I signed up as a member and tried to "skip" a month but they still changed me and wouldn't refund me. They gave me 2 credits. When I called to cancel my membership I had to call two times because the first rep hung up when I said I wanted to cancel and not skip a few months.

The sox were the best, the other garments only so so. Intro prices were very good but, other than sox, I will be purchasing so infrequently that it becomes a chore to have to skip month by month indefinitely or be charged the monthly subscription fee.

Took up the 2 for £24 leggings offer which seemed great - except I had no option for the free delivery which was advertised as part of the deal. So I went for the expidited shipping option (2 days - £6) which also seemed fair. The XL size on the site was 18-20 but the items I received were also labelled XL 12-14 which is way different. I didnt even open the items as the label was clearly marked - I contacted customer service to refund me the shipping fee since it was their fault and they sent the wrong items but they refused and said there is nothing they can do - but kindly gave me an email address to complain! Ridiculous as now I have to wait up to two weeks for them to receive the return and issue a replacement larger size so basically paid for 2 days shipping which will now take 2 weeks.
I will be taking them up on the offer to complain but thought I would chime in here to make others aware of such issues.

Of course I fell for one of those youtuber ads for fabletics. At first it seems like a "too good to be true" deal, and I'd say that's partly accurate. In all of the ad reads they have influencer say, NONE mention how the "credits" that you buy, you have to manually skip them each month. I was charged with no option to refund! Instead I was given 3 or 4 $50 credits, BUT the credits can't be used like a gift card.
I was trying to use the credits up but I couldn't split up the $50 credit in any way. I would try and buy a $70 piece of clothing and then only one $50 credit would be applied. So regardless, I was always asked to pay the difference in some way. Eventually I figured out a way to only pay a couple dollars difference but it was so painful.
Maybe if you're more on top of things and read the fine print you'd be fine but face value I don't think it's worth the time. Normal price their stuff is pricy anyway and the quality is not it!

I liked the black teddy jacked I got the most but if I didn't have all the credits then the price wouldn't have been worth it.

When I joined Fabletics 8 years ago, I loved the great designs and fantastic fit. The last couple of years the styles changed. Several of the outfits didn't fit as well, the leggins would ride down and the tops were more revealing that I'd like. The color combinations weren't very flattering as well.

I love the quality of the manufacturing - but the color choices are all from the same 'palate' and not to my liking. Not everyone likes muted tones and watercolor designs all the time. And as a larger woman, the last thing I want are cropped tops that reveal my less than desirable stomach! Ugh.

Love the sleeveless back top that crosses at the top. Wish it was available more often. The 9 inch shorts ALL need to have pockets as well as be more readily available. I'm an older consumer and prefer shorts a bit longer. And why are the so called capris sooo long? I don't mind the full length ones being so long, but the capris need to be 4 or 5 inches shorter. Please consider changing the length of the capris. I ONLY buy Fabletics brand as I LOVE everything about them with the exception of the above mentioned lengths.

The club that fabletics makes you join is a HUGE RIPOFF! You will end up paying $80 for leggings. That are always on sale for 2 for $24. It is not worth it. Plus the clothes are are randomly sized. Some things I wear a small-- and sometimes I wear an XL. No consistency.

The customer Service for Fabletics is horrible. I tried reactivating my account and placing an order and it was canceled. When I spoke to the customer service representative they said they fix the problem so I placed another order and it gets canceled. I just spoke to the customer service rep again and they said there was nothing they could do to help and to wait a couple weeks and try again.

I found the VIP membership enticing so I joined. Bought 2 items with the perk and 2 other items. The quality of the garments are excellent and fit to size. I love the phone pocket as I am a serious walker. So I was disappointed with the monthly fee of over $50 dollars that could be skipped but one would be prone to forget to do so. This monthly condition is why I canceled my membership. Thank you

I love the quality of my leggings. I love that it help lift and hide the area that I don't want to show off. The t-shirt are light and comfortable. The bra are comfortable and I love how soft they feel on my skin.

Fabletics is great. But unfortunately the variety and options have declined. How many pairs of the same leggings do I need. The company used to offer more variety in athleisure ware. I still have cute shirts, tanks, shorts and skorts from several years ago, that I would love to purchase more of but they don't offer clothes that that any longer. My biggest disappointment is the inability to apply member credits towards sale items, this stops me from making a purchase at all. I love the clothes I have but unfortunately have little interest in the current selections on which to spend my $80+ in member credits.

I've tried to order items off the website and it tells me the items are available so I put them in my cart and then when I go to check out it tells me that the item(s) are not available. It is very frustrating!

I have tried unsuccessfully to order TWICE from this site. I placed my first order after joining and after a month I still hadn't received it. When I checked the order status it said " Hold fulfillment problem. When I called I was told that my size was not in stock! When were they going to tell me this? In the meantime they have billed my credit card for the next month. So I order again and the same thing happens! This is the most ridiculous online business that I have ever seen! I am going to try one last time and will post the outcome.

I find myself reaching for the On-The-Go Midi Medium Impact Sports Bra more frequently than my other sports bras. Snug enough for comfort. The Phoenix Lite Long-Sleeve Top is great on its own or for layering. And Fabletics has the best leggings, period

I have ordered few items on Fablectis a month ago. I have never received my parcel and I have contacted their online assistant they asked me to call a number instead of contacting them which I did and then I found out the number they gave to me is Vodafone directory.
I have cancelled my membership few days before the monthly membership renewal and still got charged $49.95 USD. What the heck?

My Fabletics package was left outside my apartment door, and was stolen. I was in Detroit visiting family for the Holidays, and our flight was cancelled. My Husband and I drove back in a rental. I had a friend stop by to see if the package was at the door, but it had already been stolen.

I only wear Fabletics to work out because I love the quality, but the sizing is always off and the models of different sizes don't match what my body fits. For example, I am slimmer than the "Large" models, yet I fit in the large pants. My usual top size elsewhere is Medium, but I mostly fit small and x-small in Fabletics tops.

The last tights I bought on Fabletics, weren't the same quality as before. The fabric is very bad, I haven't wash it yet and some of the sewing is coming off. I don't know what happened with the manufacture here but is really bad. I used to love Fabletics tights. Definitely something you want to improve.

The quality of the materials has declined. I found great value in the products when I started my VIP membership, but the materials now feel cheap, and the sizing is inconsistent. I discontinued my membership because the prices no longer matched the quality.
