I became a member years ago, and it was wonderful when your monthly charge covered your purchase. Completely transparent and easy, dollar per dollar, you saw exactly what you were spending. After the monthly charge converted to member credits, that became confusing and dishonest. The company found a way to steal (I felt robbed). By hiding the dollar amount in the form of credits, you end up purchasing socks (worth $5-6) with 1 member credit (worth $55). So therefore I'm canceling my membership.

Once received, discovered the pants were too small, so I followed the exchange policy, supposedly very easy. I finally had to call because I received an email on "how to" exchange but never received the actual return shipping label. Once I called and received that, I packaged up and returned that same day. Almost a month later and I finally online chat to find out what is going on and they cancelled my order. Will refund me $19...? This will not cover the cost to exchange... I have to end up paying more for the same pants that come with the "free" $25 outfit. I decide to call in to talk to someone, and they put me on hold for 8 minutes then the phone disconnects... really. VIP service, what a joke. I am extremely bummed because I love Kate Hudson and figured this would be a top notch company plus the clothes look really cute. I would have been a repeat customer. Now I have to try calling back in to cancel service... wonder what will happen this time.

When first ordering from fabletics I ordered the 2/24 and only one pair arrived. I had to call and ask where the second pair was. Customer service was really helpful and let me know that after I placed my order, that the color had gone out of stock. A little annoyed because I had not received any information about this matter before I reached out to them. They gladly sent out another pair of another color that day. The style and fit is great, but they do tend to fall when I do squats and stuff like that. One of my leggings has string unraveling in more than one area. I have not reported this yet (just noticed it yesterday) but will be soon.

Unless you have endless money and endless need for workout clothes, you should NOT get involved with this company. They are THE greediest company I have ever dealt with. I never write reviews but if I can help one person stay away from the aggravation of being ripped off every month by this company, I will be glad I wrote this. Trying to cancel a membership is a revolving door you will surely regret you ever entered! They have no ethics at all!

I purchased 4 pairs of shorts during one of their discount periods. One of the four came in a large when I ordered a medium. I brought it to a physical store and the store associates refused to let me exchange it for the proper size and said if i want the size i ordered i would have to pay the difference between the discounted price and the original price which would be an additional $20+. They said my only options were that, keeping the shorts, or returning them. Refused to honor what I purchased.

I am sorry to hear of everyone else's disappointments like mine. Feeling extremely ripped off and scammed. I do believe Fabletics will have to hire more troubleshooting agents. We are all getting the same reply message. When I called my credit card to say that I thought I was mistakenly being charged they, to my surprise, knew exactly which company before I even mentioned the name. That serves as a severe red flag when the bank says,'Is it the Fabletics?" I will definitely be telling everyone I know and have my two teenage daughters do the same. They were the ones I was buying these items for. To top it all off the fabletics yoga pants got a hole the first week.

I ordered two different pairs of leggings as part of a special sign up offer. They came in a timely manner, but one pair was exactly the size and type of material I would expect. The other pair looked like they were made for a child (they were supposed to be a size large) and were made of a terribly rough material. My entire family laughed when I showed them my size large leggings as it was so ridiculous. I was able to cancel my subscription, but I still paid for both of those leggings. I really love the first pair, but quality control is clearly an issue for this company and I won't be a customer again.

I'm only giving a star because it won't let me leave a review without one.
I waited 6 weeks for my leggings to be delivered for them to tell me it had gone out of stock! It is the MOST unorganised unhelpful overpriced $#*! I've ever witness. 2star leggings with 0 star customer service and business practice and they have the audacity to charge people that amount of money. It's actually laughable.
I've requested my refund in the end but that will probably take another month to go into my account.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Oh and the good reviews are people being paid or given deals to do so. I have a friend who was asked to do this. Don't fall for this SCAM of a company.

I couldn't be more unimpressed with these products. I was looking for an alternative to Lululemon, and after receiving a bundle of Fabletics products, Lululemon prices are justified. Fabletics material and legging designs are completely inferior. I will never purchase again.

I have been a vip elite member for years. But lately I have been disappointed that the adds out on IG of things the no longer selling. And the new outfits are not as good a quality use to be. But what took the cake was the last time I went to the store. When the manger is there she is helpful and kind. Honestly never new she was the one in charge until recently. But she was always helpful.
But this last time she was not there the two girls where cold and rude. And when someone would ask for help it look as if it was an inconvenience for them. So I was not happy. Honestly I only still have my membership bc of the kindness I would get but now I don't think I want to keep it if that's my shopping experience. I always give it a chance but this is the second time my experience has been like this in a role with the manger is not there. She should not have to be there for that kindness and helpfulness to come out.

