I have been waiting for a refund and an exchange since mid July. No one seems to know where the items are. I have an email confirmation that the 2 items I sent back were delivered on July 27th and they still will not ship me out my exchange or give me my refund. Not impressed.

They signed me up for the VIP without my knowledge and charged my card $150 a month and wouldnt give me my money back. As well as I never got my leggings that I payed for or the free outfits you are supposed to get being a bit member. They suck and I would not recommend

I was about to cancel my subscription because I had been charged the recurring monthly fee and missed my chance to skip the month. When I reached out we were able to set up email reminders to skip and I kept my subscription.

I don't feel like I can order monthly due to my size or ideal color or pattern or functionality item I want is always out of stock.
Maybe something to ponder on is a way to notify your members when that item is in stock in the exact item, size and, color they're looking for? A way for us to save for later "wishlist" or something
Then if we were notified we can make our purchase?
I appreciate being able to skip the month but usually it's due to product being out

Website is awful. So slow and takes multiple attempts to get anything to load. Sometimes I couldn't get it to load at all and would just have to try again later. The first order I placed was a scrub set. The pants weren't in stock when I ordered. I never got an email about this and found out when just my top arrived and was told by customer service that they were out of stock. The top was too big so I exchanged it for a smaller size. That top was too small. I did the same thing with the pants but from Amazon and had the same situation with sizing. Before I returned that top I contacted customer service because the website was saying my refund would be $0. I was assured by customer service that once they received the shirt my refund would be process and I would get my money back. I sent the shirt and never got my money back. I would not recommend ordering from Fabletics to anyone. The only good thing about my experience was that customer service was kind.

I had been a fabletics member for over a year. I ordered a gift for my husband and paid for priority shipping. The order was late and I called customer service they said I had to wait one more day and if the order did not arrive the next day they would refund the shipping cost for me and that they were noting the file with that. The order did not arrive the next day so I called back to get the refund of the shipping cost. The person who took the call said there were no notes and they said they would not refund the shipping. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager was incredibly rude. Refused to refund the shipping and lose a long time customer over the shipping cost for an item that was 5 days later than the promised shipping time. Horrible customer service which is unfortunate since I actually liked the clothes.

These pants fit well, are comfortable. However when you are a large woman, I need tops the come down or somehow cover the bulge. Also they are warm. Being a large woman, I stay hot. I need cooling clothes also.

I bought a couple pairs of shorts using a sign up deal, but couldn't cancel it when I tried and then they charged me 50 dollars for the "membership"
I WILL NOT ever buy from this company again and will tell everyone that I know to not fall for their deceptive tactics... BAD deal and I absolutely feel like they stole from me.
I wish I could go back in time and not fall into their trap.

Sometimes the products are great, and sometimes the quality and fabrics are a bust. I have been a customer since the beginning, and I'll say they have lessened in quality over the years. I've been more disappointed than not, especially when I compare items to some of the original items I would receive.

The new Items are 90% of the time out of stock too fast, and the delivery is the complete opposite it takes weeks to get the product. Overall my wife love the quality of the Fabletics products and that is why I keep going thru the torture of trying to find something new and the long waits to get it I hope it get better at one point.

I was very disappointed with the VIP membership. Most of the time everything was out of stock. They wouldn't say when stuff would be restocked. I had issues with some orders I had placed, and orders i didn't place did go thru. Customer service needs a lot of improvement.

My first pair of Fabletics that I bought was many years ago and I found them by mistake on T j Maxx store. When I put them on I just fell in love with them and search online the brand and since then I been a Fabletics member. You will not regret it.

I bought one pair of leggings and one pair of pant with Fabletics. Without realizing that they offer to give you discount by offering you enroll for membership. At that webpage when they offer you membership did not describe that they will charge you $49.95 per month. I noticed when I got charged on my credit card so I call to cancel membership that I do not want to get charged and don't want to get any item from them, however they said I have to pay anyway to redeem the points. Usually on any website, you don't have to pay when you have points to redeem. Please beware this website, I read reviews, lots of people have to pay without notifications from web page.

I forgot to cancel my monthly charge for a credit in time and I reached out. They would not refund the charges so I canceled and will not be buying from them again. They lost hundreds of dollars I would've spent over the years for a $49 dollar charge!

I am cancelling my membership. I enjoy your products, but it's very dififcult to shop the website and check out is impossible. I have to constantly come back to attempt another checkout, determine which product is out of stock, and it's just an ridiculous way to waste my time.

The quality of the clothes is very poor and the sizing is completely wrong. Do not waste your money! They will also charge you monthly and the credits you get are just hairbands and other garbage. The worst company ever. Do not be fooled by this scam, stay away!

Customer service was quick and easy! I only washed my leggings once and the stitching stained. I was worried they wouldn't replace them, but it was so easy to resolve I'm happy I called. They sent me a replacement pair immediately.

When I first joined Fabletics, I loved it. I would accrue credits to order outfits. Sometimes I might want to buy a little bralette or something small and it would still cost a credit. Meaning, I am paying $60 for a bralette. In addition, I am 55 years old and feel everything is geared toward a younger customer.

I went in this store during a conference to purchase a few things. The team was so welcoming and helpful. They helped me put outfits together to save on the overall price and ordered my sizes for me that weren't in store. They made my experience fun and enjoyable.

Although I ordered based on the size guide, the orders were still loose for me. Material is good but won't be ordering joggers of any kind in future as the size wasn't right. Would also be good to include instructions on how to return the orders in such case.

I hate that monthly the default is to agree to the charge and if you want to skip the month you have to dig around to find where the skip option is. As soon as my back log of credits are used i will be cancelling my membership
