I have ordered several pair of shorts for my boys to work out in! Super easy to order from the app and delivered within 1 1/2 weeks to my front door.

I loved my purchase, but I ordered a size too big. So I did an exchange. It has been 11 business days and I have still not heard back from Fabletics!

Ive never been so disappointed. I was online shopping on cyber Monday. I saw that they were advertising 75% off ANYTHING, this sale was posted everywhere. Come to find out it was 75% off one item only, had to call to find that one out. The lady I spoke with was very short. But its whatever, I continued with my purchase and took advantage of the 2 /$24 leggings. I then made any other purchase with 50% off that I had. In total, purchasing 5 items. Great deal still, I thought. A few days later, I received an email saying my order was going to be late(fair enough, its cyber Monday and Im in no rush.) The very next day, I receive an email saying they had to cancel 2 of my purchases without saying why. I called them again, they said they ran out of this item. I explained to them that I am on the website now, and they still claim to have them. She tried to help by giving me similar items for the same price, waited on the phone for about 15-20 minutes only to find out every option she had given me were also sold out. At this point, Im kind of irritated. Ive given them the benefit of the doubt knowing its holiday season. But at the same time, at least when Im on the phone with you, you should know your inventory. I receive a 60% off coupon for the inconvenience; I appreciated that. This morning I was looking around online seeing what items I could use this coupon for. I then see you receive a free bag with an $89 purchase. I pick the bag and go to my shopping cart. I then see they are trying to secretly? Charge me roughly $30 for this bag when its still claiming to be free. My total jumped $30 when I added the bag. Thats when I decided Im no longer shopping through fabletics anymore.

So I have to pay $50 per month for one item or two items that FABLETICS CHOOSES? I should at least get to choose what I want. Also the items are not worth $50 each. Sorry.

Have reach out multiple times by email to only get the same response. Looks to just be automated? Product is amazing! Just never and stock!

Unfortunately, the styles are not like they used to be and I have purchased less frequently over the years. I will likely cancel my membership.

Go up 2 sizes for true fitting sizes. I feel like my jew are going to hang out when i wear the 7 in shorts.

The product quality is excellent and the specials run all the time so it's very easy to find something you love at a great price.

The only leggings I wear now. I refuse to buy anything other than fabletics! Not only are they durable but they're so cute as well

I have been a customer for many years and have never been disappointed with any of my purchases. Just wish all the leggings had pockets.

The clothes were of very poor quality and ill fitting. It was even really difficult to cancel the membership, the process should be much easier.

The ladies at Old Orchard are fantastic! They understood me, found everything I needed (and more) and helped me shop for all of my people.

I love my shorts will be buying more soon. The material is easy the tights on the inside fit like a glove and are perfect.

Fabletics always gets my order to me quickly and I can easily skip my month. Price is very reasonable when you compare to other companies.

I received my clothes faster than expected. Plus, I saved nearly $300 on my order! Every item is top quality and I've already worn them!

I have no complaints about my purchase from Fabletics. I even had to return a portion (sizing issues), and it was fast, easy, and worry-free.

You never had the items I wanted. Slim pickings for things I actually liked and when I did they were sold out. Waste of money

Leggings is all I wear, I love the material of them, very durable.

Do not even try to purchase here... they will "Cancel" your account and not send anything and when you call customer service they don't help at all.

I innocently purchased a pair of leggings and a sport top when I saw an advert on Facebook. Little did I know that you sign up to a monthly subscription and they take £44 a month out of your account and trust me it is not easy to cancel. It is not a direct debit so you cant go in to your online banking and just cancel it. I tried to call them several times in one day and could not get through. I managed to get someone on live chat ( after 3 attempts) and they were not helpful at all. I have basically given Fabletics £88 of my money. I was told the only way to redeem my money is to purchase something so now I feel like I have to buy something. I told the customer service adviser that I do not want to order anything and she just said that you ticked the box saying I had read the terms and conditions so there is nothing more they can do. I now feel very nervous ordering from here but I feel I have too otherwise I have completely wasted £88. I a worried in case it automatically sets me up with another account again. I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN. IT IS EXPENSIVE AND LETS FACE IT MOST OF THE OUTFITS ARE RIDICULOUS IF YOU ARE TRAINING AT THE GYM. I NEED A SUPPORTED SPORTS BRA NOT SOMETHING YOU WOULD WEAR ON A NIGHT OUT DOWN THE PUB. I am not one to complain but this company should change their ways or be shut down! I will be taking this further.

I received my first order from this company it promised quality clothing. Upon receiving the items, I even paid rush shipping because I was so excited, I found the material to be very very low quality, on top of that I purchased a bathing suit that look like it was sewn together by a child. In my package it have a letter to show how to return products I went online to return and find out that my bathing suit will not be able to be returned not even for store credit I must either exchange it for another size or another color I'm sorry but if I don't like the bathing suit I'm probably not going to need a different size or a different color. I tried reaching customer service with no avail then I did the chat line and once again was told I cannot exchange the bathing suit for even store credit I am willing to pay the restock fee just to get my money back. I just received all of this yesterday I am very very disappointed I can tell you one thing these are not quality items I don't even know how they get away with it they even delete all the bad reviews and leave all the good ones so I was misled. The good reviews outweigh the bad and I know why now I tried leaving a review on their Facebook page when I went back and I had seen other bad reviews all of the reviews were removed except the good ones I used to love Kate Hudson but seeing that she can run a business and not even care what we feel like buying her products and to go as far the company deleting all the bad reviews either leave them all on there (good or bad) or delete none! BUYER BEWARE. VERY POOR QUALITY ITEMS
