I encounter a website glitch every time I visit the website on my laptop. Either have the pages are unaccessible, or I am waiting forever for a page to finish downloading. I often am not able to skip the month because the site won't allow me to, and then I cant even spend the credit I was forced to keep because half the site doesn't work.

First of all, the leggings are awesome. I genuinely love them BUT the entire process is ridiculous! The prices quoted on the website are not what you pay. I screwed up and had three months worth of "outfit" credits. I just spent $167 (my $149 credit plus some shipping) for 3 pair of leggings and 3 tank tops. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! BEWARE

2 months running I skipped the month. Both times I was charged membership fee. First month after contacting customer service gave a refund straight away. This month they say no charge taken. Customer service wont refund, accused of having 2 accounts. Asked to speak to manager and none available and the option of a callback by a manger is not available. Have had to email a copy of bank statement to prove payment taken. This is not acceptable.

I ordered a pair of leggings and joggers and they are poor quality. It's comparable to ordering from Amazon from their party sellers and getting surprised with and quality. Refund is taking a whole month to process keep calling back and they keep saying 7 days and another 7 days to see a refund. I still haven't seen a refund yet I might just have to call my credit card company to dispute the charges if I don't see a refund in the next 7 days. Terrible company don't buy.

The item I ordered was available when I ordered it. When delivered it was replaced with another item I did not order. Customer service told me the item I ordered was no longer available. What a scam! Do not trust that your items are available when you order from Fabletics!

Dont accept the 2 pairs of leggings for $24 without expecting to be charged $50 a month for some bull$#*! VIP membership you dont want. Canceled this membership and was refunded the $50, yet was charged AGAIN the next month! After talking to 10 different people in the Philippines, the issue was finally resolved and the membership I didnt sign up for was canceled and my money refunded. This company is nothing but a scam, which is sad considering it used to not be like this. Can buy better quality leggings at Academy Sports for the same deal minus the $50 a month membership fee. Like who tf wants a membership for a clothing site anyway... makes no sense.
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy the 2 for $24 unless you want to be signed up for VIP membership, which is $50/month

Overall Fabletics is great, however I wish that they'd make a range for DD+ sports bras. Almost all the bras I've tried I can make work, but they'd fit much better if they have an option for bigger chested women (like Athleta does). It seems like a lot of the apparel is marketed towards size 0-6 women with A-B cups, which in 2022 shouldn't be the standard.

Would not recommend this to anyone I got billed for skipping the month and was not refunded for there mistakes. The woman on the other end of the phone was foreign and hard to understand and was not bothered one bit.

Very disappointed that after 6 weeks of waiting for my clothing and the tracking status not being updated, I never received my clothing. I asked for a refund, but all I got was a refund to my account - but not I don't get to access the deal that I had originally had from my purchase.

Horrible experience. Tried to cancel membership. I had a $49.50 credit for what ever reason. Found out they charged my bank account $49.50 for being a VIP member per month but no merchandise. Tried to cancel and was told to use the credit first. Selected $47.80 worth of merchandise and was told that did not work because it was not the exact amount as my credit. WHAAAAAT? I told them to keep the $2 and cancel my membership. Customer service guy told me he could not do it and it was unfortunate I did not read the fine print of my membership. After many minutes of back and forth and practically begging to take the $2 and cancel my membership, he finally agreed to credit my bank account, but I still had to buy the $47 worth of merchandise. DO NOT FALL for this. Go to Academy and buy their BCG brand. It is just as nice and much cheaper and not a SCAM. Lesson learn.

I find the leggings are hit and miss on the size and fit. I wear a Medium and I have one pair I really like the rest I wear once in a while. It seams sizing is variable. One pair was to small, others the crotch is low and the waist slides down. I am considering canceling my membership as I can buy elsewhere with quicker delivery and no shipping cost for returns.

Fabletics at the time didn't have ship to store or store pick up. They use Lasership for most of their shopping needs and someone followed the Lasership rep to our home in less than 2 mins from the time the packages were dropped off they were stolen. Fabletics isn't a small mom and pop store my items and my husbands items were stolen and Fabletics didn't want to Reimburse him for his items. He has spent over 2k at Fabletics this year and they wouldn't credit or reimburse him for 200 in product. We will be closing our accounts

I thought I ordered XXL pants and then it switched back to M when the order went through and received them. When I went to the store at Westfarms Mall, 4 customer service reps just stood around the checkout desk talking socially as I walked through the store with a surgical boot. After 5 minutes, I asked if one of them could help me and one came over however she didn't know much about the products and then she asked another associate and she responded I think it's lounge wear. Then I asked if one of them could help my son with the shorts and she told him that there are different styles with different materials and that they have an insert. She then looked back down at her laptop and ignored him.

Clothes are great, the returns was good. But they take your money after you cancel! Tell you to use your credits and when you do they sign you back up again without your approval! If you dont look carefully you VIP again and bam they have yoru money for months til. You see it, then you have to use the credit, cancel and they add you back on! Really disappointed in Kate Hudson.

They charged my account the monthly fee and when i went to place an order i was charged again on top of the monthly fee instead of getting it taken out of the monthly fee. Never ordering from them again.

This company charges you monthly to be a member... its $50 a month to be a member. You get credit, but if you cancel, they charge you higher prices with that credit making it not worth it. It's a total rip off! Then if you try to cancel it they give you a runaround with people that barely speak English, so its hard to understand them. The clothing was just ok. The size was not true to size. I would never recommend using this company EVER!

You can't navigate anywhere without the app crashing. In order to to the discount I had to go to the website add items to cart then go to the app and didn't it for a good 30 mins with it crashing about 10 times.

Not easy to return, not easy to find the color and sizes you want when they are having promotions. Most things don't fit well, also no reminders when they charge you 55 a month, the 55 a month does not count towards purchases, they only count as 1 point. And 1 point per purchase so if your buying 1 underwear for 15 bucks and you want to use 1 point then your actually spending 55 for 1 pair of underwear

Extremely slow delivery.
Not sure about the subscription aspect of the company.
Products were not quite what I thought was represented on the site. On the shirts the fabric was that shiny fabric that looks awful. And I thought the shorts had compression liners but they didn't.
