I returned about 5 things in a huge order of 11 items. I had a separate return order of 3 other items. A month and a half has passed and i have yet to have any money credited to my account. I contacted customer service and all they could tell me about my return was that after a month and a half, it was still being shipped to their warehouse, pending inspection and they did not have a time estimate for me. I should have $230 credited to my account, yet my balance is $0. I feel extremely robbed and i would cancel but i want my money back first.

I used fabletics for years and it was a constant game of checking each month to see if they even had anything I wanted in my size. If I got lucky and they did there was a good chance it would get lost in the Mail by the ridiculously subpar third party shipping companies they use. I finally canceled my membership in favor of cheaper more reliable Amazon leggings

They don't tell that when you buy something you're gonna be signed up on their membership which is around 49$ a month. Good thing I found it right after I bought my leggings so I was able to call and cancel it. The problem is that even when I called and told them I wanted to cancel it, they were bagging me to stay, keep saying the same things over and over when it was clear I wanted to be canceled. I finally made it and I won't buy anything from them anymore.

Love the jogger and two pocket top. Fabric is moveable and lets me bend and reach easily. Price point is great. Love the scrub jacket but needed men's fit for movement and workability. Great weight and comfort.

They make returning something absolutely impossible. I ordered items and they are too small. Tried to generate a return and all of a sudden they can't email me the return slip when they emailed me just fine when I ordered and when it was being delivered. All of a sudden they can't email so I can't get a return slip. I called them and they told me to go to a site and go online to generate the return slip but the site is bogus. So basically if you order something you are stuck with it forever. What a waste of money. I'm so angry and so sorry I ordered from them. They are worse than China.

You have to sign up to purchase clothing. They charged me $49.95 a month for the past two years. Good for Fabletics for figuring out how to scam people. They have charged me $1,127 for some membership that they make look like a one-time membership discount. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!

DO NOT order from Fabletics. Learn from my mistakes. They are not a scam but they are very tricky and will get money out of you in unfair ways. They make you sign up for a program in order to get the deals and the program charges you an ungodly amount each month unless you call each month and say you don't want the charge. Even if you do that though, they will still charge you and say they never got any word that you wanted to skip the charge. Dishonest company, take your money elsewhere.

I love that I can buy great workout clothing, that isn't boring. My only complaint is the recent changes they've made to the rewards system. There use to be good options for which to cash in rewards, but there hasn't been for a while. Also, the outfit deals don't seem to be as good as they use to be.

I'm in love with my items! I wear my leggings every other day. Not ONLY when I'm just working out but I wear them as a outfit for the day as well. They are durable and reliable. I really love this site so much definitely worth the money each month! I would love to be an ambassador for FABLETICS! IM A FAN!

I like the colors in the leggings, shorts and bras I got this time. The bras do not fit perfectly, but that would be more complex construction and sizing in bras. Keeping up with the subscription is complicated and worrysome. I decided to spend all my credits for now, and perhaps cancel my membership. For sure, I skipped June.

My order was cancelled without my input because of a change in address and I was only able to replace my order after 2 - 4 days. I was not even contacted to inform me that I could replace the order and your support staff were robotic in their response an would not help me expedite my order by contacting the department that cancelled by order. My order was time dependent.

The experience was very disappointing and I will not replace the order as result.

I have been happy with the service and quality of products that I have gotten. But I am confused with the ongoing sale.
I have made the mistake of not logging in to decline my selection of the month, and therefore have credits on my account.
With the sale on (that has been happening for months now) I have not been able to use the credits, as it doesn't make sense to use a credit I paid $59 for on a product that is $29
I'd like to use my credits, but it isn't making sense.

My experience with fabletics has been very good, I don't have any complaints the customer service people have been very cooperative and understanding toward my questions or concerns. I recommend fabletics to all my family and friends.

I could not find this specific order number in my order history, but here is a review based on my opinion with Fabletics as a whole.

I really love Fabletics — one can never have to many leggings/shirts/hoodies, etc. When I am not at work chances are I am in Fabletics something. Fabletics is not a clothing company it is a way of life. =]

I love the items I've gotten from Fabletics over the years; good quality fabric, they fit well and they look good... I especially love the leggings/shorts with the side pockets. They are my favorite things to wear!

I've been a member for a long time. I go to the gym three times a week, and I'm almost always in Fabletics gear! I love the quality. Also love the customer service. One thing to note, PLEASE bring back more outfits with leggings and a tank rather than just leggings with a sports bra. Not all of us will workout with our midsections showing. Please help! There used to be more tank outfits and more prints. What's with all the solids?

Multiple items has loose seams, faded color/material after a couple uses. It was a scammy system to put new items on the site before you could use your newest member credit because once the credit was active, most of the newer items were unavailable meaning you'd have to spend more of your money if you'd want to get the new items.

Not only was the product not worth the money I spent, the styles I would like were never available in my size, there's no free shipping to Alaska and even after I was told I would get my money back I never did. Seriously disappointing. More than Terrible customer service and an absolute waste of money. Seriously dissatisfied customer!

A lot of super tight compression pants with sports bras. They used to have more flowy tank tops. The only lose shorts were a pair of blue ones that kept selling out. Not everyone works out in super tight clothes. But their lose clothes look like pajamas.

I got the 3 pies of underwear for 15 dollars but when you sign up it doesn't make it clear that you sign up for the vip membership and then charges you almost 60 dollars a month. Do NOT sign up not worth it at all.

I love fabletics. They diversify for different sizes and they have a lot of sizes available. There's a variety of colours and designs. And they add outfits seasonally to adapt. I have a lot of outfits for casual wear and for working out. Their trinity high impact sports bra is my go to bra.

Scam. Charging my account 60/month unless I remember to "skip"'the month.

Scam, no good, quality poor.