The Powerhold style leggings are my favorite. I haven't come across any others on this site that I like. That's where the poor customer service comes in. Using credits and making exchanges are always difficult by phone. I've been hung up on several times with no service rendered. When trying to cancel the membership, I was put on hold and hung up on by 4 different operators, like that's just their procedure.

Horrible. I saw an ad for a sale when buying 2 pants. I bought them then noticed fabletics withdrawing almost $50 dollars 2 months in a row. I canceled my PayPal account to guarantee no further money would be taken. I would of never agreed to pay almost $50 a month for absolutely nothing. It's a scam. As a hard working mother of 5 kids I felt robbed of a lot of money I needed to put food on the table. Please review my account and refund the almost $100 u withdrew for unknown reasons.

Love the product! Customer service awful!
I took advantage of the promotional offer of 2 for $25. I had the option to cancel with no penalties.
They only sent one pair of leggings and the supervisor named Kaye refused to make it right. She had me on the phone for an hour. I was cut off once and had to start the whole process over.
I did cancel VIP because I don't need monthly shipments. I will order as needed. I am still entitled to the one time promotional offer. Only half the order was sent. Seems like as easy fix! Send me my black size medium powerhold leggings! Shame on you Kaye!

I attempted to cancel my subscription via their online chat as promised over a week in advance. My card still got charged and when I called to request a refund given the fact that I wasn't supposed to be charged in the first place, they would NOT give me one. So now I am out $30 as a college student for a product that I ended up determining wasn't worth the money. I am absolutely beside myself with the horrible customer service and average (at best) product.

I recently had an experience where my order was delivered to the incorrect address. After contacting the freight company, and waiting the requested 24 hours, fabletics was able to resend me the order. They were very accommodating. Additionally I feel the quality of the product, and volume of products have greatly increased over the past year, making Fabletics my go to workout outfitter. As a professional with a fully remote job, I can say, I absolutely love Fabletics and wear their products nearly every day!

The Fabletics experience lacks flexibility within the current return process. We should be able to make edits to the order before it has shipped. That's standard across other platforms and is sorely missing here. We shouldn't have to create more carbon emissions sending unwanted items here and back unnecessarily.

I bought my wife leggings from fabletics as it was a 2 for 24 each deal, what i did not realize is that this deal made you become a VIP member and according to them i was being sent emails stating i needed to select my purchases, i did not receive these emails and was charged 49.95 several months in a row before i caught the charge. Once i caught the charge they gave me the run around saying that the money was converted to a member credit on their website. It took far to many times of me insisting that i did not want to purchase thier product before that finally agreed to refund my money but not before offering me store credit to keep my vip active this is a scam do not use this site

I always wore black and gray clothing cuz I was pretty big, almost 400lbs. I have lost 110lbs in the last year and came across a Fabletics add on tiktok. I gave it a shot. Styles and sizes we plentiful and I now have some color in my wardrobe. I love it. They only thing I don't buy is the golf shirts, sorry Fabletics, because my son in law works at Sunday swagger apparel.

Loving the way the high waisted compression fits my pear shape and makes me look slimmer. When working out, the pants stay put. No constant pulling up or tugging on the waist during my workout. Would recommend.

Let me start by saying I love Fabletics clothing. Their shorts are the only shorts I own that stay in place on my thighs. However, I'm over the "skip the month" policy. I understand it's a perk for VIPs, but it's off-putting. When attempting to skip your month, there are multiple confirmations, and it even requires that you scroll down to reconfirm. The wording is also sketchy, referring to the $50 taken from our account as a "reward". Like I said, I love the clothes but I suggest the company speak with a marketing psychologist. Your approach compromises the integrity of the company.
For the record I always skip my months except when I intend to buy something. This isn't a review based on a debit card overdraft. Love the clothes. Dislike the concept.

I only use fabletics to workout it but unfortunately the line has gone more toward relaxed clothes then working out. Also, the influencer outfits are not realistic. Need more powerhold workout outfits. Quality is still great though

I love Fabletics products so I deal with the website, but the functionality is incredibly slow and I often find the items I save/add to my cart do not make it to where they are intended to be. My internet connection is strong and I have no issues on other sites. This is especially the case during sales, when I have to close out of the site multiple times and re-load to be able to access what I'd like to buy.
