I think Fabletics do a good job at making good quality things and setting them at a good price. I think they could do better on the delivery time. Also, the extra payment for 2-3 day shipping is not worth it.

FABLETICS IS A SCAM! I cancelled my account because their products were low quality. Now one year later they charged my account out of no where! I even called my bank and the had a fake order they had sent them. I thought what in the world? That's a new low!

I joined to take advantage of a deal to get two pairs of yoga pants for $22. I was told I could skip any month as long as I did it by the 5th of the month. What they neglected to tell me was that while I was skipping a shipment, I was not skipping a payment! So I had to spend $49.95 on a cheap pair of leggings because I wasn't told this until AFTER the 5th. I cancelled my membership today, and was told that I have to wait 24-48 hours to receive an email confirming this. Oh, and there seems to be no way to remove my credit card information from their website.

Still struggling with finding the right size. I am tall but not necessarily tall enough for the tall sizes. But I am heavy so I can get into the XXL but its a struggle. So my Fabletics leggings are no my go to and I wish they were.

I had a problem with an order placed online. The customer service team was extremely rude and told me there was nothing they could do and it was not up to them to fix the problem and make me happy.
I had to go to a stand alone store in San Antonio to get my order fixed. The In store team went above and beyond to make it right for me. Since then I only do my shopping in the San Antonio store. The one on one customer service in store is outstanding.

I love my leggings but the shipping situation is insane. It take a month plus for a pair to get from atl to east Alabama-a 90 minutes drive at most. I get shipping can be messed up but four orders in this has happened EVERYTIME

I purchased pants as well as some athletic clothing and really like the fabrics and the quality of the product. I like the functionality with smart pockets and other well thought out features. The fabrics breath and are extremely comfortable. I'm a slim built guy and wish the pants also came in a slim or athletic cut as I found the thighs and hips a little spacious, but still like the pants a lot. The shorts with the compression lining is a game changer!

I signed up for the VIP membership and was not told about being charged every month, 49.95 to get the 2 for 24... how am I getting a deal with this crap? THENNNN... I have been trying to login my app and it says I have to be a VIP member. Like, what the hell? I am a member and don't want to be. I've been charged for 4 months straight and haven't been able to login or order and all I bought was 2 pairs of leggings in February. Ridiculous.

I ordered a couple collar shirts and t shirts nothing more than sears quality and than they have the sneaky tricks of charging my credit card $5995 a month membership that I never authorized what kind of membership do I have to pay to order stuff once and a while big scammers you guys left a bad taste in my mouth after that and I will tell everyone about your sneaky tricks of charging people on the down low stear clear so many companies out there would never charge you 10 cents a month they did credit me back but how dare you pull that $#*!

It's very greedy of the company to charge 5995 a month for nothing loose that policy I might return when companies get greedy like that it's bad business practices

They keep using OnTrac to deliver and they are awful. I asked them not to and they said they would use USPS and they didn't. They just lied to my face. Lost my package 3 times. I'm on my 4th try for the same order. They keep apologizing but nothing changes.

I have had issues with trying to remember to skip or not skip each month and it becomes more of a burden. The products have not fit me properly or they snagged and did not hold up well. I was issued credits but never received them. I think that they went to my old address and they never forwarded to me. This issue was not resolved in a timely matter and now I just don't want to be a part of fable tics and will be canceling my membership.

This is my second time trying out Fabletics because my first experience wasn't great but I thought I'd give it a second try. A couple years ago, the website stated customer would get a monthly reminder to skip the month. Never got it and of course it was automatically charged to my credit card on file. Now they don't claim they will send you a reminder so I set a reminder for myself on my phone to skip the month. I skipped the month under my profile and 2 days after the deadline date to skip, I get an email that I've been charged. I contacted Fabletics for refund. Now, I'm trying to skip the month yet again. Of course, when I try to go to skip a month, the site shows an error message. This means I'll get charged again this month because their site isn't working. I feel like this is a scam!

