I really do not understand why people are complaining about the policy that is clearly explained on the website. Your complaints are "user error" just because you choose not to read the policy makes you wrong not the company. The clothes were OK, the outfits cute, if you do not like to go to the store this is a decent option.

Quality of the order and the clothes is nice. Apparently you guys seem to have a problem with getting your sizing correct? However because to all three of my pants came marked the same size although I believe two of them are a size smaller than I ordered and then the one that was my favorite, which was the gray pants came really big, and when I sent them back, they came in a smaller size, but still much bigger than the other two slacks, and yet they are all marked the same size Quality control as far as your sizing is a problem, especially for someone who hast to order the towels and you guys don't have them in the store or we can try them on you just have the regular size. Having a few even just a handful of each size and color, and the towels in a store would benefit those of us that don't fit in the shorter size. Then I would be more likely to purchase them because I would know they would fit, and I wouldn't have to deal with battling back-and-forth with return and exchange.

Good stuff, great prices always return for more. They keep adding new stuff!

Fun styles and won't break the bank. Leggings and shorts are very comfortable.

The clothes I ordered from Fabletics and kept are great. I would buy the shorts I got again. However, my main frustration w was with the lined Franchise Short. I had previously bought a pair in April that I really liked. I tried to buy the same pair in a different color, and the shorts themselves are different, not just the color. I didn't get any help from the customer service team member I spoke to and was very frustrated overall trying to explain the situation. I didn't get any resolution. I kept the different shorts because they are still good, but not exactly what I wanted.

Tricks you in to a subscription with out any up front Approval from you. Can't order anything with out them dipping in your bank account monthly just to say You have a subscription I didn't agree to anything like that. Its a shame a hustle out to rip people off over priced lies.

I have been disappointed with my membership so far. The first month I tried to skip since I had just received 100+ in merchandise. I was not able to because the skip function was not live. So then I have tried to order to use my credits and every item I look my size is not available. I will try again this month and hopefully will fair better. I also am not happy with the "Fabletics" logo that is on the calf of the leggings. I have had numerous people stop me to tell me that I have something on my pants. This all is a bit disappointing since overall the items have been good quality.

I love the quality and feel of the leggings. I do wish there was an option to get all the styles in a tall length. I will never be able to own some of the cutest lounge pants or joggers because of the length.

I find that many of their products are see thru and their sizing isn't consistent.

Fabletics is a company I'm just plain sick of. I subscribed back in late 2021 thinking that 2 for $24 was a great deal for sports shorts. Realized quickly their bull$#*! $60 a month subscription and cancelled just a few months into 2022. The few shorts I did buy were cheap material and honestly worth about $12 each. It was several months after cancelling that I realized I was still being charged on my lesser used credit card. I had a call with the company (Fabletics) and got my money back as well as cancelling again I guess. Fast forward several months later to 2023, and wouldn't you know, I'm STILL being charged for Fabletics! Another dispute with Discover (in which I plan to cancel too) and I guess I'm officially unsubscribed from this $#*! company. Be aware of this, and be aware that there are so many better companies out there. Cheers.

I didn't know that i renewed my membership and only realised it 9 months later

I have been trying for over six months to get fabletics to STOP automatically taking money out of my bank account. The only time a membership can be cancelled is between the 1st -3rd of each month and every time they find a way to continue taking money from me. I bought ONE pair of shorts from them in 2020 and I'm still paying for that mistake today.

I understand the business concept of electing to buy or opting out each month, however I don't see a lot of pieces clothes that I like for an affordable price. I purchase a handful of pieces per year, maybe less. The quality of thieir clothes is great! I have no issues with the shipping process, either.

Order # *******416 I returned for an exchange (size L). They sent me size medium again. I cannot access the incorrect return order to exchange or return now. Would like to receive the items in a large and return the mediums to you.

In case anyone was wondering -- Fabletics is a subscription/member-based service. That being said, they really minimize the fact that they will charge you $49 a month if you do not make a purchase every single month. I happened to be home visiting my mother in the US and thought hmm, maybe I will try these out. I NEVER received any e-mail stating that I was signing up for a subscription nor did it advertise that when I was making the purchase online. Because I live out of the US I rarely keep enough money in my bank account unless I go back, so it overdrafted my account. Every time I try to contact to cancel my subscription, some virtual bot named Anna tells me she cannot help me and that I need to contact them later. Leggings were fine, service and tricks were awful. Stick to Marshalls ladies.

Buying experience was good. I was expecting to love the pants I purchased, but they are just ok. They are comfortable and they fit well. The external draw string is not ideal. I like pants and shorts that have the draw string on the inside. I like a tapered leg and tight cuffs but I don't like elastic cuffs. A cuff zipper would also be nice to make it easier to get my size 13 feet through the opening.

The first pair of shorts i ordered were 12.99, after that I had to pay more. I now have three pairs of shorts and love all of them but don't understand why I got a good deal on the first pair then have to pay more.
Also, the FB site is difficult to navigate.

I have shopped at the store three times. Each occasion the team was great! I even phoned the day before my trip to ask if want I wanted was on hand. They had my purchase ready when I arrived the next day. Thanks team!

So number one, the sizes run insanely small FYI. Secondly, you have to be a "VIP" member to get the 2 leggings for $24 I did this then my credit card was charged $49/mo even wen not purchasing anything. TOTAL SCAM. Shame on you Kate Hudson. Way to milk people at they lowest. I'm grossed out

I was very excited to get the new VIP member prices on my first order. However, I was sorely disappointed with the sizing and fit. The sports bras and swim tops were much too small as far as cup size, but when I sized up, the band was too big. I guess my body type was not considered when sizing was done at Fabletics. I am 155 lbs, size 36DD and literally no tops worked for me. XL was too small, XXL was too big. Very frustrating.

I love the fabric and comfort of all the pieces I got from Fabletics. The fit is always perfect and stylish. The Website is easy to use and changing the setting for your size. I went from an XL to an M. I got so many compliments on the outfits that I should be a rep for them. LOL.

They have great colors and patterns in fabrics, but I struggled to find my sizes it seemed every time. I couldn't find any shirts that were revealing a midriff or long enough to cover what I needed. The bras I purchased dont support larger cup sizes correctly. I hate the shoes I purchased. They dont have enough cushion and they slip off my heal when I put inserts in. This company has a membership that has too many restrictions with too few benefits. I feel like I wasted money.

I learned recently than even though I make a purchase at the beginning of the month, I still have to ‘skip this month' to not be charges the monthly fee. I'm sure you will tell me that this is i your fine print but who reads it. And even if I did read read it would it be clear? You must get complaints about this because you now make it easier to ‘skip this month'. You asked, this is my feedback.
