Horrible business model. I'm a VIP model and I've forgotten to skip for the past few months. With the world upended due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the last thing on my mind has been to remember to "skip" at the beginning of the month to avoid being charged. I contacted customer service to discuss the situation and I was only able to be reimbursed for last month's charge, leaving a $150 credit on my account to buy workout gear I can't afford. I wish this company would have compassion for their customers instead of adhering to this sneaky business model. Fabletics will no longer be receiving my business and I will be taking this issue up with my bank.

I never received my last purchase and when I contacted customer service I received no response. I've ordered through them before and haven't had issues and enjoy the products so I was sad to not get the items I ordered.

Availability sizes and colors very bad sometimes the styles are whack they catered too much to size 026 the fits are bad and the fabrics they're pretty bad too so sometimes you find one or two pieces that are good

Always hard to find my size. The returns/exchange is not too hard but I always have a hard time finding the things I like on my size. Seems like there always out of stock and it keeps me from looking/buying for things more often.

I ordered leggings from them several months ago and they're great, and I understood the fact that they charge $49.95 each month. Each month, they sent an email notifying you of the charge, and whenever I receive it I cancel/order. However, this month, I was neglected of an email, and today I received an email notifying me of the charge for this month! How am I supposed to remember when I have my Fabletics order due?! I contacted customer support through Facebook, live chat, and calling, and have waited for inadmissable long periods of time to not even receive a response (40-60 minutes on call and live chats!) Horrible, absolutely horrible. I seriously hope they don't bill my credit card...

I am beyond disappointed and angry with my experience. I purchased 2 for $24 leggings for my Girlfriend and not only was I sent 1 of 2 leggings only, it was/is the wrong colour and size and not even the same brand/product selected. The was intended as a gift and that is now ruined.

Hard to get a hold of a person. I returned an item and never received a refund. I want to quit but there is no option on the website and I have credits I have to use up because I keep forgetting to skip a month.

I mostly enjoy the products. The sizing is difficult to get right at first and is frustrating. I have multiple items that don't fit right now. The biggest issue is the lack of stock/inventory to support demand for the most popular sizes. There are almost no items available in my size. 6' 2" 220lbs. I signed up for the VIP account and have difficulty using monthly credit due to a lack of inventory in product I like. Wouldn't renew subscription.

When you try to cancel, the customer service person tries to convince you to just skip a month rather than cancel as requested. When they finally agree to cancel as requested, months later you find that they kept charging you... We would've saved much more just buying the quality items from Lululemon.
Tip for consumers:
Canceling was such a hassle, customer service seems to be outside the US. I recommend just avoiding altogether, too risky.

Was trying to skip my VIP and I was on vacation overseas. It was impossible to access the site or even find a way to contact Fabletics. I just decided to cancel because it is not practical to not be able to contact them

The sited hides a subscription to a VIP membership with huge monthly fees. In my case they did not ship the product I ordered and when trying to get them to ship it they added the monthly subscription fee, which i did not sign up for.

They charged my credit card that was not linked to my account without my authorisation or knowledge. They charged me right when my credit card statement cut, causing me to drop a few points without any warning. Never purchasing anything from Fabletics ever again.

Most of what I've gotten from Fabletics has been amazing! Good material, leggings stay up while working out, can actually get the right length. My only issue is when I want something it feels like my size (M) is always out of stock in the normal colors. Or if I do get something I like & want to order another one in another color, the size runs out and is never restocked. Been trying to get the cold weather black leggings in medium after getting them for my sister for a Christmas gift for months now…. Never restocked. Or the go to sweatpants…I live in my black ones & wanted other colors but they have nothing except like lilac or pastel pink in sizes xs or 3xl.

I ordered different leggings and lengths and they all roll down. I got different types to see if it was just one design but they all do it. I find my self through out the day having to continuously roll them up and I hate it

The shorts are some of the most comfortable workout shorts I own and are such a good deal with the discounts they got. Their website is not very good and the checkout experience is awful. But those shorts make it worth it.

I have cancelled this account on multiple occasions and the billing stops and then a few months later, I randomly get a charge. This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. How can a membership be cancelled and then all of a sudden they have access to your account and take it out? I have called to cancel for another time today and they advised that they will be crediting my debit card over $350.00. That i seven times that I have cancelled. We will see if it is cancelled and I do receive my refund. I was advised it will take 7-10 days to refund. If I don't get this refund I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau because this is robbery at is finest.

Purchased the same pant in two different colors. Unfortunately they did not fit the same as one would expect. The fit on one was great but the other seemed possibly cut a bit smaller or the fabric for that color/design was a bit different.

I have never tried Fabletics but what angers me the most is trying to have all these celebrities and semi celebrities to market your brand that makes me so angry who the hell cares they don't care about that brand they don't care about your brand.