When you get charged the $49.95 for the month you can't use your own money you have already been charged to purchase their items when they are on sale for Black Friday. You are punished to pay the higher price if you choose to use your credit (which is your money they already charged). That is not right! Not very customer friendly and all they care about is more money in their pockets. Kate Hudson, I'm very disappointed!

Before if you made a purchase at the beginning of the month you didn't have to still skip the month. Now apparently you have to. It seems like an extra step that penalizes you even when you make a purchase within the correct time period.

Horrible mistake to buy gift cards for my daughters from this company
One was not send after been in the phone for hours they gave me the gift card number, turns out it can be use another can not be use, another call another 2 hours with customer services then they told me wait 72 business hours and call. After already paying for them my money out of my back account and no way to use the gift card

I order 3 pairs of pants and they seem to be good quality and feel nice, but the only problem is they never have the size I need. I ended up sending them all back and when I look for the correct size they are always out, so I canceled my subscription.

While fabletics is extremely convenient- I found that the quality just wasn't there. I tried for about a year - and just found that they were not as good as lululemon. A lot of the styles seem to favour younger people. It was a fun experiment but one that I would not repeat.

I was reluctant to look at Fabletics, believing it to not be of the same caliber as a traditional fitness apparel company, and I couldn't have been more wrong. I love their clothes and how it fits. With how the member credits work, I almost feel like I've been overpaying for other brands.

I receive e-mails from Fabletics, but then when click on the click to see the sale or the new collection, I constantly get an error message of "webiste is not available". This is happening from Edge. If I jump on the internet and go to Fabletics site, it opens with no problems.

I needed help skipping my VIP order for a month. I used the messaging option and the Customer Service rep was able to skip the month for me and send me a receipt in my email to confirm the month was skipped. Great service, highly satisfied.

The product itself is good. Although I find the sizing to be inconsistent. I am a small in one pair but should be a medium in another pair. I ordered at the end of the month and my membership fees were charged before I even received my order to know if I wanted to proceed with the membership or not. Given the sizing inconsistencies I want to cancel my membership and don't see a button to cancel.

They have the WORST customer service. I was a loyal customer from 2016 to 2022. The rewards program is a scam. I will never use this site again, I hate the company, they have a taken a loyal customer and turned them into an enemy.

I had a 1st time customer promotion of 2 pairs of leggings for $25 each. I got them in, and didn't like 1 pair's fit, so I returned. Had to wait for them to receive them before I could exchange and had to call to do so. No big deal. The new pair also didn't fit great for me. I made another return and when they got to the warehouse, I called to do a different exchange and I was told that the promotion wasn't able to be used and I would get an $8 (or something similar) credit. I had to fight with them to get a new pair sent to me. They told me that this was a courtesy and they WOULD NOT do this again. Luckily the newest pair did fit decent enough. I just feel like a company that only does online ordering should have a better return policy, as everyone's body styles and fits are different. Needless to say, after this month I will be cancelling my membership.

I never write reviews, but I'm so mad with this company, I can't let it go unnoticed.
I ordered two pairs of leggings for my first purchase. When received, one pair had a giant hole in the inner leg. I tried to order an exchange and they didn't have the same pair any longer, so I went with a different pair. I sent back my defective pair of leggings, and never received my new pair, nor my money back. It wasn't until I called to inquire about the exchange almost a month later, then they happened to send it out right then and there and told me it's being processed. The customer service rep told me honestly that if I didn't call to ask, they wouldn't have ever sent out the new pair. I will NEVER buy with this brand again, nor recommend them.

I ordered the shorts and after I completed the order it said expect 5-8 business days for delivery I thought that was weird. It did take about 5-8 business days to arrive. I am disappointed that for the cost of the fabletics clothing the company could find a way to get the expensive clothes to the consumer quicker
I can purchase fabletics clothing off of eBay and get delivery in 3 days. I will do that for my future purchases
