I love the products and the ease of use, I bought 3 products and cancelled because I am leaving the country and to be honest I don't shop much and keep to a minimalist wardrobe. Cancelling was very easy! I would recommend fabletics to anyone.

When you went through the app, it would sometimes close out on you. I tended to go through the website instead of the app for that reason. I did like the layout of the app and the ease of finding what I was looking for.

I have purchased many shirts and shorts. I love the shirts but the shorts run super small and do not fit I have tried ordering a leather size and the waist is way too big but the hips are still far too tight.

I saved my memberships credits to use at the end of the year. Per their email, they say they will notify you before your credits expire but that is not true. I have had this happen to me to me twice and they are just like "oh well. Sorry we didnt tell you like we said we would and we cant tell you why we decided not to tell you". Thats how they scam you out of your money by giving you a false sense of security. You think you will you get a reminder before your credits expire but they only tell you that so they can quietly let them expire and take your money. Dont fall for it.

I am a plus size girl and really wanted to try the yitty stuff, which I have and it has been ok, nothing that I absolute love or hate. But if you are a plus size girl I swear everything assumes you are super big chested and super bit butt which I have neither of and the crop top stuff makes me feel like Winnie the pooh... meh I have just been meh about it

I really like the clothes that are offered. However, I feel like the line is lacking variety sometimes. Other than that, the feel and the fit of the clothing is great and the color options are wonderful.

I have enjoyed being a member of Fabletics, but feel I have plenty of leggings, etc for the time being and did not want to have to "skip" each month I did not want to order something. I have missed several months over the time I have been a member and didn't necessarily want anything.

I really love the variety of clothes that they have and they are reasonably priced. I love that fact that you can skip the month and that you are not obligated to have to buy anything if you are not in need of it. Their clothes are true to size and they are comfortable and you can wear them all day and not even know you are wearing work out clothes or even sweats. I have had nothing but a fantastic experience with them.

I have subscribed to your website for the last couple of weeks and searching for a pair of leggings. I finally caved tonight (So excited)and attempted to purchase two leggings for $24 but I was surprised to see that in order for me to purchase the leggings I had to join a VIP membership that cost 40 or $50 per month. That is absolutely insane! So disappointing. Does Demi Lavato realize that people are loosing their jobs and that we are in the middle of a pandemic! Who has that kind of money For a pair of leggings. Shame on you!

I am 8 months pregnant and wanted to Order a pair of maternity leggings. I used a member credit for my purchase and selected the 3-5 day shipping option for $6.95 because I needed my order faster. The estimated delivery time kept changing and eventually exceeded the 3-5 day promise. When I contacted customer service over the phone, there were roosters crowing loudly in the background. The rep told me that I was charged for standard shipping because my order was not over 49.95. This is bogus. First of all, my item WAS over 49.95 but because I used a credit (which is actual money that I was already charged) it didn't count. Also, standard shipping was FREE at checkout. She also insisted on telling me that there was not even a 3-5 day option for shipping. There most certainly is! I am so disappointed. I absolutely love fabletics leggings but as soon as I use up my member credits I will be canceling my account. Customer service basically told me I was lying and did not help me at all.

The products are okay however, the cancellation process has been a NIGHTMARE. I've called paypal and Fabletics to refund the monthly subscription fee of $49.95. Each time I called one company blamed the other company. Then I was told by (F) to wait a few days for the "back room to contact (PP)". I did as instructed and today I called back and was told that it was to late to get a credit refund. Therefore, I pitched a fit to get my money back and was told that I'd get a freaking check in 4-6 weeks. WHY?

Some of the purchases have worked out, I really like the velour shorts and hoody jacket, as well as the leggings I purchased. The bras don't fit as I'd hoped and size seems to be inconsistent. My most recent purchase is what I am disappointed in the sleep tank and pants - I ordered 3x in top and pants because they are pyjamas so loose is good. The top does not fit across the chest, I thought it would at least have darts to allow room in chest, and I am well within the size range for 3x top at 51 inches. I decided to wear the pants anyway even though they fit way bigger than I expected. But they don't breathe at all, it's like wearing a plastic bag to bed. I did try to return the top but website said an error occurred. I will try to return it in store in a couple of weeks.

I have really appreciated the quality of clothes I receive. They seem to last long and hold up through workouts. I think they could use better cold weather gear and their cold weather leggings aren't really helpful in the winter in the western US. Overall I really appreciate a athletics clothing company that is not outrageously over priced, but I do find the skipping months as a member annoying and not fully trustworthy. I understand this type of company, but I have selected to skip a month before and pretty sure I was charged. I think if the site showed you which month you were skipping (the month before the 5th), it would be more trustworthy.

First of all, they advertise you're first outfit is $25. That's not the case unless the outfit is on sale for $25 and there's only a couple to choose from. All of the outfits I wanted were sold out in my size. Every time you go to chat with someone on the website it takes like 10 mins to connect, and by the time they connect with you, if you don't answer within the next second they will disconnect. I asked the online agent if my bra I was about to order had cups in and she said yes, when I received it, it didn't. I ordered an XS in the legging capris, which is what I order from every other company. They were so small I couldn't even get them over my hips. Will be returning everything and cancelling my subscription.

2 months ago I ordered two pair of shorts, using my Fab credits and then I cancelled my membership. I had the credits for months but have not received my order. I assume it was cancelled, because two days after order I cancelled my monthly membership? I paid in my credit and got nothing for the $60.00 I paid in.

I am not fit nor confident. Sometimes the hardest part about exercising is getting out the door while knowing people will be looking at me as I walk. When I started my journey to lose weight, I had one ill-fitting pair of exercise leggings.
This company has not only given me leggings- it has given me confidence. The material of the leggings breathes, so I can walk in the summertime and not feel stifled. Leggings take care of the thigh rub problem and also offer sun protection, which is why I don't exercise outside in shorts.
I bought my first pair of colored leggings and wore them outside- a transcendent experience. You have been instrumental in helping me build confidence as I've started this lifestyle change.
If I could offer some recommendations, it would be simply to tone down the sexy. I noticed most of your models are rail-thin, and oftentimes the angles really attempt to make the person look as sexy as possible. I would really like to see more variety in both models and presentation (models who are incredibly muscular or have backgrounds as athletic instructors or athletes, less zooming and posing for the photos). I don't think your brand in particular needs to worry about attracting people via the illusion of sex appeal- I genuinely think your product speaks for itself, and I have had many conversations with friends who are aware of your company and have said some of the same things I said about their boost in confidence.
I hope this gets to someone who cares- this company is important to me, and I want someone to read this and understand that what you do and who you are is important, too.

I bought two pair and was very satisfied. Comfortable and fit will. I bought two more and while the pants were made of the same material, the pockets were different. They were not made with the same material as the pants and because of that, they are not as deep and "flexible like the pants themselves. All in all, a very good product. I just am not satisfied with the second two pair and am reluctant to purchase again.

I tried this product based on a promotion offering a reasonable priced outfit for trying them out. I did not read the offer close enough because I got billed a membership fee several weeks later. The first outfit was okay the first time I wore it but after one wash the shirt could not be worn again. The only way you can cancel a membership is by phone and I waited over an hour in total to cancel the membership by phone. They have very long hold times. I called four times before getting a hold of someone. I tried writing the company and they would only cancel by phone. I was very clear I wanted to cancel and they kept trying to get me to order more things. I finally had to be rude to get her to stop talking about other purchase options and just get the membership canceled. They did cancel but would not remove charges for the membership and or the defective merchandise. I would not use this company again.
