumer service I spoke with said that he was going to check on it for me and will keep me posted…well, I've never heard back for him or an email or anything regarding the update. And I was never refunded either.

I've had 2 recent orders get canceled by fabletics without any notification. I have to go check my orders to see when they will be delivered only to find out that fabletics has canceled them. When I asked what happened, their answer was not acceptable.

The VIP member credit is not worth the money, as most items end up being less than what you paid and higher priced items are always out of stock. The member discount is also not transparent on how they came up with the price. The website seems very scammy to me.

I have found limited options in colors/patterns in my size. Many times it appears that a product may offer several different colors/patterns, but when I click on my size it goes down to one or two colors, and they are typically the least desirable. I'm a size medium, which I imagine is a common size, so are just not enough being made?
I have also found that many times when I choose my product and click to add it to my cart, nothing happens. I have to refresh and try multiple times. Then on the time that it does "add to cart" the website tells me that product is sold out.

Been a long time member … don't purchase regularly, but when I do am usually happy with my purchase. What I love: Quality is good, lots of wash and wear. Fit is usually comfortable. And love the style! Suggestions: Tops, most of my purchases are usually bottoms. As a shorter woman, the tops are not usually proportioned well for my fit. Unless I'm buying an oversized shirt, the fit is usually a struggle. After a few attempts, I just stay way from tops.

I love the shorts and polos that Fabletics makes, but dislike the website. The membership program doesn't work for clothes when you just don't need new ones each month. The website is also clearly built for women's clothes and makes it difficult to search and navigate for men's clothes only.

I don't remember actually signing up for or opting in to a member points monthly club. These points would rack up over time and I would eventually realize I had them. Had I not, they would have sat there until the end of time and been wasted money. Glad I remembered. Furthermore, the website experience is horrendous. The only reason I gave the rating I did is because all of the products I have that I didn't know I wanted are actually pretty fabulous.

The clothes are very high quality and the prices match, so it's worth the money but I wouldn't say its a deal.
My main complaint is the sometimes limited options on things, especially on the monthly pics. Some of that stuff I wouldn't be caught dead in, so I wish there were more customization based on style and prints, etc. The prints and colors tend to be pretty limited as it is.

The app is absolutely terrible to use, always ended up on a computer. Did actually really like the clothes but the app made it unbearable. I also signed up for the monthly membership and when sales came around felt it was a scam. I could could double the clothes for the price of the membership outfit, with free shipping. Ended up cancelling.

Everyone I spoke to seem to be passing me on to the next department who wasn't as helpful as the last. Kelly Roland is the reason I can to make those purchase but unfortunately I will not be sticking around because of the crappy way I was to treated through customer service. Give training on overall phone interaction. I am sure these people of put on phone right away without proper training.

I called the other day because i wanted to change my paiement and could not do it on your web site. She told me that there was a problem with the computers and that everything would be ok the day after! It's been three days and i still can't change my payment card! I am so upset! I had 3 membership credits banked and signed in today to use them. My account indicated I had 0 membership credits available to be redeemed. How can the is the case? After looking further, my credit EXPIRED! WHAT? EXPIRE? How does my money expire. $149 just up and gone? I called support and they confirmed that my money does in fact expire in 1 year. UNBELIEVABLE! This is stealing! They are issuing me a check that won't arrive for 4-6 WEEKS. NOT ACCEPTABLE! I cancelled my membership!

I have ordered from Fabletics several times and have never been disappointed in the quality and comfort of the leggings. I recently bought a pair of their limited edition maternity leggings and could not be happier with them. They are one of the most comfortable pair of "pants" that I own. I certainly hope they keep them in stock. Highly recommend Fabletics!

I have tried many many times to get a new password because I do not remember mine. I cannot get an email from 'forgot password. Even customer service disconnected from me after they tried sending me several and I could not get one. Super frustrating and wasting a lot of time! I was talked into signing up in the store with promise of getting outfits at discount pricing. That was not the case. Each time I attempted to purchase an outfit online it was sold out of one or both pieces. When I went to the store, it was cheaper to buy anything they had without the points. It was a horrible system that made me spend more on outfits I wasn't really happy with.

The long sleeves I ordered were good. One ended up being very odd with its sleeve situation and was a different than I expected but ended up being very comfy. I have been stockpiling sports bras since covid and have been mostly happy with the choices I've gotten from Fabletics. I wish I was able to exchange some of the for a bigger size but that's not a option sadly since they were on sale. Overall happy with my membership

This place is a nightmare. It uses a call center in Asia and you get subjected to the worst customer service. They forced me to give me a credit card number just to use my gift certificate from my sister. They told my sister that I would get an emailed message saying "here's your gift certificate." They never sent it. Then they sent her the number of the gift certificate which absolutely didn't work. Then, I got annoying emails saying 'Just Go to Our website" to redeem your gift certificate. That did not work. They refused to refund our money.

The site is a mess. You try to add something to your cart and it either clicks on the image or redirects you to a new page. The app is even worse. There are different prices on the website and app. It has such a delay response that it isn't efficient for shopping. My biggest issue is the sizing. I am all 3 sizes in tops with this brand. I'm a small/medium in my other clothes but this one I have to buy and see which fit best from tanks, polos and tees. The shorts are my favorite but even the inches there is always a gamble. You order a 7" and it's a 9 or at times longer. The customer service has been the only saving grace. They are quick to assist in store or online and try to honor the pricing that you purchased for an even exchange.

I had order pants that were to short. I returned them right away and received a text that the company had received the pants back. It has been almost 2.5 months and I am still waiting for my exchange. I marked down the correct length and that I just wanted an exchange and not a refund. No refund was issued but I do want the pants. Very sad customer service

My package came late because of shipping and logistical problems. Logistically speaking maybe the truck driver didn't want to work. Maybe logistically speaking the distribution center employees didn't want to work. What ever the case maybe I don't want to buy anything from you people for fear my package might come 2, 4, 6, 8... on and on weeks of late. Obviously there's problems internally. Therefore, I don't want to be part the madness that you got going on when you order something on the website and then your item comes late. So am going to distance myself and not buy anything from fableltics.

I had to call in on 8 different occasions for a single order that never arrived. I've worked in customer service for over 3 years and I was appalled. I've never asked for a supervisor before but I did twice and they still didn't do anything about it. I was hung up on twice. Originally they refused to refund me but then I finally got a refund approved. When I called back about it (they were supposed to call me) the agent told me the only option was a reshipment. They didn't have any notes about previous calls and I had to argue again just to get an in store credit refund. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever heard of. If you spend money there you are NOT getting it back.

The employees are always so helpful when I shop! I brought my teenage With me this time, and they were so accommodating and helped her figure out her sizing for everything as well. I highly recommend shopping in the Bridgewater store they were so great

Often the outfits are repetitive or dont have my size. Even when the selection is "my outfits." Most frustrating is that I have Skip A Month multiple times but then I am charged a credit for it. I have even voiced my concern with customer service and did have have the credits
