Products that I actually wanted were never in stock and what remained subpar And stuff I never would buy. Because of this, to redeem the points- I ended up with a lot of merchandise I really don't like. So experience felt like a waste. Also general quality looks like your standard low quality China manufacturing. Color choices awful. Fabric and details very China / low budget. Could have done better going to Amazon

After three weeks of being led on about the shipment of my order, I canceled it because it is not worth dealing with customer service over and over again. I will never shop online for fabletics again. Stay far away from this company!

Even as a VIP member was just hard to ever use my credits for something I actually wanted. It was always out of stock. I'm not trying to pay monthly for something that when it comes time to use is a frustrating experience where I can't find what I want. I don't want to have to check the website every day or hunt around, that's not what I'm paying for.

We spend $50 a mo th on a membership and so far all we have access to is the colors black and blue in everything. This is not worth the $200 we have spent so far. You can buy Nike or Adidas for cheaper. If I don't log on using my membership with my "rewards" I have access to every color. They are crooks, don't waist your money.

I had to return an item that appeared to be mis-manufactured. It's a product I already have and just re-ordered another pair of Takeover pants. I had to initiate an exchange because it came much smaller fitting than my first pair. Got the return processed on phone without much problem. But, that was on 12/28/22. I'm only now "potentially" getting the exchange on 1/23/23. I way potentially because on 1/17/23 it was supposed to arrive 1/18/23. That's after they sent me an email saying my order was finally on the way 1/10/23. I buy lots of high quality sports clothing from internet retailers and nobody is as slow processing an order and shipping it to you. Many firms have the order out the door in 48hrs and ship with delivery in 3-5 days. They use a Pitney Bowes shipping service and it is worse than awful.

Horrible customer service — a "help" link that never loads, a returns link that never loads, a help chat that never answers and if you email basically they will tell you too bad for you, they only deal with returns and service issues via phone. One note, it must be terrible for their CS people who respond to emails because they don't have the power to do anything. Yes, they are cheap but it is not worth savings for items that don't fit consistently, have dyes that bleed even after repeat washings and awful customer service.

I am mostly satisfied, the past membership rules were a bit confusing and seem a little like legal mumbo jumbo so you can be charged more frequently. Overall the quality of the products has been very good and I have been happy with everything I have ordered with the exception that the sweatpants in XL are a little short. Moving up a size makes them too baggy but they are about 1 inch too short for my 5'10" frame.

I called to express concern about the product quality of a pair of sweatpants that I purchased only 6 months ago. I spoke to both a customer service agents AND a manager and both were incredibly rude, extremely unhelpful, and so disrespectful. I had never been treated that way in my entire life. After a 15 minute argument and me threatening to cancel my membership, she gave me 20% off one article of clothing which was not even worth it for the total disrespect I was treated with, even though I am an extremely loyal customer.

This company takes £44 out of your account on a different day every month if you sign up for the discounted items. They don't make it clear, they then don't send you reminders so this can go on for months. Yes I didn't read the fine print because I never expected anything so slimy and unexpected which is what they are counting on. The customer service person in the Phillippines straight up hung up on me when I called.

Fabletics wants you to pay for this membership or pay a crazy price for clothing. Either way you're spending all this money and the shipping takes forever! I mean I'm not expecting 2 day prime shipping however I shouldn't be waiting 10-14 business days for some products.

I have been buying their products for years. Great quality at a competitive price. Now my two teenage daughters and my husband are fans of the brand! I even bought matching Christmas onesies for the whole fam this year and we loved them. Definitely a satisfied customer.

Ordered 2 pairs of shorts, tshirt. Shorts were a size too small from what I ordered. Requested exchanges for both to size up, was denied on one pair that was still in the package. Second pair took 2 weeks to be delivered after multiple "out for delivery" emails. Tried reaching customer support and was sent to automated messaging each time and no one every followed up. Do not recommend.

