I received an email from Fabletics with a discount for a new purchase. I made the purchase, then found out that through the very fine print that i had signed up for a monthly membership. I tried cancelling my membership, every time i talked to an someone and informed them that i wanted to cancel, they would hang up on me. It took 6 times to call before they let me cancel my membership. These tactics make them a total fraud. I then cancelled my payment on paypal and emailed the BBB on this company. I can't believe Kate Hudson is actually a part of this fraudulent oversees company that send poor quality merchandise and over reaches with the membership.

My experience with Fabletics has been great. I love the clothes and the assortment of styles. The clothing fits great and holds up well under wear. The prices are fair and comparable to other brands, some moreso than others.

I had bought some clothing to test out the quality of the product. When I put the clothes on I suddenly had a burning sensation as if I were allergic but that couldn't be right. I had a plastic measurement and testing system out in my garage for designing locally made items out of plastic. I used this test on the product I had just bought and I found high levels of BPA, it was a very fine dusty substance in the clothes. The distinct smell of the clothes was very similar to burnt plastic.
Do not buy this, in my personal opinion.
The directions to wash the clothes on cold gentle cycle. Which is weird because at hot and heavy duty.
It would ensure that the plastic gets out of the fabric.
Tip for consumers:
If you really want to get the product, make sure that when you first open it from the foil case put it in the wash on hot heavy duty and dry heavy duty steam.
That way the BPA can get out of it.

Website is not intuitively developed- it's difficult to find items and it's difficult to navigate in general. The prices are also confusing. Customer service is very helpful and friendly over the phone, but the web experience is sticky.

The service is nice however when you want to buy something that is shown together, a new product, you are charged for both pieces when other products you can buy together. New releases should be the same way.

Every item of clothing fits great. I love how the website models the clothing with pics and videos so you can have some sort of idea how things fit. Never seen vids with models wearing clothing. Excellent idea!

I ordered an outfit and it shipped but was never delivered. I got a notice that the company had received my "return" and said I would be credited the cost of the outfit. I emailed customer service to explain that I never returned my order and I still wanted my items. I never got a response and my account still has not been credited.

If you do not remember every month to skip the month and then click again to make sure you want to skip it they charge your credit card. Even if you make a purchase you still have to skip the month even though you've just made a purchase from their selections for the month. So you make a purchase and they still charge you a member credit unless you jump through these hoops. This is such a scam and so not worth it! I'll stick with Athleta!

I truly wanted to love this. My mother in law ordered me numerous items for Christmas, going through the hassle of becoming a member to do so. 7/8 powerholds fit like a gem, put one of my pairs on for the second time to notice a large hole in the crotch of the pants. Two hoodies also have holes on the seem side by the tag. I truly could not be any more dissapointed

Do not join! You can buy just as good quality at a store without joining their program that charges you every month. I called and spoke to a representative to close my account and they continue to charge. When I spoke with a representative about the problem and to ask for a credit, I was told the account under my email account was closed but there was another email account associated with me that was still open - ***@aol.cm. I only ever had one account and tried to get them to agree that@aol. Cm is not a valid aol email address. Guy started to argue with me. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Overall I've been pleased with most of my purchases. The fit has been amazing. I've also enjoyed the quality of the products. The only issue has been the short time to return an item. I had issues with returning a couple of items because my printer messed up and by the time I fixed that problem the time to return had expired. Very frustrating.

I was so disappointed to find out they charge your account monthly. Had it been told to be beforehand I would have never made a purchase from this sleazy company scamming people out of there money. Also they told me I couldn't get a refund even after talking to a manager. Then I said I would take them to small claims court and there return policy some how changed, and I got my refund.

They have decent deals, just don't forget to cancel the sub or skip the month. The biggest fraud is they charge you $55 for a credit that you can buy an outfit for valued at $27 for. So, you pay $55, for a $27 product... how does that make any sense? Don't fall for their scam.

In previous years I recall the quality of the leggings to have been a lot more flexible and form fitting. The leggings lasted me about three years and had the most amazing comfortable fit, I decided to try the brand again and this time the styles were not the same. While getting the membership I noticed it was not the same quality as I remember. I will not be renewing my membership for this reason.

You get inconsistent products that are cut differently each time you receive them. When you receive an item, and you will receive one, that is inevitably damaged, they will NOT let you utilize the "Happy Returns" option to exchange the item. So you have to find your own means to ship back a product they sent damaged in order to receive a replacement. What's the point of having this service that you can't use? Don't even bother calling customer service as they will literally go through the same process and have the same outcome with no remedy. Just an awful company to go along with their glitchy app and website...

I wear plus size clothes and I find some of the straight size styles were never availabe in plus. When there is anything in plus, the stock runs out very quickly. It would be nice to see more stock for these items.

This company has AWFUL customer service. I contacted them to ask questions and express concerns and they basically told me they would not help me at all and the customer service rep then disconnected me. Stay away from this company.

We both joined the Fabletics club and had shipment issues. My wife made her first order and never received the package. After multiple phone calls, they sent her another package but were out of things that she originally ordered and never received the second order. I made my first order, never received the order. Called them and they reshipped. Order said it was delivered but was nowhere to be found. We have video surveillance at our home and there was never a delivery on the day that they said it was delivered. Told me I had contact LaserShip. Every time I tried to call I was on hold or kept getting disconnected. Never was able to speak to anyone there. Called Fabletics back and again I was told that I had to contact LaserShip that they would not give me a refund. Disputing this charge with my credit card company now

I signed up for a VIP membership to get my first outfit for $25. After placing order, I was charged $79 for my first "outfit." When I called about it, I was told it is only the first "item" not "outfit" that is $25. Second, they are always out of the items or in the colors that you want. If you want an outfit that you see on tv, forget it, or at least in that color. Also, I just learned if you don't opt out by the 5th of the month then you are automatically charged $49.95 per month. Fabletics is a total scam and a rip-off.

The website is great, the collections are fun and the fit is great. There are sometimes that shopping at Fabletics can be frustrating because they will advertise a new print or style but they will not have my size available... quite frequently. I would say more often than not they do NOT have the size I need.
