Signed up for VIP to get the 2 for $24 deal. A month or so later, $54.95 gets charged to my account out of nowhere. I learned that you get charged to be a VIP. They put this in small print and when you get charged for it they just blame it on you for not having read the fine print. Watch out for this - if you don't want to be charged, cancel your VIP membership immediately after purchase. You can't get a refund either, only a credit to buy something on their site.
Aside from this, their shorts are exceptional. Very comfortable and exactly as advertised.

Fabletics is a great company with really affordable merchandise! On your first order you get an entire workout outfit for just $25 if you sign up for their VIP membership. All of the terms and conditions are clearly stated when you sign up. Don't be surprised by the $49.95 monthly fee, before you make your purchase they explain what the VIP membership means. Most reviews here rant about the monthly fee. Not Fabletics fault! The only reason they are angry about the fee is because they were dumb enough to sign up for something without taking the time to read what it is they are signing up for. Not Fabletics fault! I made a purchase and then decided to cancel my VIP membership because I knew I would forget to skip and month and didn't want to pay and customer service was great! It took less than two minutes on the phone and my membership was cancelled! The customer service agent was very pleasant and understanding and didn't badger me to keep my membership. I would recommend Fabletics!

I love the ease of the membership. You can pause it and continue it at will as your wardrobe needs change throughout the seasons. I've had people on several occasions get super close and feel the fabric because they love the texture so much.

Fabletics was unable to deliver my order to my address on two consecutive occasions, their customer service team then began to blame me saying that I did in fact receive the order. A lot of $ wasted for their inability to do their job.

Purchased items using the sizing chart and my actual measurements. One item is at least 2 sizes too small while the other is several sizes too big. Rather than hassle with return, I gave away the items. Cute items but doubt I'll order again.

I like some of the leggings I have purchased for their softness and fit. I have learned to read carefully before ordering. Sometimes the monthly notice is an unwanted extra step as it needs to be handled on a computer and not a phone.

I live in Canada and had made 2 different purchases from them and each time they went in to my account days after paying and re-imbursed funds then took out again at a higher exchange rate. Travis in customer service was a joke and didn't have a clue! Even told me to like on Facebook! If you are ordering from Canada I suggest you find another place to buy workout attire.

I bought a outfit and did not realize once you pay for the "discounted" clothing that they sign you up for their "VIP" membership where they charge you $49.99 a month without evening sending a outfit every month you just get credits! On top of that the pants I got with my order were see-through and the top was also cheaply made. This is a scam! I had an okay experience with customer service, they said they will credit my account and cancel my "VIP" Membership but only after asking me 3X if I wanted to downgrade or just try "skipping" months. So lame!

If you decide to order something try to stay clear of their bogus monthly membership!

Price to quality is spot on for the initial trial and order, however availability of sizes and variety in size L Is terrible. I'm resigned to black or navy and never have the opportunity to purchase "designer" styles. $50/month it's steep for a pair of athletic shorts.

Pleases no one should shop with the company. They should be stopped because immediately you make a purchase they store your card and take £44 out of your account without any warning! The customer service team will say any rubbish to keep the money even if you are saying to them clearly I don't want to make another purchase. The biggest FRUDE I have ever seen operation on line. I asked for my money back after and hours long chat of please can I have my £44 back. They put the £44 back and took it out again thesame day. I now need to ring up again for another long chat of them telling me, am a VIP member. Gosh, is insulting because giving is a name (VIP member)-does not take away the clear fact we are all dealing with modern day Internet theft.

Nothing is worse than this site. You press the wrong button and BAM up to a random $50 charge onto my card. Not only did they charge my account with a pair of pants that I did not even order. Now I have to wait for said random pants to come to my house, for me to ship them back just to get a refund. Which will take probably three weeks. Your VIP membership charges won't even work if the leggings or whatever you are buying aren't $49.99. Literally this site and customer service is the biggest nightmare, not even worth the 2 leggings for $24.

While I think the leggings are good quality, the value for the subscription price just isn't there. Finding an outfit I actually want is difficult and generally when I do find one it is sold out before I can get it. I have not had good experiences with their jogging bras, they seem fine at first but become so uncomfortable throughout the day. The icing on top is the tax they charge when you finally get to use your membership points. In my opinion tax should be included when you are charged for the membership, not an added cost when you use it.
Overall just a lackluster experience.

I have never had a single order not have something missing. Every. Single. Time. There is something missing from my order. Horrible business model. Horrible customer service. So unreliable. And it takes weeks for your merchandise to show up. Save yourself the frustration and don't sign up.

I love the styles available. Just wish there were more bra options for bigger chest woman ie sizes above a d cup. I wear a 36h and most of the time I have to get an xl to fit but then the straps are too big and it still only barley fits

The ladies at the store were extremely helpful. This alone will save the review from only one star.
The clothes on the other hand are the problem. The men's short waist band is horribly made. Also the men's shirt material felt cheap for how much I paid.

The experience turned frustrating over time. It was great when it first started, but recently everything is constantly sold out. I'd even go in to buy things the first of the month and my sizes were never available. That and prices really skyrocketed. The "high quality for low price" gimmick was lost

I love Fabletics. I have several pairs of leggings and sports bars that I wear every day to workout in and I'm still using the first pair I bought 2-3 years ago. So, the quality is great along with all the different options of colors and patterns.

Autopay credits are the worst. Those tokens are useless and take a way value vs buying in cash. I already don't like being forced to remember to skip each month. You sell shorts, not groceries. Who needs a new pair of shorts every month?
Will cancel after the holidays and maybe Re-join again later when I need more shorts.

I have a VIP membership, therefore we are given the perks to make a purchase before anyone else. However, the leggings that I genuinely like are always out of stock. I've been keeping track of how long it takes the company to restock. I've been noticing they haven't been restocked the high-waisted leggings for months now. It's really discouraging every single time I look for them and can't find them, since they're always unavailable. I genuinely hope Fabletics' corporation can do something about this and resolve this inconvenience.

One of the pieces that I ordered ripped within the first time wear, but their return policy is that all the tags have to be on. I buy fabletics for quality, and when a piece does not hold up for even one wear I am very disappointed.
