It's strange that so many people don't know the details of the VIP membership. I knew right from the beginning what the VIP membership details were. It's so easy to skip a month. I love their products and I would recommend them to anyone.

"free shipping and free returns"? Read the fine print:
Free shipping IF your order is over $49.95 and "free returns" as long as you don't want actual money back... store credit only... if you want actual money, they will deduct $5.95 as a "restocking fee" (AKA return shipping fee?)... Fabletics offers 3 easy return options: (1) return for Fabletics membership or store credit for free; (2) exchange for another item for free; (3) return for a refund* minus a $5.95 restocking fee... Please note that any membership or store credit used to pay for an order will be returned as store credit and will not be eligible for a refund to a credit card...

My first order in April as a VIP was fabulous, not a problem.
In May, I selected to skip month on 5/3 as getting a workout outfit was not in the budget for the month. It came to the screen that stated "you have successfully skipped for the month" once I selected to skip.
On the 5th, 5/5 (today), I received an email while I was at work saying "thank you for your purchase and your order is being processed and will ship shortly". I DID NOT make a purchase. I DID NOT have anything in my cart. I WAS NOT even on the site. The sizes selected were not even my sizes. The shipping and billing address was correct and to me, however. I do not know what happened, but I cancelled my membership and the order immediately. How can you purchase items on someone's credit card? I do not recommend this site if this is what mysteriously happens when you want to skip a month.

Nuf said this company product low quality are only trumped by the extra low phone "quality" customer "care?" People. Drop the phone line and let the smart moms who know where the shore actually is answer. And yes to all the moms who know a shore is by the beach and a continent is not the shore except for the case of the large continental appearing island called Australia. Get some intelligent moms around the globe answering email the intelligent way. Time to drop the phone ignorance moms are available 24/7 because of sleepless children. And Kate Hudson is yet another billionaire to be ashamed of herself.

With total understanding that you all are not 100% responsible for your shipping service - I would say that overall, my packages from Fabletics are taking TWICE as long as packages from other companies. Based on this past order - I had limited tracking capabilities for the first part of my shipment. Once my package hit the USPS - it was trackable - it went to my local USPS building (5 miles from my house) only to then travel down to VA over an hour away, hours later. In total - my package shipped on Feb. 11 and did not arrive at my house until Feb. 25th. That's a total two weeks. Again - this was just one occassion - and I would normally write it off, but I have noticed lately that my Fabletics orders are taking an unusual amount of time to get to my house. Especially based on other products I'm purchasing.

I don't like that I have to skip even if I buy something other than the outfits. I don't like having to skip at all if I just don't buy. I sometimes am busy and forget to check the site. I also find that many of the sweats stain easily. I like the site better years ago when I started.

The regular prices are outrageous and then they want you to be a VIP and pay a huge monthly fee. The quality of the product is not as nice as in the ads. The fit is not right. I will not be purchasing again.

I had to purchase another outfit even though I had tried to cancel my subscription. Although I enjoy the fabric and style of the clothes I have plenty of outfits. I tried to cancel my monthly subscription but I was charged the $58 and had to use it or lose it. I would not have signed up if I knew it was going to be this difficult to leave.

We understand that you have been wanting to discontinue the membership and just want to use your last credits on the account. Upon checking, you successfully canceled your VIP membership on 08-21-2022 and it's already set to " pay-as-you-go". There will be no access to VIP prices and perks (such as exclusive styles and reward points), no need to skip the month and there wouldn't be a monthly fee but you can still make a purchase for the retail price.
After reviewing the account, it shows here that order# 1206095754 was placed on7/11/22 for 5 items with 3 member credits ($54.95) applied. The order was tagged as delivered on 07-20-22.

I decided to try a Fabletics membership for a couple of months. The return on the monthly membership fee was lost on me. For $60, you get access to Old Navy quality activewear. Some of the styles look cute online, but were always tackier in person. I would not recommend at all.

I love the leggings, sweatshirt, and bra I bought. The seamless leggings and bra are so comfortable. And the camo leggings have a pocket which is always a plus. Shipping takes about a week but its really not a bad wait for a great items

I love you guys! My favorite leggings in the whole world are fabletics high waisted leggings - no one else does it better! But this was sad :/ i tried to use my membership credit on a pair of leggings that matched a top but it was on back order so then i was charged $30 more when the items shipped. I couldn't make that big of a purchase, so i returned both items and was only refunded $49…. So i'm still out the $30. Love you guys! Just sad this time around.

