I saw the commercials thought this would be the best site to find plus size leggings even though the price was very high and the "membership". I wore them for physical therapy they were high waisted didn't stay up and I thought too expensive to keep the rest of my order so I sent it back. I didn't like the quality

First I did my membership because I wanna buy a legging. The site shows me that I could buy 2 for $24. So I tried to buy it and in the end, I only received 1. I got upset and thought never to buy there again. And now discovered that they charged me $49 for the membership. I never authorized that. I got to cancel this stupid membership by call. But I never get to talk to a live agent neither by chat or phone. It's the worse company I ever tried to buy things.
I really do not recommend. Will only get you headache

The UI of the website is clean and easy to navigate. Filtering options is easy to find exactly what I need, and I LOVE how the reviews can be filtered by size... brilliant! Beginning to end, Fabletics has the order, and even the return, processes down to a science.

I ordered a pair of pants and 2 pairs of everyday shorts and the materials are great but the leg size is weird. The pants were like wearing a parachute on my legs. I am looking for more fitted leg and stretchy waist pants. Solid sale but looking for something else.

I tried and was disappointed in the quality of the sports bras, however, I am a runner and used to sturdier garments. Even though I am small chested and would only use for yoga, I still think the quality could be better. One of the long sleeve tops I ordered was as thin as a kleenex. Also, when I tried to reach Customer Service, I was on hold for over 21 minutes. I cancelled my membership. The only favorable part was the design, it just wasn't carried over into the quality.

I like the leggings. The bra I got doesn't have any support but maybe I just chose the wrong style. Every time I see an add, the clothing advertised is never available. I'm still a VIP member but I find myself skipping every month because what I want is never available.

Used a third party shipper to get to post office and my package did a tour of America to never get to me and had to get another order sent out. Then silently was signed up for a subscription because I placed a order. No where did it ever say if you create an account you'll be signed up for a monthly subscription that does nothing.

I still love the leggings but that is about it. The rest of the styles is not flattering or stylish. The membership fees along with the new taxes has made it out of budget for my taste. I ended up paying total $68 for one pair of leggings for the month.

I absolutely love my Fabletics. I have spent well over $500 in the past year on their items and I havent had any issues at all. No holes, no tears and the price is right! I love shopping the sales too! I have used other companies (no names) and their prices are double Fabletics price and the quality is not worth it. Fabletics every time. Was told my item would be held for 7 days, for my returning item to make it back. Took over a month to get back, never got my item that was on hold. Wish it had been sent out once they were notified my package was in transit to be returned.

When skipping the month for fabletics. You can only do it on the 5th of the month. Which I always forget to do on the 5th but before that I can remember. I am probably going to step down from being a VIP member because I cannot afford money coming out of my visa every month.

Fabletics online used to be great; easy website, great customer service. The site never works properly anymore and I just got the app, but that's not working right all the time either. I have to call just to skip the month 2 months in a row. When I called for Feb, the call got dropped and the lady never called me back. After waiting over 30 min to get someone to talk about the issue... I shouldn't have to call back if a line drops.

I really don't like how the member credits are structured. Why can't I apply a credit to an item and then pay the difference? On the other hand why would a use a credit worth $50 to buy something listed at a lower value. I also found the app to be buggy, and slow. It wouldn't let me buy a velour set just like wouldn't add the product to my cart.

Only noticed after 4 months that fabletics have been taking £44.00 a month off my account, they trick you when you do an online purchase in that in order to get the discount you have to become a VIP member but this is not obvious. Then they take money off your account every month and you have to buy there clothing and they will not credit you. What an absolute SCAM, I will never buy from them again and I hope that everybody doesn't, what a SCAM!

I ordered some leggings from fabletics and received them, they did not fit so i set up to return them, the next day, i noticed a charge of $49.95 on my credit card, they were charging me for a membership, that i never signed up for? I just think that is a crazy thing that they can charge my acct from just making a one time purchase... I wont shop there again.

The overall quality of their clothing is phenomenal, but their website and memberships are the problem. The vip membership is great, but when I tried to cancel it, it claimed I had, but I was later charged for it that month. The website makes the problem worse because navigating it is like trying to navigate a mine field. One wrong click and your down 50 dollars. And one top of that trying to return things is a pain because when exchanging they don't give any options.

You have one year to use a credit. Mine expired yesterday and I contacted right away hoping they could extend it for this weekend. They said no. I paid for that credit. You would think they could be a little flexible. It feels like money was just stolen. I will be canceling my account.

In the years I have seen a big different in sizing. Seem like every time I order the sizing was off, then is changed to 2 different sizing. L(8-10) L(12-14). I'm confused were I stand. I have many sets that are brand new and just doesn't fit right. Its too bad! Its ether too big or too small. Disappointing for sure. Shoes I couldn't even get them on my feet. Just made very different. Were my foot goes in I cant even get them on. I'M NOT WASTING MY MONEY NO MORE!
