I often find it frustrating to browse products on this site. It shows a certain style of legging and then states it has it in more colors. Often the colors are very limited based on what size you are shopping for. They display the same style of legging in all prints so you're scrolling for several pages looking at essentially the same thing. Then you have to click on it only to find that it is actually sold out in your size! Shopping for what you want shouldn't take this much time. Apply the filters for style and size and then only display the color/prints available.

I have been a member with fabletics for a few years now. I have a lot of pieces that I never wear. The quality of the clothes is poor especially for the price. The pants I just ordered I threw away immediately- the material was absolutely appalling. It was stiff and itchy and really just awful. Sizing is really a struggle - lots of times what I order is way too big but the pants previously mentioned were almost too small but they were the same size as the rest of the clothes I ordered. All in all I have been very dissatisfied with Fabletics.

My shipment has been lost since March 30th, and every time I reach out to Fabletics to resolve this, they push me off and say you have to wait a certain amount of days longer. First, I had to wait the full 14 business days to report it, even though there had been no updates in 12 days. Then, after the 14 business days were passed, I reached out again and they said to wait until April 22nd to reach out again. I just want my order resent to me. This shipment is not arriving.

I got sucked in to the scam of buy a pair of scrubs for $30 when you sign up & you can cancel anytime. I get the scrubs and am billed an additional 60 shortly after. I assumed I didn't cancel on time, so I cancelled via the app and also sent a message stating I wanted to cancel my membership. A month later I saw I was charged again, but this time I called, and explained I had cancelled. The representative just told me I hadn't cancelled & I had to literally argue with the guy to get him to actually cancel my account, because he just straight up didn't want to cancel it. Seriously, this is a scam & I really think this needs to be thoroughly investigated.

This company is about as bad as it gets. Even though the quality of the product is very nice, they lie and say that they are giving you your first outfit for 50% off. The next thing you know... a few months later you realize that they are charging you a monthly fee to belong to their VIP Club! I was told that I was going to get a refund in twelve weeks. It's been SIXTEEN WEEKS, and no refund to be had.

I have called Fabletics multiple times/ emailed countless times due to a fraud shopping on their site using my card. I had to cancel my card and go through the hassle of that. I informed Fabletics and tried getting their help to resolve the issue and NOT ONE PERSON helped or called me back. I am still fighting to get my money back. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Their website is awful. Glitchy and terrible UI. Shipping! I understand some delay right now because of COVID, but this is an all the time thing. It takes 1-2 WEEKS before orders ship out, then at least a week to arrive.

The clothing I have received from fabletics is exceptional. The shipping and delivery however always seems to be an issue. With expedited shipping being paid for previously but the goods not being received in a timely manner. Currently waiting on an order from a partner shipper named "Pitney Bowes" which seems to be slowing the process down and sending conflicting shipping status reports. The partner site I am taken to to check my order status just doesnt feel legit or secure and idk if I will continue to order if I cannot rely on the shipping.

After washing my clothes my bras and pants always have a funny smell. My other workout clothes do not have that smell but these ones always smell like dirty feet. The full support bras dont have much support and my pants are extremely see thru.

I can never get the right size leggings. I'm usually a medium, but the mediums I get don't fit my thighs... some leggings are so thick and don't stretch enough. Only one of the leggings I got and love and they are size medium. I did get large and they were too large... I think it depends on the material

I had a specific style that I wanted to order and have been trying to order it for months, but every time I try to order they are either out of my size or only have it in weird colors. On the rare occasions that they allow pre-ordering when the size comes back in stock, they do not honor the price of the item when I ordered it. Only allow pre-order on full price items. Really considering canceling my membership at this point. Also, only allowing a military discount to male veterans is absolute BS. If that policy does not change, I will be canceling. I am a woman veteran and feel disrespected by this policy.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS! They have been charging me $50.00 a month unknowingly! This is such a scam. I bought one outfit for 29.97 as apart of their promotion only to find out they have been charging my card month to month. I am trying to get a refund. This is a SCAM!

I have to send the damaged item back, and then once they receive it I have to call again and pick a replacement. If nothing else, let me tell you what I want to replace the damaged item...don't make me keep following up because you sent me a damaged item.

It was a cluster to get my order. Ordered a legging and bra set. Received 2 bras one was the wrong size and the other had a HUGE hole. Called customer service and they said they wouldn't ship a new one until they received the old one and made me send pictures for proof. I lost over $100 in credits due to products being shipped to an old address on my account. I realize this may have been my error but when I try to rectify and re route the package to my actual address the rep was not able to help me and said I would lose the credits since i was the one who confirmed the shipping address when I placed the order. If the rep looked at my account they would see that I was a repeat customer and purchased several Fabletics items over the years. I think considering this, I should have been sent the items to my correct address as a courtesy. I ended up canceling my subscription due to the lack of willingness to help fulfill my order properly due to error.

I was disappointed in my experience with Fabletics because on my first order, I made a typo on my email. I inadvertantly typed in hotnail.com instead of hotmail.com. As a result, I was being charged month after month and was not receiving any e-mail notifications. I was charged for 16 months straight and did not realize it until I called the company. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. They were only able to re-imburse a small amount and offerred credit for the remaining charges.