I can't really complain about the automatic charges, although that is annoying, because I did sign up for that. But, when I finally went to use the money that they usurped from my account, I placed an order and it's a week later and the order still hasn't even shipped. Annoyed that I've waited a full week for my order to still be sitting at their damn store, and even once it ships I can't expect the order for another 7-10 days. I'm cancelling my membership so they can stop taking my money and giving me horrible service.

The leggings are tight, but I can't move up a sign,e or they'll fall down. The sports bras are cute but don't support well, and the cup lining had to be removed as they don't fit the space well and look strange while wearing. I'll wear these bras while lounging as any movement would not be supported.

I purchased a pair of shorts worth one member credit. When the shorts arrived the price tag read 49.95, but my monthly membership fee is close to $60.00. Then at checkout I had to pay an additional $5.00 for taxes. It would have cost me less money had I purchased them in the store. Additionally, the two pairs of leggings I recieved when I signed up began fraying after just a couple of washes.

I actually cancelled twice (2017 and 2019) and then all of a sudden I was billed for three months straight post cancellation this summer. I was told that I re-joined the VIP program but I did not. I believe it was the foreign customer service agents who automatically put me back in without my permission. So very frustrating! DO NOT JOIN. Lots of options for leggings out there and until Kate Hudson fixes the billing/VIP issues lots of yogis will be frustrated. A shame too because her power leggings are my fave and last forever!

My boyfriend bought me a xmas present from you it was lovely. Then a month later £40 had gone out of his bank account and into his members profile on your website, a membership he had no idea he had agreed too! When he asked for a refund he was told that wouldnt happen and he would have to spend the money then close his account. This whole experience has soured our view of fabletics and after forking out £52 on another outfit we are infuriated and disgusted with the treatment from your company, I now cannot wear my gym clothes without thinking about this scenario and how angry it has made us. This whole situation has left us out of pocket as we are both students and the membership fee is what we live on for a week. I would just like you to know how serious this incident is. I won't be recommending you to any of my friends to prevent them from having the same experience we have had.

I got an email to buy a toddler outfit for $5 and I could cancel anytime! Well I called to cancel, yet 2 months later my card got charged... oh and not on the day it was suppose to come out. It's like they just went thru accounts to see what cards will go thru and of course mine did and that messed up my other payment that didn't get paid. Contact them and I get a response that they can cancel my membership but I will have to pay a $14.99 cancellation fee! First off no and no! How is it fair for a company to charge this much, yet keep $20 of it? I understand companies need profit but wow here just take my hard working money. This should be illegal! IDK how this business is still in business! I already filed a complaint and I will not recommend Fabkids.com to anyone!

This is the absolute worse site I've ever ordered off of. It is a giant scam, I made an account a while ago to buy a pair of leggings (which are not good quality), once you've made an account there is no easy way to cancel, and there is no way to remove your credit card information once put in. They charged me $65 without warning, with no way to get it back.

As always, I was thrilled with my most recent purchase. Fabletics has become my weakness! The quality is amazing--I am still wearing the first leggings I purchased--more than 2 years ago! Here in Wisconsin, I wear leggings and long sleeve tops every single day from October through April--sometimes longer. These products hold up. Love the company. Love the products.

I actually wanted to send this sooner. I have 3 pairs of leggings where the seam is unraveling. I have photos. I spent so much money and did NOT wear during covid. Hand wash and hang dry. My seamstress doesn't know how to fix them. Can someone get back to me or help me?

I've been a paying customer for at least a year now and I love fabletics. The website could use some work- especially with offering more ways to filter searches. My leggings have all been thick and amazing. They rival the brands I pay much more for. Every item has been tts and held up well. Never see thru and I love that I can skip each month if I don't want to spend anything. Shipping has been quick and customer service is okay!

I love everything I get from fabletics. The quality is amazing, and they hold up well. I pretty much wear it everyday, so I would know. Makes for great stay-at-home mom uniform haha. I'm 5'3" and curvy. The 7/8 are the best for me unless they offer "short". I need to size down one for the seamless pants as well. Once you learn some of the size variations because of difference in materials then this is literally the best brand, in my opinion.
