I have tried multiple times to order online and cannot get my cart to move to checkout. I have tried on multiple devices and o have called your customer service to report it. There have been many things in wanted to purchase but cannot get my cart to update

I do not why I have every month to skip monthly charge even when I decided previously month to avoid any monthly charge. Even with the credit to my favor the items are more expensive without this supposed credit. Particularly way to take my money easy and the other customers.

I like the products, but there are no available sizes in the products I want, and it's store wide. I pay a subscription but can't use it because I can't spend the credits because there are no products available in my size.

I had to call because the site doesn't load and goes into constant circle of death. Then when I finaly loaded what I wanted to buy in my cart it did it again and would not complete the sale. Help from the 1-888 # was fine though but I really wanted to order and complete my order online.

I went from loving this company to hating this company. It's plagued by website and site issues, and their customer service is atrocious! I had an issue with a promotion loading correctly. A rep tried to manually adjust it for me, according to the promotion, and the order wouldn't process. It kept giving me an error. The representative on the phone tried to process it for me, and also received an error. That was the extent of my "helpful" service. I have been told repeatedly since that my account was forwarded to management to process the failed order, only to never hear from anyone. Three follow up emails later and still no call, no resolution. Not to mention that the stitching has started unraveling on a couple of my new pairs of leggings. I mentioned it to the rep who told me that I could return using their app. No replacement due to defect, just return if I'm unhappy with them.

I love the new joggers I got, and the new leggings are pretty nice too. Good for work since I have to climb a ladder and do squats and stuff all day. But the pocket at the middle of the back has a zipper and it can get uncomfortable sometimes especially when I start to sweat at work. All I can say is that maybe a zipper at the edge of the seam wasn't the best. A zipper lower on the outside of the poker would have been better in the way of comfort.

I am so ready for some new styles and colors I hope they can make more shirts that are not tight but loose for those who don't like to show everything all the time. Sometimes a great leggings and a nice flowing loose cute top is all u need but I am so tired of the same colors in the tops its pink or gray we need more colors in tops that are loose fitting long sleeve or hoodies that don't stop showing my belly all the time I am a mom to a 14yrs old son so sometimes its nice to cover up.

I love everything i have ordered from the fabletics website, but i find it annoying to have to "skip" months for my membership so you do not charge me. Didnt really even know i signed up for a membership, was just trying to order some shorts and next thing i know, im being charged 70$ dollars or whatever it is for a membership. I cant figure out how to just end my membership all together so im stuck having to skip it wvery month

I pay the $54 membership, but if I purchase an item that's less than the membership credit, I still lose the membership credit. I also had a lot of trouble using my credit since almost everything was sold out of a womens size small

I bought something from the site and it came and did not fit. I did an exchange and received a notice that the exchange was accepted. I didn't receive an email with return info. I checked back and the item was listed as final sale. But it was not when I bought a it. I called customer service and the agent disconnected the call. I several times and could not get an agent. I was on hold forever. I never was able to get the exchange. I even tried the chat. I still have the item and it is useless.

I have been purchasing Fabletics products for the past few years and I can't get enough of them. The shorts are by far my favorite item but I also several of their shirts as well.

Hidden fee of $60 for a subscription no one wants.

While I like the style and variety of product at 74 yrs old it no longer serves my needs.

I had a package that never got delivered back in May. I reached out vi live chat and was told I could track it. I explain it showed delivered. I went to the address it was delivered and was told nothing had been delivered. Reached out again. No refund no package.

I was not able to use my accumulated dollars from my premium account to purchase items at the sale price. I also was restricted by quantity of items needed to purchase using my subscription dollars - I had to buy a certain number of items before I could use all of my dollars.

I've always enjoyed Fabletics selection, quality, and style.