I saw the ad on Facebook for the great deal of 2 leggings for $24. I couldn't pass up, and was actually happy with the products I received. However, never once in the process of ordering was I informed of a membership fee. My account was absolutely drained at the beginning of this month and I am pretty upset and confused by this. I am currently on the phone, on hold for over 20 minutes, the only way to cancel my account.
Do not purchase from this company.

I find that the need to have a monthly membership does not serve the general population fairly. Most people don't have $50USD to spend on clothes each month. The automatic payment is frustrating. Having to "skip" to avoid the payment and only having a 5 day period to do so is annoying. I have forgotten to skip so many months because of the small time frame to do so.
I bought a few pairs of leggings that fit well, however when I bought a different style in the same size, they were way too tight. I also bought a cropped zip, loved it and bought another which also fit completely differently. Some consistency in the fit between different styles is suggested.
Aside from the above, I love the fabric. It really is buttery soft as described. Unfortunately it shows sweat VERY easily and I'm finding that the fabric pills quite fast as well.

They charge customer's even though they skipped a month. When you call regarding the charge, they say no problem, we'll reimburse you however when they refund you, they refund you less than what they charged you. Especially making a profit off of charging customer's for things they did not purchase and then reimburse you less than what you were charged. Small amounts however if they do this enough they're making quite a profit. When you call regarding this they say there's nothing they can do. Great customer service.

I was a fan, but that's changed. This overpriced service should probably fail. I have found very good quality gym gear on Amazon and in other places for reasonable prices. This is just a bit of a rip-off and a bit of a hassle to remember to skip every month. I got good quality gear early on, but this last order was just simply a cheap, unhemmed Tee shirt and a cheap pair of shorts with no pockets. Apparently they charge more for pockets. I'm done.

On Sept 23, I received an email that my order had been cancelled.
On Sept 24, I received an email that my order was on the way.
On October 4, I still do not have my items.

Clothes is of great quality and super comfortable. I prefer it over Lulu Lemon clothing. It signs you up for automatic membership which charges $49.95 per month or you can skip the month (unlimited times). If you can remember to skip it monthly by the 5th, than it's a great membership to keep. If you can't remember, and you can't afford $50/month you can call to unregister. This is not a scam, accept responsibility for not reading all the information. We all click "I agree" without reading.

I wish there was a greater selection of shirts and sweatshirts that weren't cropped and conversely more cropped leggings options. All leggings would be improved by leg pockets. Would also like to see Fabletics reapond to different plus size body types like large thighs and hips and small waist.

I ordered three pair of the easy pant for men, and an athletic sports bra. The pant sizes were too small but the return policy and receiving new sizes was simple and quick. I love the pants and the fabric and the fit. Wife loves the sports bra.

Overall the products are good. The bras & tops with built in bras are not a good fit if you're busty. The designs and color options are ok. Most are not my taste. The worst part about the company is the subscription service and trying to remember to skip if you need to and getting charged if you forget. It would be more lucrative if they just had more reasonable prices and got rid of the scammy subscription.

This was at least the 3rd time that I made a purchase only to find out later that it was no longer available in my size. I cancelled my vip membership for this very reason, nothing was ever available in my size. Wish you would do a better job with inventory.

Beside the fact that many of these reviews rate the Fabletics products because they got charged for not using the service over the months following the purchase and got upset about it although it is quite clear that this is how the system works, I m actually rating the products I bought with two stars because the pants I got don't fit well, the waist elastic stretched already too much and got lose (and no, it's not becuse the size it's too small for me) and the pants are not that comfortable. I don't recommend this products, go with * if u have to pick good yoga and work out pants.

The monthly membership is inconvenient and not even worth the purchase most of the time the cost of the credit is more than the what the purchase would be if you just didn't use the credit. The quality of the clothes are good but I hate the monthly fee and having to remember to skip it I've actually decided not to shop with them just because of that. The clothes are fine but not significant enough to me to manage the monthly fee
