I have been ordering from Fabletics for over a year now. I love the style and quality of the clothes. They wear well and hold up really well to regular washing. You can get an entire outfit for the price of one "named brand" piece in other sports retailers. I really like that their designs are different and not the same thing everyone else is wearing. I am a VIP member and at the first of the month I get an email reminder to opt out if I don't want to order. Their VIP instructions to tell you that you will be charged and your account credited for future orders if you don't opt out. I think that some people have just not read the sight / instructions clealy. Some of their items do run small depending on the material, but when that has happened I have had no problems exchanging items for the correct size. I agree that the styles do sell out pretty quickly, but there are always new items coming out that I like just as well. I haven't had any major issues or problems and overall I am very please with the clothes I get from Fabletics and my VIP membership.

Fabletics has just informed members (based off of customer feedback) that they have increased the waistbands sizes between 1/2 " to a 1".

I'm disappointed with fabletics lately because when I go to use my monthly credit, what I want is usually out of stock. Even a simple pair of black leggings is hard to grab

Company does say in terms and conditions that when you sign up they will take £44 from your account each month - THIS IS VERY WELL HIDDEN AND NOT CLEARLY MENTIONED WHEN YOU SIGN UP. No other company I know runs a business model like this and its a truly unacceptable ethic to assume this is a general term or condition to purchasing goods or items from this company.

I LOVE Fabletics leggings and biker shorts. I do have a lot of biker shorts right now since I stocked up in the Summer/Fall of last year, but leggings are what I'm always looking to get more of especially in the cold months. BUT unfortunately, I've been seeing that Fabletics is offering way more 7/8 lengths than regular lengths. And within those regular length leggings, I'm not seeing the option for 'Tall' or there's simply no length option. Please offer more Tall options in regular colors!
Also on the topic of legging styles, I will not buy seamless leggings (where there's no middle seam). It just creates an opportunity to see the outline of your vagina. I get that the marketing around it is 'lose the camel toe' but to be honest, I've never had camel toe problems with seamed leggings. NOW though with how there's no line, the material is so thin and just shows off the lining of everything... Please continue to offer seamed leggings for us that don't buy the seamless.
Quality is pretty solid right now, though I've noticed in some areas you guys have adjusted the no-show or in some cases 'powerhold' lining to only be in the butt area. I've noticed with some biker shorts, the front material is more see-through and you can see the brand of my underwear. Please don't continue to cut corners on the thickness/coverage of your leggings/biker shorts! Fabletics has a high price point even with the VIP membership, so exploring other high-quality legging/biker short brands isn't out of the picture for me if on average I see small changes like these continue!
For now, I hope you guys consider this feedback and I'm happy so far as I have been since 2019. I also don't want to be followed up with reminding me of your return policy, that's not the point of any reviews I give to you guys. Thanks!

Kate Hudson should be ashamed. First of all, I was aware of the monthly charge for VIP. I joined as a VIP to get an outfit for $25; instead I was charged $39. When I emailed customer service they gave me an excuse that did not address the situation or make sense (something about the VIP membership, and waiting 24 hours?!?).
So okay, I thought I'd give them another chance. Bought an outfit and returned it, had to pay a restock fee. Ticked, but OK some companies do that. Ordered another outfit in November and returned it because I did not like the fit/style. I took a store credit because of the restock fee.
However, in order to get my $50 credit, I had to spend at least $100. WHY? It's my money, and I sent back the clothes. They were essentially holding my money for ransom. I could have the money I paid for items I returned, but only if I spend $100 mor?. Ridiculous! If I had known that would happen, I would have went for the return fee.
To make matters worse, I went to the website in February to opt out, and I saw that my credit is gone. Huh?!? Now I'm out 50 bucks.
This was the last straw, so I tried to cancel VIP. Had to call three times and spend an hour of my time before I got to talk to an actual person. The virtual customer service representative "Anna" would not let me, and repeatedly hung up on me when I asked for customer service. When I finally got to talk to a person, I actually had to be rude to get her to stop giving her sales pitch. I would not recommend buying from this vendor!

Opted out for the month, was still charged. The site is hard to navigate on an Iphone. So i wasn't able to see the sceen fully and when i was chattig with a rep... she asked me to "hold on" and 13 min later still had not come back. I asked many times if she was still there. She neve responded. So, i had to go an do it all again. Tried to order joggers and it would not let me order because of an error with my shipping address (eventhough this has worked a few weeks ago when i ordered). So, i was unable to order and now have missed the 60% off promotion. I returned items the end of Dec. And still have not gotten a refund. I asked about it and was told it was "still in transit". I did what i needed and need my money

You are lured in by this "Half price first outfit" deal, and become a VIP, sounds good no? I personally didn't know why I'd been made a VIP but thought as a first time buyer I was simply getting my first outfit free to encourage me to but from their company. I checked my bank account last night and they've taken £44 from me, two months after they've taken money from me for an actual order I placed; I hadn't placed any since. I call in and explain why I'm rather angry about this random sum of money they've taken from me. Turns out if you choose the "half price first outfit" option, they take £44 off you the next month as part of your "VIP membership" as a credit for their store i. E. you can only spend it on their stuff and you can't get your money back even though this was not and is not made clear when you go through the initial process of buying your first outfit. They only inform you in the small print of your first Order confirmation, so watch out for this because they'll take £44 off you and not give it back. That's 10% of my student loan gone for this month. Not impressed at the lack of information supplied about this ridiculously high membership fee when you actually sign up, and they only tell you in small print at the bottom of an order confirmation email? Surely not? But yes, this is how sneaky they are and I wish I didn't have to buy from them again but may as well because they won't give me my money back anyway. They must make millions doing this, sneaky sneaky company.

The quality of items I have purchased from Fabletics is extremely disappointing and misaligned with the pricing. For example, after just one wash, the stitching on both pairs of leggings I have bought in the last 2 months was already coming loose. This is unacceptable for leggings that supposedly retail for >$70. Additionally, the fabric used in socks and tops feels cheap and not breathable.
In addition to poor quality, the sizing of bras is not clear or inclusive and makes it difficult to guage what will fit when shopping online. I went through several disappointing rounds of ordering and sending back bras that did not fit or support my body before deciding that I would not find a bra that would truly fit me from Fabletics.
Finally, the variety and design of clothing, especially in the outfits section of the website, is impractical and binding. I wish there would have been the ability to select desired items for an outfit from a repository of options rather than having to choose pre-selected pairings. This is especially important when you don't have proper sizing available for all products: in my case, my inability to find properly sized bras made many of the outfit options unacceptable for me.

My items were misdelivered. Customer service was no help. These were Christmas presents for my sisters and they never received them. Dealing with fabletics is a nightmare.

They charge you for membership when you dont choose it. And the clothes are not that great, too thick materials.
Dont buy here! Very disappointed that Kate Hudson doesnt have better quality control.

I just want to start by saying I would give this a zero if that was an option. Also excuse my language. I ordered only one item. But little was I informed it signed me up for a "VIP membership" which is total bull$#*!. This so called memebership is the biggest scam I have ever seen. I got an unexpected charge on my account for FIFTY $#*!ING DOLLARS and what do I get? NOTHING! In order to cancel this membership you have to CALL which is the most inconvenient thing. You can't delete your account, remove a card or any information set up on your account. And when I called to cancel this stupid $#*!ing membership scam, the foreign chick on the end of the line, that barely spoke any English, said that they "sent an email that gave you the option to skip the charge for the month" AND GUESS WHAT EMAIL WAS NEVER SENT TO ME! I know I never saw one and I double checked AND IT NEVER CAME! So now I'm out $50. NEVER used this website.
