Store was clean and well stocked and organized. Employees greeted you with a smile and instructions of how the event will be held. In addition, strongly suggested purchasing items right after. Great to see old customer and new ones at this event!

The product is amazing and honestly as long as you are a member it's very affordable. However my only issue is they never have my size (med/large) in tops. They are always sold out in the sets.

The first item I ever purchased from fabletics a few years ago exceeded my expectation.Since then I joined the membership and have spent thousands of dollars on items that I hoped would have the same fit and quality, but none of it does. Fabletics changes their product too much, I can buy 4 different patterned leggings from the same line and the products don't always have the same stretch, compression and fit based on the material of the fabric and size. I constantly have to size up or down, buy a different color or pattern to find the right fit… and sometimes I never do and just end up returning it all. That is extremely frustrating! I would like to find my right size and fit and be able to order online and know that when it arrives it will consistently have the same fit. Also, yes I have gone in and been fitted by the store workers several times and that still has not helped, so at this point I'm moving over to another fitness clothing line. Also can you bring the optional 9 in biker shorts back everyone doesn't like to wear short biker shorts… they have gotten shorter and shorter every year.
6 in… 5 in… 2in…again inconsistent

I love the shorts and leggings but I wish you'd have more shorts in a bit longer length, like 7 or 8 inches. The 6-inch shorts are a bit short for some of us.

I have been wearing Fabletics for quite some time. The quality has never changed it is high quality and I love the way they fit! I will continue to wearing Fabletics💞

First purchase clothing was worth what I paid. When they charged me the second time everything was so expensive couldn't really buy anything that I needed because it was all so expensive

I canceled my cup membership two times and yet every few months they still take $60+ out of my account. It should be easier to cancel and it should stay cancelled

The delivery person carelessly tossed my package and broke off a cactus I was nurturing. He was recorded on my Ring camera. I was also not happy with the sizing. Items run small and returns so cumbersome I passed them on. The saving grace was the materials feel like quality. I'll never know how they wash and wear.

I'm glad I have decent reading comprehension and awareness. That's all that stopped me from being charged the membership fee. Very dishonest pricing structure.

Shorts and boxers were good quality though 👌

The image used for this hat show a nice formed hap with clean tight lines and a sharp look. However, The hat I received is soft and floppy, and sad. Why is that?

Ramon was super helpful breaking down the menu of the store. He recommended me a pretty good disposable vape pen. Quality is great, customer service is awesome. I enjoyed my first time coming in. Place has good vibes all around. I would go back

I love the uniforms, but they didn't have the right size I needed so I got a size way too big for me! But I can't return them because I have already washed the pants.

I've been wearing Fabletics for almost 10 years. I recently ordered 3 leggings and they are the worst leggings I've ever worn. Medium was way too tight but large is fitted in the thigh but more loose in the waist, making them slide down with every few steps.
I'm a personal trainer so I'm wearing these pants 9+ hours and I can't get through my day without pulling them up constantly.

I love your scrubs but wish you had more color options. Not all colors work for all skin tones. With only one color release per month and being a new customer, I can not get previously released colors (ex. Navy blue) in the style I like, in a size that fits because they are always out of stock.

Somehow charged me 60$ for 2 months? RIDICULOUS! When I tried to cancel tricked me into thinking I was cancelling when in reality I was reinstating

Whether it's just for answering questions or helping to process a return, I've always left the conversation very satisfied with the outcome. Slowest shipping, poor inventory in my size of desired items- always. I'm an XS, and products that are not boring AF are always sold out. The workout shorts lack proper compression & this is compared to all other brands.
Someone in design needs to hear this, LOUDLY. The world has enough plain workout clothes. The cute prints in happy colors? That's motivating, uplifting.
The basic drab colors, ridiculous prints are available literally anywhere. Differentiate & elevate.

I bought the wrong size pants for my husband and went into the store to exchange them for a different size. They have great customer service and easily got the right size.

The colours and style of the sets were wonderful. I would have liked if the black sets were the same shade of black. Nevertheless, I love my fits, very flattering and very comfy.

Shipping is slow, slow, slow on exchanges. They told me my replacement would be shipped immediately after my return shipping label was scanned by the carrier. They even sent me a confirmation email that my exchange was being shipped out. But then they continued to sit on it for another week and a half. Whole process took 2 1/2-3 weeks. They don't practice what they preach. They make you buy these membership credits for $50.00 each every month, then make you spend them on less expensive items.

I've purchased many items from Fabletics. They take forever to ship, which is annoying. I almost forget that I e ordered from them. The quality of the clothing is very good. I real hate their "membership" tactics! I have forgotten so many time to opt out for the month and then I'm charged money and it sits in my account t until I use it. I have finally escaped the account balance and plan on discontinuing my membership because I just don't need anymore athletic clothing!
